Easy access to the highway and lit up at night. Very clean and inviting. One negative-ice machine on 3rd floor didn't work. For the price of the room at least i should be able to get a bucket of ice

I did not like that the hotel was under construction, pool closed and other amenities effected and this was not relayed during the booking process. Between the hotel and Orbitz this information should’ve been communicated to me in time to make a decision on staying or booking another hotel. The cost to stay should’ve been reduced due to the closing of the pool which we didn’t know until we checked in.

Decent facility, OK breakfast, spa didn't work and staff didn't care. Called prior to booking and eventually went thru Travelocity due to poor service. Called after booking to confirm spa hours and no mention of failed spa.

The rooms are nice but the pool was disgusting. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in at least a year, maybe more. Had a slimy like film all over the bottom and sides. If you want to take your kids swimming don’t book here.

Our only complaint is that the exit doors to common areas were not secured. They were even taped so they could not lock. Therefore anyone could enter the building, whether guest or not. That is definitely a security and safety issue. We brought this to the attention of the front desk clerk, and she actually got defensive. Those doors should be locked at all times and only guests and employees should have the card key to get inside.

The hot tub was broken. The pool was gross, cloudy and way too much chemical, our eyes were burning and just overall lack of upkeep in that area. Beds were hard and uncomfortable, breakfast was lacking, locked to outside doors were not working. One of my keys stopped working hours before checkout. For being one of the newer hotels in Searcy and at $150 per night you would think that there would be some level of quality but this isn’t it.

The beds are comfortable. The staff is kind. The gym is good.

I like this hotel. We've stayed at it several times when visiting students at Harding University. The problem is that the hot tub has been out of commission for months and the pool has not been properly cleaned in a long time, so there is build up on the upper walls of the pool where people have taken to carving their names and other things in the scale on the tiles. The room itself was fine and the breakfast is good. I just wish they would take care of their pool area. Some of us have kids who live for that stuff, and I'd appreciate some hot tub time.

All of the cardo equipment in the gym had issues and did not work.

The breakfast was terrible and cold we had to warm it up in the microwave.. the pool needs resurfaced, it caused my feet to have very sore and tender skin

My college-age son and ai stayed here on a trip through to another destination. It is a nice property and appeared quite clean. However, within 24 hours my son and I both had the welts that commonly are associated with bed bug bites. And they were numerous on both of us. I had never experienced this before so did research to confirm. The cleanliness and looks of the property would not have led me to believe it was possible, but apparently even clean properties are at risk. Hopefully they resolve if others have reported the same issue to management.

The lobby of this hotel is very pleasant as was the desk staff. The room we were assigned was very dark, dismal and worn down. The carpet was abysmal, mold around the shower. Just yuck. Also, we were at the end of the hall next to the pool. Loud running children and adults that were unable to control them late at night and early in the morning was the norm. Also, dogs, so many dogs.

The room was spotless, room was fully stocked on shampoo and conditioner and body wash. The staff was friendly and my kids thoroughly enjoyed breakfast! Will definitely choose to stay there again.

When i first checked in and walked into my room there were 2 garbage bags of clothes laying on the floor. I had to go back down stairs and tell the front desk and she was going to go up and look. I told her i was really tired just drove 12 hours and didnt care what room i was in just wanted to sleep. So she gave me a different room. Went into the room it was so dirty. I felt like i was going to catch something. Wont stay here again.

The property was dated and probably had not been updated since construction in 2009. Dust everywhere in the room, even on the walls. The phones were yellowed with age. Grout in the bathroom was almost black and dirt was obvious in the corners. Needs a deep cleaning. Outlet on the bedside lamp did not work

Room was very nice and clean. Staff was very attentive and friendly. Breakfast service was great. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back

When we walked into our 1st assigned room there was dog poo in there. Two piles. One under the table in the living area and one in the bedroom next to the corner of the door. We were promptly switched to a new room, but that's absolutely disgusting and should NEVER happen. How do you clean and miss two dog turds?!

Super easy check in! Super clean room!

Well maintained hotel. Room was awesome ! Had a king bed with sectional double pullout sofa bed. Very spacious. Breakfast was pretty standard with several warm options. Loved the spacious lobby. Would stay again if price was right!

Close to Harding. Room was clean, but the fridge froze my soda can, my dinner leftovers, and my water bottle. The person in the room next to us had the tv to full blast -- there is NO soundproofing as is listed in the description. Breakfast is slim pickings, but it was free, so that's what mattered.

Everything was good except the wi-fi signal strength was terrible!

Didn't like low water pressure in sink and shower.

It was very dated. Needs update throughout.

The only problem was the noise of the otherwise really nice refrigerator. It ran really loudly from about 2:20 a.m. until about 6:42 a.m.

Internet is required. They advertise internet services and I found out after checking in, that their internet did not work. The phones didn’t work either. Guessing the phones are VOIP phones. Thus, went to the front desk to ask about the internet. They sated they have been out for a couple of days, hope to have it on the next day, and that the CAT5 cord from the wall still worked. So I went back to the room to test it. Yeah, just as I thought, it did not work either. So I grabbed my things from the table and left. I guess everything else was ok because I did not stay to check things out. Nothing was messed up. I washed my hands in the sink and immediately went to work. The lack of service lost several hours that could have been productive. Traveling when working requires internet. I should have had a 100% refund as I had to check out and go somewhere else.

For the most part it wasn’t bad. The lighting in the room and bathroom was terrible. I couldn’t see to shave nor could my wife see to put on makeup or do her hair. It was clean but needs some TLC.

Bed was hard

We tried a suite this time and were pleasantly surprised by all the space and the quality of the large sofa.

When I got there, the front desk attendant could not locate my Expedia reservation but was able to honor the price I reserved and was very friendly. The hotel was very clean, well located and worth the money spent.

I booked and checked in online and I advised my arrival would be around 9:30 pm When I arrived, the woman at the desk couldn't find my reservation but gave me room keys anyways. I went up to room 228(was supposed to be a king bed) tried my key but it wouldn't work. I went back down to the desk and the woman just handed me new keys and said sorry. I went back to room 228 and I walked in and people were in the room! I ran out of there so uncomfortable and AGAIN went downstairs. The woman didnt have much to say after I told her I walked in on strangers and she then handed me another room key and I then went into the room cautiously. At that point I should've gone home but I was exhausted so I stayed. Also the woman put me into a 2 queen bed room instead of the suite I paid for. I really need La Quinta to make this right. This was a HORRIBLE/EMBARRASSING experience!

PLEASE READ THIS WARNING IF YOU'RE BOOKING AT THIS HOTEL. I made this reservation weeks in advance because we were dropping my son off at college on a specific day. We were arriving somewhat later than expected, so we called ahead mid-afternoon and the person at the desk said that's fine, "you're all set, and I'll make a note that you're coming in late tonight." Then, I arrived with my entire family of 6 at almost 11 pm, including a toddler, and we were told that THEY DID NOT HAVE A ROOM FOR US. I said what, we had a reservation, and I have the confirmation right here!?!? They said, SORRY, NO ROOM. I was and am still furious, my entire family had just driven 9 hours, had checked in, and were handled like this. Then I called Hotels.com - they (someone with a heavy accent) called the property and said, "well, I guess there's no room, so you have to figure something else out." Thanks punks. There may be something in the fine print that justifies their actions, but this is inexcusable to me, and IF they have something in their policy that allows this it SHOULDN'T BE IN THE FINE PRINT. To add insult to injury, neither this La Quinta nor Hotels.com offered to comp us ANYTHING for our trouble. We had to drive almost an hour away and check in at a hotel in Little Rock. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL, and shame on you Hotels.com if you're letting them get away with this crap, especially leaving a family left in the cold and not even a comped night. Otherwise, the hotel was "meh" anyway.

Not my first time here. Always convenient and spacious. Michael at the front desk was fantastic. Friendly and helpful.

The staff were always outside smoking and not inside helping customers. They don’t ask for an ID to prove who was checking in either.

We are very disappointed with this hotel. There was no one at the desk you had to ring a bell. The bed was so hard we couldnt sleep on it. There was a homeless man sleeping in the lobby.the breakfast was horrible. They were doing repairs and the smell of paint and glue was very strong. The noise was ungodly. Not a good place to stay. Do not recommend this place

I was not given the type of room I booked and paid for. The room was dirty, especially the bathroom, mold in and on the toilet, the tubs was dirty, same as the bathroom floor and counter. I went to the front desk and was given a toilet bowl brush and cleaner and was told I will have to clean my own room. I called the hotel manager James the following morning and his customer service was as bad a the front desk clerk the night before. He made excuses for everything and offered no accommodation.

The lady who checked us in was amazing. She made sure we were safe and comfortable and all information to get around town.

No one at the front desk, when we arrived. Seemed like we were bothering front desk worker when we had questions. She was never at the front desk. Had to ring the bell every time. TV not working in room. They moved us to another room. The phone system would not allow us to call the front desk directly. It kept on putting us on hold. So, had to go back down to the front desk to tell them about the TV. Maintenance worker was very kind and accommodating. The cooling/heating air vent was confusing, because none of the buttons worked. Finally figured it out that the thermostat on the wall controlled the vent. Some instructions would have been helpful. The front desk worker at check out was very friendly, but we were not asked how our stay was. Overall, nice, clean room, Quiet place, comfortable, some nice staff, one front desk worker who needs to work on her people skills. Very good breakfast. Good variety.

Great hotel. Awesome location.

The hotel sits back off of the main road in town so lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. There is also a Casey’s general store in ftt try not that is a 2 minute walk which was great for late night snacks. Every employee we encountered was nice and courteous. The pool and hot tub were open and clean! Plenty of towels stocked by the pool as well. The breakfast great, the sausage gravy was a favorite both mornings! We would stay again if we ever find ourselves in Searcy again.

Very convenient

Nicely decorated and cleaned! Convenient to everything. Parking lot is adjacent to Convenient store. Breakfast was yummy. Beds comfortable. Highly recommend.

Good place. Good location, close to Harding University. Staff was friendly and nice.

We spent the night here while visiting our son. This is one of the better places and better locations we’ve stayed at in Searcy

Great friendly staff, excellent location, stellar condition and cleanliness. Breakfast had something for everyone. Room was clean nice size T.V and dove products in the the restrooms! Only complaint was the bed is a little hard or maybe I should say extra firm.

The location was right off the highway which made it very convenient.

Excellent and very clean hotel. Modest breakfast but exceptionally clean. Hot food was nice and hot and cold food stored in a cooler for safety. Great experience with staff as well.

Advertised continental breakfast and there was only coffee and nothing to stir it with! Ice machine was not working on any floors! Was really disappointed!

Overall it was average, not great, but not bad either. The receptionist was nice, but needs more training. The most frustrating thing was that on several attempts to get coffee in the evening and morning, it was empty each time. And the breakfast was sub par even compared to a different LaQuinta I stayed at the night before in a different city.

The room was clean and comfortable. Unlike a lot of hotels, it actually had 4 towels and washcloths. Seems like most just offer 2 washcloths until you ask for more. The breakfast was hot and good. We had to make a quick trip to Searcy and will have to go back before long so will probably stay there again.
