The hotel is clean and convenient to the highways and restaurants. The rooms are a nice size. I did get charged $5 per night for parking and when I've stayed at this location previously there was no charge for self parking. Other than that, it was a good experience.

Overall ok but amenities were disappointing. We selected this hotel for our Arizona vacation because it had a pool but the pool was dirty and not heated; hot tub was closed for maintenance for our entire stay. All three tv remotes did not work, and the staff could not help fix it. Even the phone to call the front desk did not work so we had to walk up for anything we needed. The room itself was ok but furnishings were aging - torn furniture, dishwasher barely worked, faucets leaked. Redeeming qualities: Shower water was hot, a/c worked, and room rate was good.

The property is in need of maintenance inaide and out. Brrakfast, while the employees were great (!), the food quality was disappointing. The fitnesss center gets a -1. Awful and there is no excuse for it. Machines broken. Weights missing. If you workout avoid this property. Its all about pride of ownership & investment which is obviously lacking. Great employees though!

We received an upgrade because our reserved type room was sold out. It was nice even if we didn't use it all. Just didn't realize there was no elevator to the second floor.

Rooms needed to be remolded like 5 or 6 years ago. Was not told in advance for parking. Was told we could not use the fireplace. Carpet was dirty. Kitchen pan had grease in it. Only redeeming quality was the breakfast. Wish this was the 4 star hotel we read about. Not enough parking.

Old converted apartments. Nickel and dime you with charges including parking . Mind you, this is not downtown, its in the middle of nowhere. Booked because we wanted a fireplace. It was there, but you could only burn artificial logs they sell for 8$ a piece, which only burn for 1.5 hours. It did have a minimally equiped kitchen. So not the worst, but we wont be back.

The value is quite good. Large room with 2 beds and full kitchen is awesome. It’s really nice to spread out and be able to cook meals. Since there’s no elevator it seemed housekeeping never got up to our area. Trash from 4 days built up outside an adjacent room. Having grills, hot tub and pool was nice for comfort. The gym is small but nobody used it so it’s fine. Breakfast was very well prepared and stocked. One of the better breakfast bars I’ve seen. Location next to trails and outside the traffic of downtown is a definite plus. In fact there’s trails starting at the property. Some furniture is aging and could be spruced up. Overall comfort is excellent and together the value plus amenities put it at close to 9 stars. It’s recommended and we would stay there again.

Disgusting. When we pulled up it looked nice. Once we got in the room it was very outdated and dirty. The place was covered in dust. The filter in the bathroom was dated and hadn’t been changed since March. There was dust bunnies all over the wall in the bathroom near the filter. Our allergies went crazy. The water pressure was bad and water never got hot. Dirty dishes. The bedding was dirty we had to change the duvet because was it was black along the top like it hadn’t ever been changed. Microwave barely worked and too a long to heat up food. Breakfast was so messy and dirty as they don’t clean up after people. But breakfast was what you would expect food wise so I don’t have a complaint there. They take coffee away right at 9. I am disappointed I don’t really have a single good thing to say other than the gentleman that checked us in was pleasant.

Our room was disgusting! The carpet has stains, walls were stained, and covered with paint holes. The bathroom’s had leftover hair from last guest. Kitchen sink was leaking water, lights were flickering, room TV & outlets were not working. Beds were very hard for my comfort. The front desk clerk was only able to give us a 50 dollar refund. I would never stay here again.

Filthy, filthy, filthy. Really sucks to have to say because the staff were very nice up front but our room was gross. The walls needed to be washed, floorboard had all kinds of colors on them from multiple sources, and the duct tape that held down the horribly stained carpeting held countless colors of hair. Would not stay again. Staff was nice but the place was ran down.

We reached late and inspite of informing them the linen for the sofa bed was not put there. The bathroom actually had hair from the previous occupant and the other bathroom had a whole for the towel hook. seems like a old property patched up and operated . Vastly different from the luxury experience we had in palm Springs. will stay away

The hotel is in very poor conditions. We'd sometimes before in here, and it was excellent, but this time, terrible experience. Dirty, nobody takes care about you as a guest, the rooms are in poor conditions, Dirty,the carpet was stained,smelling, and of course, not conditioner were at the bathroom. so we had to improve ourselves with everything that chaos around us to survive the 3 nights out here. The pool was full of leaves 🍃 nobody cleaned it up, no way to use any amenities, the breakfast area was impossible to toast even slices of bread, the floor was full of pieces of bread, eggs, and all kinds of dust around. Well, it's still a perfect location to be, but they've got a lot of job to do to make it better as before.

Our stay was great! We love Sonesta in Flagstaff and have stayed there often. The only complaint we have was that the refrigerator was very loud. We initially thought it was noise being made by someone outside, but then realized the popping and banging noise was from the fridge!

I love the great space of the room. The rug was worn and needs replacement. They did not explain the housekeeping rules. So our trash needed to be emptied. Nice staff and grounds.

Staff here seemed pretty much unwilling to provide any type of housekeeping services. We were told these services are only provided once a week, which is fine, but it’s bizarre to me that you can’t have supplemental housekeeping drop in by request. There wasn’t a mop or other proper cleaning supplies provided for us to clean with, either. It was also really hard to get ahold of front desk staff by phone. The phone in our room seemed pretty much useless, and calling on my cell phone I had to call repeatedly if I wanted to get ahold of anyone. Awful toilet paper and towels in the rooms and we kept having to go to the desk any time we needed replenishments. We will look into other options in Flagstaff whenever we return, I would not stay here again.

There wasn’t a mop or other proper cleaning supplies provided for us to clean with, either. It was also really hard to get ahold of front desk staff by phone. The phone in our room seemed pretty much useless, and calling on my cell phone I had to call repeatedly if I wanted to get ahold of anyone. Awful toilet paper and towels in the rooms and we kept having to go to the desk any time we needed replenishments. We will look into other options in Flagstaff whenever we return, I would not stay here again.

Check in was easy but we (myself and my husband) were put in a room next to a room that had a dog that barked it head off all night long. After a night of no sleep, housekeeping knocked on our door at 10:20am and asked us when we were leaving. I said 11am when check out is and housekeeping responded that it was almost 11 and we needed to start packing up to go. I thought that was rude so when I went to the lobby to get a bell cart (which there were none) I complained to the clerk at the front desk and their reply was that I must have misunderstood but check out is at 11. This is the first time ever that we had so many people at a hotel be rude to us. We definitely will not be staying here again.

Booked mobility accessible room 4 months in advance. Received several "welcome" and "see you soon" type emails as trip approached. Arrived at check in time. Told no accessible room available. Agent actually said "I thought someone called you earlier today to explain this". No one had; not that that would have helped. Offered a second floor room (no elevator) with tiny bath. Said they would "be glad to refund" any payments if we did not want the room. We called a different hotel and got a great accessible room with free breakfast, light dinner and free cocktails!! I will NEVER consider a Sonesta property again and would not recommend them to anyone.

Mason is awesome! He’s friendly, knowledgeable and always a pleasure to do business with. It has always been a pleasure to see him when we come out here to flagstaff. He definitely deserves a raise! 12 stars for him!! We love it here!! And this is our go to every time we visit.

The room was very spacious and clean. Very quiet day and night, couldn't hear any traffic noise. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious with alot of variety. Loved the option of a bar in the lobby as well. There was a park bench with a view of the golf course across the street that we enjoyed one evening. Not too far from downtown Flagstaff.

This is a good hotel with large grounds around the property and plenty of amenities, directly across from Continental Golf Course. It is a quiet residential area away from central Flagstaff, but you can drive to downtown just over 10 minutes.

The value is quite good. Large room with 2 beds and full kitchen is awesome. It’s really nice to spread out and be able to cook meals. Since there’s no elevator it seemed housekeeping never got up to our area. Trash from 4 days built up outside an adjacent room. Having grills, hot tub and pool was nice for comfort. The gym is small but nobody used it so it’s fine. Breakfast was very well prepared and stocked. One of the better breakfast bars I’ve seen. Location next to trails and outside the traffic of downtown is a definite plus. In fact there’s trails starting at the property. Some furniture is aging and could be spruced up. Overall comfort is excellent and together the value plus amenities put it at close to 9 stars. It’s recommended and we would stay there again.

Checkin process was smooth, staff was courteous, room was clean and comfy. But Breakfast service was really lacking. Breakfast was supposed to be 7-10 if I recall. We went down at roughly 8:30-9 and almost everything was gone- no oats, no milk, no coffee, no eggs, no batter in pancake machine. The kitchen looked very understaffed, just on person trying to refill all this. Many guests were waiting impatiently. If this is the typical experience for guests I would not come back here.

Disgusting. When we pulled up it looked nice. Once we got in the room it was very outdated and dirty. The place was covered in dust. The filter in the bathroom was dated and hadn’t been changed since March. There was dust bunnies all over the wall in the bathroom near the filter. Our allergies went crazy. The water pressure was bad and water never got hot. Dirty dishes. The bedding was dirty we had to change the duvet because was it was black along the top like it hadn’t ever been changed. Microwave barely worked and too a long to heat up food. Breakfast was so messy and dirty as they don’t clean up after people. But breakfast was what you would expect food wise so I don’t have a complaint there. They take coffee away right at 9. I am disappointed I don’t really have a single good thing to say other than the gentleman that checked us in was pleasant.

I am sure this place was once nice. I think it has been run down and not managed well. The room smelled of smoke. It was pungent, and horrible. When the heater was on it was on made the smell even worse. The breakfast in the reviews I had read were great. Our experience was nothing wonderful. They were out of almost everything. Things were cold, and we were disappointed.

The room was clean. I saw 3 bottles in the shower, 1 was conditioner, the other 2 were body wash, no shampoo?? couch was worn out. Breakfast was good. I have stayed here many times, seems it might need an upgrade. I like that it is not near the train.
