The staff at check in was great and very accommodating. What I didn't like was 1) the fact that someone attempted to steal the wheels off of my truck and come to find out there are no security cameras. 2)there were dog poop stations set up but no bags, fortunately we bring our own but a lot of other people don't. 3)the pool area is unsecure and open to anyone who is aware of that fact. For example, I met a man who was living in his RV and parking in the Walmart parking lot. There was a very uncomfortable situation at one point. Being that there are homeless/unsheltered individuals in the area the pool should be secured as should the premises.

This will be our go-to hotel in Flagstaff from now on. Breakfast had a couple of hot options plus a variety of other things, and they kept it clean and supplied. We liked the room set up with a couch so we didn't have to eat dinner on the bed. Friendly staff, very clean room, mattress was good. We didn't use the gym room but could see it has several pieces of equipment and a TV. You could see into it from the hallway so that adds a nice feeling of safety.

The outside noise was very noticeable. The beds were comfy, checkin was great, nice area. I would stay again but have noise blocking earplugs. The pool is tiny, outside and closed at this time.

The hotel and rooms were clean and had what I needed. Bedding was comfortable and I liked the lighting. Breakfast was also good. Staff was friendly and accommodating. I would recommend this hotel when visiting Flagstaff.

When we got to our room, as usual I checked for bed bugs and clean bedding. There was hair on the sheets. I requested clean bedding and the front desk was very apologetic and brought new bedding. She said she was going to talk to the manager for a discount but haven't seen one yet.

I understand when you are traveling with a dog you will be put in certain rooms but the room smelled so bad. I went out and bought a candle and Febreeze since we were only staying one night. I al sure regular rooms are fine but it smell of dog urine.

The sheets were stained, when I went to ask front desk to have them changed , they stated there was no one and gave me an attitude that I wanted them changed. I ended up doing it myself. The mattresses need to be replaced all you feel is the springs.

Very disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. My husband likes to sit in a chair to watch t.v. but what a disgusting dirty chair with some kind of crust all over it. I thought I could flip the cushion...WRONG .How much is it to replace a toilet seat...this one was worn out. Mold growing in corner of tub and peeling paint in numerous areas. TV controller had stuff all crusted in it. We were awoke at 5:15 with dog barking across the hall that the people did not seem to care about. This hotel is due for a make over. Check in lobby was nice...breakfast so so. Pool location big disappointment as this is where you pull up and park while checking in....so it is basically in the middle of the parking lot.

the staff were very nice and helpful. The room was decently appointed (albeit a pretty stiff bed) but only had sheer curtains and non-sound blocking windows for a hotel on a busy road which didn't lead to very good sleep. At least have a thicker curtain (the only one they had covered only part of the window, strangely) to block out SOME light. Breakfast was generous and pretty good though!

The staff member who checked us in was friendly. The lobby gave a cabin feel and It was cozy. The room was clean and decent. The floor and walls were a bit thin. You could feel the floor shake if you were on the second floor. There was a small crack in the bathroom floor. Nothing too major.

the rooms are quite noisy especially if you are on the side that the freeway goes by. the other side has the pool and you could hear everything. the hallway smelled bad. the room also smelled but was ok once the air conditioner was on for awhile.

Overall the hotel was fine. Breakfast was good and the eating area was spacious. The hotel does have a "lodge" feel to the common areas which made the hotel feel more like a vacation resort. Downside for me was the traffic noise. You can hear every car, truck, and motorcyle that went by. Yes, the hotel is on a hill but the traffic was still noisy which took away from the "vacation/lodge" experience. Pool is outside in the parking lot. Bathroom had a strange layout (toilet is almost flush to the wall but usable if you sit at a bit of an angle). Functional but odd. Other than the noise, the stay was fine.

Start with the pros! Very beautiful common area and the loveliest complimentary beverages and breakfast! Did sit at the counter while the phone rang for over ten mins and nobody to check us in. Over all I would recommend for a quick night; negatives the shower didn't work well; it was hard to maintain the temp in the room, beds are not comfortable, animals are allowed in the rooms so it smelt like dog a bit and several were barking past 10 pm

I booked 2 rooms for me and my son. The key didn't work on my son's room. Then they double booked his room. He was moved to another room. The key didn't work for it. When checking out, they used a credit card for my son's room that I had told them when arriving not to use because it had been compromised. He was embarrassed when checking out and had to wait for me to arrive to the desk to straighten it out. Would never use this hotel again.

The majority of the staff was very attentive, but we had a situation with the person in charge of the reception one day since my wife and I used the gym and since the floor is made of wood or something, it turns out that if you use the weight machine it hits or stresses out the reception, so during the morning workout the receptionist came up and in a bad way and unwillingly scolded my wife and I for making too much noise with the weights, and on top of all this we never threw the weights or anything like that. Why do they put a gym above the reception when the facilities are made of light material.

Very pleasant three night stay over weekend in June. Check in was quick and efficient. Clean room and bathroom. King bed plus sofa bed - both comfortable. AC worked well. Quiet room on second floor. Hot breakfast was included - scrambled eggs, bacon, biscuits with sausage gravy, waffles and all the usual continental breakfast items. Outside are two hot tubs, a small pool and free onsite parking. We arrived in early evening and due to inadequate signage, had difficulty finding the hotel and the main entry to register. Signage to guide guests up the hill and a front entry welcome sign is badly needed. Would stay again when visiting Flagstaff.

The room was awesome! We slept quite comfortably. My wife and I loved the breakfast and the ambiance of the dining area. Who doesn’t love a fireplace burning on a cold morning. I only wish we could have stayed longer. I highly recommend this place. The location is quite convenient for trips to Sedona, Jerome, Prescott, Williams, etc. and you’re right across the street from what I refer to as the “World’s biggest Kohl’s “ Trust me you’ll love this place.

Great price for the area. Breakfast was wonderful and the lady who made sure everything was available in the morning dining area was fabulous. It seem to be a lot for one person, but she did her best. Weekends are busy and to offer her a little help would make a big difference.

Great location. Easy access to the interstate. Cabin style decor with lots of pine and a moose mount on the dining room wall! Very cozy and plenty of room at breakfast with tables and chairs.
