The staff who checked us is was so polite and helpful. After walking over 21000 steps at the Grand Canyon earlier in the day, the hot tub was amazing. New life goals, always book a hotel with a hot tub for nights after a long hike.

The foyer is nice and clean and friendly. The room was clean and had all of the accommodations we needed. Check-in was quick. The pool needs more chairs, but was nice and warm! The breakfast was decent. They had scrambled eggs, sausage patties, pancakes, oatmeal, cereal, bread, muffins, bagels and yogurt. All the staff we encountered were nice and friendly.

Check in was great, kids enjoyed the pool and the room was clean. The mold seen through the paint in the bathroom really stressed me out, especially once we showered and left wet swimsuits in the bathroom and it was so humid and musty the rest of the time.

This property is in need of some renovations. The room had a funky smell, the couch had a lot of stains all over it, the bathroom had cracks here and there, the carpet looked old and dirty...I am not usually picky about beds, but the bed I slept on had very little support and didn't work well with my back. The staff was kind and check in was easy. The lighting in the parking lot was dim.

One of the worst hotel stays ever!!!! Mold everywhere in the bathroom!!! As soon as we got off the elevator the hallway smelled dirty!!! The bathroom smelled like dirty diapers!!! Gross all together next time I’m in flagstaff I will make it a priority to not stay here!!!

Good 1. Warm indoor pool 2. Sleeps up to 6 Bad 1. Darkening curtain is just decorations. They are permanent halfway and won’t close shut. 2. Room was located first floor and could hear heavy steps from the rooms above until 11:30pm.

We got in much later than planned due to traveling a long distance, so I called ahead to make sure we would still have our room after midnight. The gal that answered got us all checked in to make sure we were set and was super friendly. When we finally arrived, the gentleman at the front desk got us settled in quickly and helped us find parking as the lot was full. Also a very friendly guy. We are grateful to have a clean and comfy room after a long day of traveling and breakfast for the kiddos in the morning. Great no frills hotel and would definitely recommend for families traveling through Flagstaff. Thank you!

The front desk lady was unpleasant. First got there she was complaining her computer wasn’t working and another lady came and checked us in. On the way out, same crank said “just leave the keys in this box”. No offer to help check out. Almost like she was inconvenienced away from that same not working computer.

Stayed here for visit to Grand Canyon about 1 hour and a half north. Price more reasonable than area closer to park. Visited in mid May when warm but hotel backed up to mountains with snow at the very top. Great view and stay

Very nice hotel stay. Your common larger commercial stay. Property is close to a very very active freight rail line but with windows closed we slept just fine. Not walking distance to historical flagstaff but that’s what we wanted.
