Overall we enjoyed our stay at the Double Tree. The location was perfect for us. Dining and activities were very close by and there’s a grocery store within walking distance which was nice. The property is dog friendly with a large outdoor area for pets to walk around. The property was clean and we felt safe. Our only complaint if we had one would be the lack of a continental or complimentary breakfast but they do have an unlimited supply of warm chocolate chip cookies.

The staff was very courteous and was able to check us in early. The room was spacious and clean. They had a nice gym with functioning equipment. I was very impressed with their continental breakfast as they give you vouchers to eat at their onsite restaurant. So you were able whatever breakfast meal from their menu and the food was large portions and very delicious. We know exactly where we want to stay whenever we are in flagstaff.

It was a nice hotel to stay in. Enjoyed the indoor hottub. Restaurant was nice but a little over priced. Location was near to other restaurants and businesses. Staff was courteous and professional. Highly recommend Double Tree hotels.

Pool closed, rug had uneven ripples, i stepped on broken glass in my room and expedia wouldn't give me a refund for the 2nd night, which we obviously didn't use. 1 night was too much

Very private and the staff were very accommodating. My only complaint is that the jets in the hot tub unit where not working… Call and ask if that’s a concern for you and if it’s been repaired.

The room was dirty and outdated. Hot water takes forever to heat up and faucet often gets stuck. Sink was clogged. You can hear EVERYTHING through the walls. Not worth $450 for a two day stay. Housekeeping openly walks into your room even if you tell them no multiple times. As a single female traveler, I was infuriated to have a male walking into my room after I told him no. He did not apologize, just walked out after I told him to leave. After this experience, I wanted to leave but the hotel refused to refund the last night or even apologize for the entire experience. I will not return to any doubletree.

The pictures online looked great but when we got there it was a completely different story. Would not stay there again. Room was not clean. Sheets were thin like paper and not soft. Lobby was the only thing that looked nice.

Front desk service was great and employees were courteous and nice. The only concerns were that the room I stayed in, the bathroom seemed to be not cleaned, toilet was not flushed after someone's use. In the past, it has always been our choice of a hotel when staying in Flagstaff. Something has changed, it seems to be not the same hotel we used to stay, even in the days when it was the Radisson. Ordered room service for the evening, had a cheeseburger and French fries, cost $55! Ordered a simple breakfast and that cost $31, just by myself. The food was ok, but not to the standards of this hotel and the previous owners. Has management change or is their new standards that are followed now? I don't know but the next time we are in "Flag", we'll stay in another place.

Really nice property. Unfortunately didn't have time to enjoy many of the amenities but the night light in the bathroom is a nice touch. Our room had some fraying carpet but that didn't take away from the size, cleanliness, or great night sleep we got.

Stayed at the DoubleTree during our trip to Flagstaff/Sedona. Our room appeared quiet on the outside but the refrigerator made a humming sound and the HVAC was noisy. The shower head did not function properly as the water pressure was almost nonexistent. When it was mentioned to the front desk, the young lady who was working had no interest in hearing about it nor trying to get maintenance to our room. Went inquired about coffee and the only no charge coffee available is in the room but who knows how old that coffee is and what was shape the coffee maker is in. The room does not have a microwave and for some odd reason there is no phone either. The refrigerator was replaced but the food and drinks that were in there froze. We most likely will not return to Flagstaff but if we do, we will not stay at this Hilton as it was awful.

Only sleep here if you are an early riser. Could hear the showers and toilet flushes of all the rooms around us. Footsteps of the room above you come in loud and clear. Children ran through the hallway multiple times and were very loud outside our door at 7. The bed was comfortable but the noise made sleep so hard. The door didn’t even block the light from the hallway huge gap between the door and frame. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Friendly staff, but check-in clerk made it seem like bcuz we booked w/ Expedia that we didn’t get the same “nice” rooms as customers who booked w/ double tree directly. Our bathroom light mirror…3 of 4 fluorescent bulbs didn’t work. Initially our room cards worked, but after dinner it did not and found that the lock wasn’t properly and waited outside our room for 20-30mins for them to fix. Front counter didn’t seem bothered by the issues or was used to it. She just said thx for the info and asked if we wanted cookies. Haha I felt dumb for bringing up the issues.

The concierge at the front desk was the most friendliest and helpful front desk person I have ever experienced. My husband had surgery, and I am not the most ambient person following hip surgery, he saw me struggling trying to support my husband and carrying a large bag, and immediately brought over a wheelchair, thank you Sir, I was eternally grateful.

Trains, trains and more trains. Nothing you can do about location, especially in Flagstaff, which has always been known for its excessive train noise. My mistake for not checking proximity to railroad tracks.

From the moment we walked in felt welcomed. Ashlynn was at the front desk and so kind. We ate breakfast at the restaurant and that was really good. Then we had our anniversary dinner at Sakura. Amazing! The only thing we did not care for was the bartender at closing after dinner but that is minimal. Overall, we loved our stay.

Every staff member in the whole hotel have been so friendly and engaging!! I have stayed at many hotels and have never seen such wonderful people working here. I Had sushi in the sushi restaurant here this evening and the food was also fantastic.! Way to go staff!! Thank you!! 😊

For the price you pay here I was shocked by the fact that you didn't even have free coffee or water in the lobby. I have stayed at many Doubletrees before and we even got a continental breakfast. After taking walks, waking up in the am to go on excursions we didn't even get a coffee in the lobby. Our poor bus driver that was taking us to the Canyon ran in to get a coffee and was as shocked as we were.
