Americas Best Value Inn and Suites Flagstaff

Room was clean, plenty of towels, great a/c. Convient parking. Close to restaurants.

It was easy to check in and out. We were assigned a room on the second floor which was clean and had all the amenities we needed. The breakfast was simple but included common food such as toast/waffles, pastries, yogurt, coffee, and juice.

Not much for breakfast

Room was in very good condition, staff friendly. I liked that the room was quiet from outside noise. That said, it was not quiet from inside noise. The heater made a loud ticking noise for over an hour. I think it was cooling down after I turned it off, but since I am a light sleeper it would not allow me to sleep. When it stopped, there was another unknown noise most of the night. Also, the bathroom still doesn't have light bright enough to put on makeup. I always stay in this hotel when I go to Flagstaff for medical issues and though I have had problems with bathroom lighting before, I have never had the heater noise and whatever the other house was. This won't change my stay in there. Still recommend it highly, I just wish I could have slept.
