Mike was great. Super friendly and chatted with me about my trip for 10 minutes. Parking was great. Was able to walk straight into my room from the car which was great after a long 4 day trip with kids.

Booked last minute. Good place to stay for a quick turnaround. Not a lot of amenities (coffee maker, toiletries, ice) but was good for our stay. Also, only gave a 2 towels for a party of 3.

The only positive experience about this stay was check in. Attendant was nice and quick to do the check in process. The parking lot is FULL of potholes it’s so run down. One of the beds was broken and you couldn’t even sit on it without screeching so loud. The tv only went up in volume to 20 and it was NEEDED to block the neighbors. Heater didn’t work nor the refrigerator . The WiFi was a joke we never got any reception. Walls are so thin, first night bunch of guys on one side up to 3 in the morning drinking and talking . One had a big truck the other one a mustang and they kept coming and going raving the cars. Next night family on the other side kids SCREAMING up till 12-1 in the morning. By 5 am the parents kept going back and forth to the car setting up the alarm on their car which was right infront of our window. Kids SCREAMING and running then the parents screaming at them again in front of our window.

This was an awesome place to stop for the night or even stay a few days if you're doing something in the area. The only drawback is the parking lot is on the smaller side so those with larger vehicles will need a better experienced driver.

Good location , room clean and already remodeling new bed wood but don’t have hair dryer go to reception asking for hair dryer said no hairdryer use a lot electricity . Service not friendly, soap and shampoo conditioner, body lotion are so limited not enough so glad we have our own shampoo and soap ,

Good value for a budget stay on a road trip. Checkin was fast. Lots of parking. Safe neighborhood. Restaurants and coffee shops within a ten minute walk. Fridge and microwave were great. Lighting is a bit harsh but hey :) shower pressure awesome.

I found the beds to be very uncomfortable, and when I lifted the mattresses, I discovered trash and dirt on the floor. There was also an unopened bottle of alcohol under one of the mattresses, which made me assume that the mattress covers had not been cleaned. If the housekeeping staff had done their job properly, they would have noticed both the unopened bottle and the debris under the beds. As a result, my daughter and I decided to take our blankets from the car and sleep on top of them, covering everything beneath. We managed to sleep for about five hours, but after that, we couldn't sleep anymore. Based on the cleanliness of the room and the uncomfortable mattresses, I would not choose to stay here again when visiting Flagstaff. On a positive note, the gentleman at the front office was very nice and friendly, providing us with a lot of information about the area. However, they definitely need to renovate the interiors of their rooms.

The bed sheets were super dirty and one of the beds had urin on the bed sheets. The hotel management would not do anything about it and they would not refund my money as it was 30 minutes past the heck in. Disgusting

We paid for a queen bed and were given a room with a double instead. The room was quite dirty. The floors were sticky and hadn't been swept. We overheard the room next to us being cleaned, and the water was turned on for less than two minutes. We heard the linens changed, but the cleaners spent less than ten minutes in the room. Clearly, the walls are very thin.

Super dirty floors are sticky the table in the room was crazy sticky also... Random stands on the ceiling and on the bed. Also there was some blood stains in the bathroom.. the door to the bathroom was also had random stains on it

Room smelled of cheap cleaning products that were trying to cover up or mask something. Bathrooms are in poor condition and dirty. Fridge was not working. One of the comforters had burn marks. Towels are small and smelly.

Motel close to convention center, as I was attending event there. No heat in room, even tho there was a wall heater. Told that City had turned off GAS, even through I had HOT water. Rent to expensive with no heat. Given a second blanket, stayed warn sleeping , but getting dressed in COLD ROOM. Nice to be able to park car outside my door.

Room was run down. Stench of roaches as you enter. Beds had plastic covers which made awful noises when you move. WIFI signal/internet access was practically non existent. This motel should be shut down by the city. It is an embarrassment.

Service was great as well as the location and easy to find. Didn't really feel price matched what I paid for(overpriced for the outdated quality of everything). Walls were paper thin and the mattress had a crinkly moisture pee pad covering so moving around on the bed made a nice sound.

The lighting was glaring and awful. Three floodlights in the ceiling. The mattress was encased in a stiff plastic cover. The mattress was agreeably firm and would have been comfortable but for the cover. No glass of any type in the room. Two of the smallest pieces of soap I have ever seen and two similarly sized packets of shampoo made up the toiletries. Synthetic stone tile on the bathroom floor and shower walls appeared relatively new, although the grouting was not complete. The owner was very pleasant and steered me to an excellent restaurant downtown, Pato Thai Cuisine. I''m sure for something around the $100 mark, this room was $94, you can do better a be little closer to the downtown bar and restaurant district.

For a 'less expensive' room, I wasn't expecting much. The place was very dated, however, it was apparent that some efforts had been made to update as best as could be. The room was somewhat 'spartan' with only a bed and a desk for furniture. However, I had what I needed, a comfortable bed, clean bathroom. It took the A/C a bit of time to cool down the room, but I slept comfortably and check out was convenient.

Our stay was for a week, and we would have expected better attention to detail. Even with "Room Service requested," no room service was provided. Three days of the week, the neighbor was loud at 4:30 am even after letting the front desk know. I don't like leaving bad reviews, but this one could have done just a bit better for a customer staying a week.

They gave me a very hard time about my age I’m 19, and supposedly it was a 21 hotel and i wouldve been understanding IF it were to be true, the man had told me that it should’ve stated online and I should’ve READ more before purchasing. Rude. But when i looked at the policies online the only rules about age was. IF the customer was 18 OR under parents must call to let staff know. I am not 18.

The two gentlemen checking us in and one answering the phone were wonderful. Very informative, professional and polite. Great customer service. You certainly get what you pay for here, for what it is 5 stars. Clean, bare minimum of necessities and everything listed was provided. We had a wonderful one night family stay in a safe area. Thank you.

Now that I 've stayed 2 nights., the inn is conveinently located to both airport snd train station. I found out the hard way that.you should make arrangements with Uber or Lyft. Cabs are not plentiful. Inn manager tried to assist me with cab my first night from train station. He explained both he and his wife experienced the same difficulty when they first came to Flagstaff. Rather than lament what he had exoerienced, I wish he built better relations with supportive Transportation services. It was convenient. That's about all I can say. Bed much too firm a mattress and too difficult to climb into.

Nice place! This hotel was built in the heyday of Route 66. This place is restored and upgraded and still fits in as a comfy and legit Route 66 hotel. Nice folks up front. Close to a lot of places in Flagstaff.

The room was simple and clean. Exactly what we expected for the reasonable price. And right next door to the apartment complex we moved my son into. If you're open to a little walking, we walked to downtown Flag for breakfast and dinner.
