The hotel room was pretty spacious and it had everything we needed. A small kitchen, two queen beds and a pullout bed for my oldest. The price was appropriate as well and free breakfast was provided between 6-9am. Also the poll and the hot tub are indoors which is perfect for flagstaff Definitely worth staying at this hotel.

On our road trip, we chose Hampton Inns whenever we could because the comfort of the rooms, beds and pillows was WAY above the other places we happened to stay. We came to appreciate the reliability as well as the cleanliness and quiet. In this particular hotel, the coffee and breakfast/snack stations were very clean, as were the common spaces - breakfast area, lobby, gym, pool.

Lobby was great, rooms are old and outdated. Dark hallways, towels are old and rough and toilet paper is just short of tree bark! The mattress was so bad! Adios, Hampton Inn, not again!

We’ve stayed here before and were willing to stay again, but this time the air conditioner didn’t work properly. It was blowing cold and hot air at the same time. The bathroom had some issues and the bed was uncomfortable. Though check end starts at 3pm, at 5pm when we arrived the room we selected through the app was not ready yet and we were moved to the room that was available.

The room was average for the price. The breakfast was very average. I just expected a better experience for the price. Our room was right by the highway and very loud with motorcycles and loud cars. Our window was broken so we couldn’t shut it completely so that added to the noise level. I would not use this hotel again.

Rooms did not have enough light. Breakfast was tight and congested. Who ever designed the food area should be flogged. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Beds were comfortable. Loved the coffee being available. Pool, laundry, and exercise facilities were clean and safe. The staff were excellent and extremely helpful. Very much appreciated their professionalism and responses to our requests. They made the stay enjoyable.

Great place to stay if for airport purposes. 5 minute drive, off the onterstate to the airport. Close to shopping and eating. Lots of choices. The room is updated and clean, and has a very firm bed. Ee were originally checked into a room close to the interstate, immediately asked to switch, and they had us in a new room within 10 minutes. Parking is not the best, but there is overflow into Del Taco and other lots close by. Definitely rec.

This was first very difficult to find. There is not a large sign to see, and it is behind a Del Taco and Chevron. The parking is crazy- arrived at 8 pm and no parking in the Hampton Inn lot. I had to park in the Del Taco lot, and it was very dark to walk to the hotel. Furthermore, If u like racetrack noise all night-this is your place!

We are giving "excellent" reviews because the place was beautiful, sparkling clean, and staff was very curteous and helpful. The room was very clean and very nice. There was a lot of road noise all night long, unfortunately. Bring earplugs/headphones! The breakfast was absolutely terrible. Plan to eat elsewhere. Literally we took one bite of each item; it was cold, undercooked and inedible. This was disappointing, but I suppose not a deal-breaker.

I stayed for 3 days. A freshman NAU student and two littles - 5 & 10 years old. The hotel is clean, reminds me of “the great outdoors” if you’ve seen that movie. Staff was pleasant and helpful. We were on 4ths floor and didn’t have any issues with the elevator. The room was a decent size where my tumbling 5 yr old wasn’t in everyone’s face. Now here is why I gave this place 3 stars…. The sofa bed is awful. It was like laying on springs covered by a sheet. There could be a much better mattress in there. Also, the blanket they give for the sofa bed is THIN. It is not the same as the blankets on the bed. The breakfast was decent and the flow of traffic was in waves. They kept the food restocked immediately. Cereal, bagels, waffle maker, eggs sausage, oJ and apple juice. I would stay again if I did not need the sofa bed. Otherwise I would find another place.
