Shady people in beat up cars park in the hotel parking lot and go swimming in the hotel pool in the evenings. All they have to do is reach over the gate and unlock the pool gate to get in. No key necessary. This has happened before when we were here in June. The desk personnel didn’t seem to care much. Also the same ice machine on 2nd floor has been out of service for at least 5 weeks now, since were here last time.

One of the better hotels in LHC. Nice rooms, good breakfast, plenty of parking and large ice machine to fill ice chests for a day out on the lake (huge convenience). Only drawback was the pool was too damn hot.

We had booked your hotel because I was rehabing an ankle. My intention was pool time for this. The pool was 54 degrees and the hot tub about 65 degrees. The problems at the facility should have been addressed at the booking. I never would have booked there with these problems and they should have been mentioned at the beginning.

A great place to stay. Clean, safe, spacious and a full hot breakfast. Ideally placed for anything in Havasu. Hot tub not working but that was my only minor concern.

Our room looked like it had not been mopped. There was hair on the floors and in the shower corners. This property was advertised as being a new or newly renovated property but it definitely was not. I could feel the springs in the mattress and not something I expected from a Hilton branded hotel.

There were holes in the wall multiple places that were never taken care of. The lampshade had multiple black and yellowish stains on it. There were large scrape marks in the drywall coming into the room. I don’t know what this was but the bathtub had either dirty caulking or black stain. Over all it just seemed dirty in lots of areas, had to keep flip flops on all the time. Pretty disappointed

Arrived and noticed the room didn’t appear to have been ready. Towels were thrown onto a shelf and not neatly placed. No bar of soap for cleaning hands and empty lotion bottle. No housekeeping service and when we called for clean towels, we were told laundry staff was too busy and towels are not available. Employees seemed to have low morale too. Not very many smiles.

Hilton honors member This one clearly the worst. Property is very dated!. Carpet was filthy with large visible stains. Shower/tub was gross. Front desk warned me that two fraternities were staying there too. My room was right by the pool, the partying went on all night. Wont be staying here next time.

The room was clean but the bed was very uncomfortable. I’ve stayed at many Hilton hotels and affiliates, the beds are always very comfortable! That’s why I choose them. This was very disappointing. The staff was accommodating. We didn’t use the bar and didn’t see anyone there. Breakfast was good wish there was fruit, coffee was great!!

Understaffed, cleaning staff wouldn't change out our towels because "they were only working a half day" Motel ran out of linens. Front desk staffed with 1 person on a holiday weekend so had to go to front counter to get towels.

Kimberly at the front desk on Saturday evening 2/10 was absolutely fantastic. Not only was she so polite and professional to everyone she encountered, she helped me out tremendously. Above and beyond! She’s a gem! Room and breakfast area were very clean and presentation was spot on. Great place to stay!

Hampton Inn Lake Havasu is exceptional. Superb customer service. From the housekeeping staff to the maintenance gentleman named Manny. I was truly impressed with his friendliness and attention to details. He made us feel taken care of. The Hampton has an amazing employee and hope that they appreciate him there as much as we did. The property itself was very impressive in cleanliness and amenities. The management has put in noticable effort in details. The hotel provides continental breakfast which is a great benefit as this is the most important part in starting our stay off. We look forward everyday to see all the options that they provide. We have never been disappointed in the breakfast item. Although, my previous stay many years ago there, they had the most amazing biscuits and gravy (we were looking forward to ). They did not have it this time around. Hope they bring it back. Yet everything was fabulous and five star worthy. They even provided feminine hygiene products in there restroom in which I really appreciate on my last day there. I will not think of staying anywhere else when in Lake Havasu. To anyone looking to truly have a wonderful, relaxing, carefree and peaceful place to stay. The Hampton Inn at Lake Havasu is our recommendation.

Staff at check in was not pleasant. She asked for my name and ID, she gave me my room key and turned around, no other words were exchanged. She did not explain anything about the property. Once I got to the room I tried several time to call the front desk because I had a few questions and no one would answer the phone and a few times it sounded like they just pick up and hang up. We got a non-smoking room but it had a light cigarette smell. The wood cabinet for the mini fridge was a bit rotten

I have stayed here several times, and finally I have to give a review on how poorly staff are attentive to the quest. Last visit was terrible the condition of the rooms ceiling was Awful it was falling apart. This visit all I asked for was For a refill on our shampoo we never got it room was never serviced. When I call front desk, they told me that they were the only personnel there and we’re not able to service at the moment not even for towels. The Next day I told what looked like management looking to see what room was Being service, And her reply was, they were not servicing overnight guest due to short staff and busy weekend. Sorry but that’s not an excuse for quest to get poorly service. Personally I believe people working here are rude. No apology was given. Yes understand it was a busy weekend but at least be nice to your quest. If it wasn’t for us this place wouldn’t run.

Everything was wonderful except for check in. Need another person at the front desk after 9:00pm. We waited for 15 minutes before she could check us in. I felt bad for this poor lady trying to show the new person how to sign off for the day on the computer and another employee telling her he's leaving for lunch. She told him not to leave because she can't be alone at front desk, as he walking out the door. I don't blame him if it's lunch time he's has to eat. Need another person at front desk would help especially on the weekends.

Disappointing stay. Hotel is a nice structure, relatively new and nice looking, but it is located in an industrial area over a mile from the London Bridge and all activity. Breakfast was good. The hotel is supposed to be pet friendly, but charged us a previously undisclosed $50 per night for our well-trained and well-behaved 10 lb. little dog. I found that excessive and unreasonable, everywhere else we stayed imposed no charge or a reasonable charge of $10 to $20. I would not stay there again..
