Staff members were friendly. We stayed one night, figured we would get a good night sleep before we hit the road and all we needed was a bed, we were wrong. Parking is limited, first come first serve so if you leave and someone takes your spot it’s on you. Our room has a random window without a curtain or blinds, the street light was enough to light our room up the whole night. Our solution was to cover it with the couch cushion. The tv didn’t turn off, we thought it was weird that it was on when we walked in but then realize the remote didn’t turn it off. We ended up unplugging it. We found a long black hair on a “clean” towel, my husband is bald and my hair is brown. Noise wise, once people started opening and closing doors we heard it all.

Everything was very clean. WIFI did not work for the 2 nights I was there. The curtain should have had a left and right panel to close for privacy. There was only 1 panel which did not completely cover the window. the furnishings in the room were very old (but clean) not like the furnishings in the ad photo at all.

Expedia ad still shows that property has a pool. I went with my small kids and they were excited to go into the pool, and there we saw that its closed. one of the main reason to choose this property was pool. i booked another hotel in the same week at another location in arizona and it had an open pool. SO if the owner wants to comment on this review, that the pool is closed for regular maintenance, then plz advertise accordingly, and compensate the guests for this lack of service.

Pleasantly surprised because of the price! Very clean. The only issue we had was that the pool was closed which was a huge bummer. Then the blow dryer was broken. Our keys stopped working and we had to go back into the office to get new ones programmed but it was super quick. The TV turned on in the middle of the night which was odd…but other than that I would stay here again! Super clean and quiet.

I booked a room for $48, so I wasn't expecting much and that's what I got. It was old, small tight parking lot. My room had seen better days. No lamps in the room, just a switch by the door for the ceiling light. Light over the shower didn't work. My room was clean, and the bed was alright for a one night stay. What can I say, it was a $48 room. I canceled my reservation for my return trip and spent a little more for a nicer place for my return trip.

I m not at all happy with the cleanliness, because we found a big dead cockroach inside our room, which is not acceptable..at least housekeeping team should be more vigilant...my wife was scared to sleep because of that...otherwise staff are good, hotel prices are cheap..only cockroach spoiled the experience...

Stayed here last night and honestly, it was a pretty bad experience. There was a cockroach in the room — super gross and definitely not what you expect when paying for a hotel. The place also felt really outdated — the decor is old, and the carpet looked dirty, like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in a while. On top of that, the air conditioner from the room next door was insanely loud. I could only sleep with earplugs in. Really disappointed with the whole stay. Hope they take some steps to improve.

Rooms were not quite clean. There were some stains on bedsheets. Common trash was piling up near my room but nobody picked it up. AC was super noisy. Very limited breakfast options, eventually I had to buy food from outside.

Biggest complaint by far; the "carpet" has apparently NEVER been cleaned. I was afraid to walk around in bare feet. Guy at front desk was very nice.

The only good thing about the room was the overhead lighting. We deemed it “the well lit dump”. Carpets were filthy with big stains, the TV did not work and we even bought new batteries for the remote and it still didn’t work. The mattress was noisy and uncomfortable, the bathroom had very few amenities (the mirror was so high you needed to be over 6 feet to see your face)and no alarm clock or hairdryer. The AC was extremely loud and the room was split into two and the second half did not get cooled. The front desk was unmanned several times and the morning breakfast was mediocre.

I knew reserving this that I would not be staying at a 4/5 star place, but I was extremely surprised with what I walked into considering the higher rating on Expedia. Not only was there a lack of parking, it is evident that the bathroom was not cleaned. The tub was dirty with shoe prints and female hair, the room smelled and there were ants in the bathroom.

Clean room. In good condition Spacious. Small tv that there direct tv turned off and never came back on. So no tv. Cavelike only one window that used to be a door. No way to let anylight in room without not having any privacy. Low ceilings Good value for price and condition of room.

Our window looked out to an unkept hotel back yard which was a junk pile of old hotel furniture and appliances. The door to the room had wind blowing dirt into the room as there were cracks all around the doorframe. Carpet was frayed, ripped, missing at doorway and dirty.

Our room was crossed the street from the property which was fine. The room was much bigger than we expected. We had to full size beds and a couch that could be a bed. The bathroom is nice but our only complaint there is the toilet paper was kinda out of reach. My kids could barely reach it. We had to find a different plug for our tv to get it to work but once we did it had a lot of channels. Overall we liked the room. Loved that we had a fridge freezer combo. This hotel is near an amazing Mexican restaurant and I highly recommend going there.

Good for a quick nights rest. Beds comfortable, room spacious, recent reno on bathroom. Only thing was our room didnt have a microwave though some of the recent reviews said some of the rooms did. Assume that maybe the ones close to the loby dont since you can just use the loby one. Otherwise nice with easy parking and area felt mostly safe. Dont know that I would stay again though.

Scheduled for a 2-night stay at this location. Upon arrival (late) there was no management to speak to - the parking lot was full of people partying (motel doors open, loud music, alcohol). We did not believe this to be a safe location, tried to call Knights Inn several times with no response - called Hotels.com/Expedia and they tried to get ahold of hotel management to no avail. We understand that we did not attempt to cancel in time for a refund on the 1st night stay, however; we still tried to gain a refund but NO ONE was around at the hotel to help us - Hotels.com/Expedia was of no help - and now, both parties are playing the "Blame Game" as to who won't reimburse, saying the other party is at fault. Still awaiting the outcome to see if we will be reimbursed. Until then, my advice is NOT to book here or pay the insurance when you do book here. :(

All in all the knights inn was ok. I would stay there again. My only complaint was the complementary breakfast they have. I wouldn’t call that breakfast. The juice machine was broken down. They ran out of cups and hot water. We asked the front desk person but she didn’t want to be bothered. She had no customer service skills at all. She acted like she didn’t want to be there. She could’ve acknowledge the guests and say I will be with you in a couple minutes but she had no response or maybe she is hard of hearing. So I would have to say the front desk person was very very rude. I don’t appreciate it at all. The other guests and I gave each other looks of disappointment. I am from near Page Az but there are times we stay at the hotel because we are too tired to drive home after a whole day at the lake. We have lots of tourist during the summers and we have employees who act like they don’t like their jobs and they make our native people look bad.

Office and breakfast were shut in the morning , no staff or notice . 10 guests waited around and left without breakfast , the receptionist turned up 20 minutes late - then took another 30 minutes to get breakfast ready . Everything was 50 minutes late .Very poor service indeed .

The staff was unavailable. During the checking in, there were two people, but only one was talking to customers. The other one was distracting and talking about personal issues. The day of checking out, there was no promised breakfast, because the office was closed all morning. Even though it should be open at 6AM, we were leaving after 9:30AM and still there was no-one. People were leaving room keys outside of the closed doors. I don't recommend this place at all!

Knight's Inn was very convenient to Horseshoe Bend, the Kayak Canyon Tour, and to a very good barbeque restaurant in Page. My girlfriend was initially turned off by the drab surroundings, but had to admit that the motel was clean and comfortable.

The location is great with Starbucks, Domino’s, Subway, and Safeway all within walking distance. The rooms are spacious, though cleanliness could be improved, and the AC gave us some trouble. They shouldn’t advertise ‘free breakfast’ when it’s really just a free bagel.

very conveniently located in the heart of the city of Page close to tourist attractions, shopping & dining restaurants. Got large size room with microwave & refrigerator. Breakfast is also great. Parking is very convenient. Loved my stay.

The pricing was similar to the cheapest national chains but we really liked being able to park right in front door of our room as that made loading and unloading much easier. Having a fridge in the room was really good too. The city park across the street was great for walking our pups. Plus it’s right on the main route in and out of Page.

It was just a quick one night stay. The main reason we booked this accommodation was because of complimentary breakfast. It was disappointing to know that they did not serve breakfast at all during the time we stayed in December. This should have been clearly mentioned on their site! There are shops and a cafe nearby. Other than that, overall stay was decent.

Very disappointing Hotel, and wouldn't book again. Air conditioner didn't work well so we were hot trying to sleep. In the morning we went for breakfast @ 8:45am, no coffee and so packed full of people couldn't get anything. The woman ignored us the coffee was out. Went back before 9:30am still no coffee and breakfast ends at 9:30, too early. For $100 a night it's not worth it.

The 'free' breakfast consisted of a few poor offerings of muffins, buns, yoghurt etc. The dining area was extremely small and left many guests standing to eat their breakfast. Accommodation was good and the pool clean.
