Let me start off by saying this was our last hotel stay of a 10 day trip across Utah/AZ. This was by far the most disappointing hotel. Started off with a very unfriendly front desk woman. She either hates her job or had a very bad day. We were informed parking was $20! Seems excessive…and no other hotel on this trip charged us for parking or resort fee. The first room we were given was not cleaned - bedding strewn across the floor - complete disaster. It is clear this hotel is under staffed because whole floors of rooms were being cleaned at 3pm. Check-in is at 3pm. The views on the website are definitely more impressive than reality. The only redeeming quality was breakfast the next morning.
