Place is undergoing major renovations, giant construction zone. When we arrived, the elevators were closed due to construction. There is construction trash and debris all over the hallways and staircases. The room itself was fine. But hauling luggage upstairs and looking at all the trash in the halls made it a depressing stay. If you get a great price for the room then terrific, otherwise stay away.

Very nice hotel. Great bed, great shower. Hot tub was closed which we were looking forward to using, but pool was open. Nice breakfast. Big rooms under going some renovations.

Deceiving representation on website regarding hot breakfast and pool. There is NO hot breakfast available, and the pool is closed. Price adjustment required to compensate for the abcence of advertised amenities. However, the management didn’t offer any compensation even after I requested it. The front staff said “ It’s unfortunate that we have no hot breakfast, and the pool is closed” Also, the towels are The dollar store quality and size, not the hotel quality. This hotel is disgrace for the reputable Holiday Inn hotel chain.

The credit card machine was not working. After many failed attempts, my payment was put in manually. The elevator was also out (and the only king rooms available were on 3, so we had to carry luggage up and down 3 floors). The hot tub was also closed. The front desk lady was very nice and we were able to check in early. Our room was great. Comfortable bed. Quiet.

The property and room were nice. The problem was that the elevator was not working and hasn’t been working for over a month! They don’t know when it will be repaired and fixed. The only room they had was on the 3rd floor and I had to carry all my belongings up and down the flights of stairs. That was very incovienent . Very disappointed .

We have stayed at a lot of Holiday Inns and they have always been nice. This place is a dump. When we walked in to check in there was food of some kind on the floor right in front of the check in desk. The next day when we checked out it was still there all smashed. Elevators out of service which was not a big deal but when you walk down the hall to the stairs on the tile there was a large dried spill of coffee. The next day it was still there. Walking down the hallways there is no trim along the carpet just beat up sawed off drywall. Allover just a mess. We also had someone try to open our door around midnight.

The hotel is in good shape and clean. The woman at the front desk was kind and helpful. The walls are paper thin. You can hear every footstep in the room above. You can also hear through the bathroom walls. Terrible!

The room was nice and clean! Spacious, comfortable beds. One big NO is sofa mattress. We had 3 adults and 3 kids. So, we had to use pull out sofa and the mattress was horrible, impossible to sleep on.My daughter put sofa pillows on the floor and slept on them. The mattress was ripped and it felt like metal cage covered with a sheet. The breakfast had plenty of options. Everything tasted good. We came down for breakfast around 8 am on Saturday and it was very crowded and the staff did not keep up with maintenance of the buffet. We had to wait for about 15 - 20 minutes for some items( omelets , gravy, ). Was not a big deal for us . But could be if we had a tour booked for earlier time. The hotel is conveniently located to some attractions in the area. Antelope canyon, hoarse shoe bend, lake power. Etc. We would stay here again, if we had only 4 people, but with 6( because of the sofa situation), it’s not an option.

The property is new and clean. It was a good deal compared to the Mirage hotel we stayed the day prior in Las Vegas. However, the AC was an old style loud and clunky one when it operated frequently during the night. It output cool air quickly just it wakes us up when kicked in. It was a hot day so it was constantly running. I would give it a 4 star rating if not because of this outdated AC.

Comfortable bed. Refrigerator broken which is a problem for summertime in the desert. Elevator lurches on landing and that is scary. Also, a television mount with hanging wires and no tv in the room. Not pleasant to see. Everything else law was fine.

We had a great stay. The only real issues we had was mostly due to understaffing at the hotel. Breakfast wasn’t kept stocked well, and the poor lady at the front desk was working alone. There was a long line most of the afternoon/evening preventing me from getting change to do laundry. I ended up just driving to a gas station to get quarters. Again, these issues were related to staffing. The people working there were doing their best. There just weren’t enough of them.

We got there to check in at 3pm and our room was not ready. So after waiting in lobby 40 min they said our room was ready but they had no towels for the room because they were washing all the towels and that they would bring them to us when they were ready. We called the desk at 5pm and towels were still not ready and again they said they will bring it when ready. By now it was 6pm no towels so we shower and dry our self with some extra shirts we had and left to dinner. No one came to bring towels. We left the next day and told the front desk about it.

Everyone was very welcoming and nice. They have a place to securely store luggage if you need that while you're out. We needed that as we where checked out of the hotel but still in the area doing an excursion. Breakfast was really good and the hotel is clean and quiet.

Rooms were not ready at check in time. This was the second stay here that this happened. There was trash on the floor in the room once we got our rooms. The staff didn't seem to care about customer service. Very disappointing.

Front desk staff was not very friendly on our arrival, no smiles or jokes. She stated no rooms were available on the side facing Independence Day fireworks. Then, we couldn’t get into the room for the door lock was broken (going back and forth 3 times), so she changed the room to the fireworks side. The next morning at check out time, we got in trouble by locking our car keys inside just less than one hour before scheduled excursion , another lady at the desk basically brushed us off with “not my problem “ attitude. When we found the solution and wanted to share with her for possible future clients with similar issue, she wasn’t interested either . The best help on the area we got from a cleaning lady.

Regardless of the hotel’s inconvenient location, the receptionist was very rude and unprofessional. There were problems with reservation and she didn’t bother to explain anything except to complain that she was the only one working this evening. When we tried to confirm our understanding with her since she didn’t explain it clearly, she became very impatient and told us that we made her mad. If she has issues with her manager’s assignment of her duties, she should directly tell her manager and not to put her bad attitude to the customers. She didn’t do her job at all, did not give directions to elevator, did not tell us when and where to get breakfast since our reservation includes breakfast. At this moment, we were hesitant to ask anymore questions. We did not feel welcome. If the reservation was not paid, we would not have stayed here.

Enjoyed our stay very much. The only thing that needs to be improved is the morning breakfast. Food was good but planning and the preparation to meet the demand needs to really be worked on. Steam table items were always empty.

The property was nice and clean and loved cookies available and drinks that was definitely a plus . The only thing disappointing was breakfast. They offered plenty of items, but the dishes were empty. There was no bacon, eggs, cinnamon rolls or fruit. I saw some people just eating bread. With three people working I would have expected things to be brought out faster. We left after 20 minutes.
