What I didn’t like they are in process remodeling place looked a little rough.Air conditioning in hall ways walking to rooms didn’t work super hot in there. Had fan set up in hallways blowing hot air. Room was hot when checked in took 6hrs to finally cool it down. Room had basic remodeling. Probably will not stay there again.

Front desk was extremely nice but as soon as we walked in, it smelled like a CASINO! The smell of cigarette smoke was so strong it made my head hurt so bad. The carpets were very dirty. The hotel was hot in every hall way, the pool was not enjoyable since it was super humid in there. Breakfast at the hotel was not what you might imagine or expect. The breakfast was very very very limited and waffle maker did not work. The room itself was extremely small. There was very little walk around space and the refrigerator did not work! Also the a/c on first night started to give out and then we found bugs in our room !!!! We spent very little time in the room but it was enough to know we would never stay there again. We can see they are trying with remodeling bu sadly the negative outweighed everything. I guess you get what you pay for :(

The rear exit door next to our room did not lock. That’s where people take their pets in and out. The breakfast area is way too small for more than three or four people to be in at the same time. Other than those two things the room is clean, and quiet. The bed is comfortable with plenty of pillows. The staff is super nice!

The hotel was clean, quiet and the staff was extremely friendly!!! The room was a good size had a fridge that actually worked which is great because we were there for a softball tournament and had fresh food to take to the games both days. Plenty of towels and when I asked for more they were given to us with out an inquisition!!! The pool was clean but to cold that was probably the worst part of the hotel. The gentleman who checked me in was so nice. It was an over all great stay!!

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel was clean, comfortable and conveniently located. The pool was well maintained. I wish there had been a hot tub. The breakfast was simple ( waffles, cereal, yogurt, apples, coffee) but adequate. More variety would have been nice. For the price it met our needs.

While it was a safe place to stay, conditions were some of the worst I’ve seen. Paint on the walls was just slapped on, sheets had stains, as well as the curtains, mattresses were uncomfortable, and the bathrooms were outdated and unclean.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Property very clean. Continental breakfast very sparse. We went at 7:45 am, they close at 9, they were out of waffle mix. A few cereal choices, toast, packets of oatmeal, bananas and cuties, a couple powdered donuts, five things of yogurt in the refrigerator. No one at the desk the 30 minutes we sat down and ate.

Breakfast was not as great as other hotels around area. Stayed a week housekeeping never once swept the floor in my room they did everything else though when they came in to clean. On a plus note the shower was the best around i could actually stand under it and it had great pressure

whatever cleaning or air freshener product they used was really strong smelling!!! it was difficult to fall asleep with that smell permeating the room. the trash container outside was overflowing and buzzing with flies. not good. I would not stay there again.

We didn't tell the front desk until we were leaving about the problems so they didn't have the opportunity to make it right. But when we went to use the shower it had hair in the tub along with on the bathroom floor. The second sink that was outside of the bathroom would not drain. The blow dryer did not work and one of the night stands had drink rings all over it. Thankfully the air worked great but the bed was lumpy. I was ok with the remodel that was going on at the hotel.

Check-in was friendly and easy. Our room was downstairs and the window overlook the parking lot where we could keep an eye on our car. The beds had plenty of pillows. I love pillows. They had Wi-Fi cable TV refrigerator, microwave hot shower plugs to plug in our cell phones to charge by the bedside Heater was in working order so we stayed warm because it was cold outside. Soap could’ve been better and shampoo was very cheap but good thing I brought my own as usual continental breakfast coffee, apples, waffles, and cereal and there was a coffee pot inside the room. I slept well. The pillows were a little hard, but there was plenty to prop myself.

When I first got there no one was up front to check in. Then he argued with me the we had to pay the per fee even though my dog was a service animal. I told him it was illegal to charge for any type of service animal and I had to prove it to him and finally agreed not to charge me. I went to eat breakfast and was out of pretty much everything at 7:45 am, breakfast was from 6-9. The day I checked out the front lady sat on the phone talking to a family member instead of helping me and continued to talk to them as she checked me out. When I ask for a receipt she looked at me like I was crazy. I am a traveling softball parent and we have 3 more weekends in Prescott valley in the next 5 weeks needless to say I canceled all me reservations I pre booked with them. Oh and by the was the bedding was stained and the bathroom was not fully cleaned “GROSS” . 1 star for sure and I will spend an extra 15 per day to be at a hotel that is not nasty!!

While the front desk gentleman was friendly I would not stay here again. The hotel seemed empty yet they put a woman traveling alone in the end room on the first floor next to an open alley door. On top of that the lock on the room was busted out (and looking at the remaining holes it was obviously not the first time). They agreed to move my room but only 4 doors up. Quite disappointed

I've stayed at this location twice and both times it was clean, comfortable and the management is excellent. Also offers breakfast and thats huge when traveling with kids. Anytime im in prescott i will book here.

It was great. The room was very nice and quiet. The bed was very comfortable. The continental breakfast was very good. Only was hoping to have a bagel with cream cheese. My husband and I would stay at the hotel again. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Smokey hallways and corridors. Continental “breakfast “. Leaves a lot to be desired. If you want milk on cereal, you’ll be pouring it form a gallon milk jug. Bread for toast was from Walmart and still in the bag, stale and no tongs in sight. Don’t know how many people had touched the bread. Room was ok. Good amount of hot water
