Recently remodeled, clean, and friendly staff. We stayed on the first floor, but there is no elevator, so if you stay on the second floor you will have to walk up stairs. The hotel was full when we stayed, but the rooms were pretty soundproof, so I didn’t hear the other guests much. I appreciated the walk-in shower, great pillows and nice linens. The hotel has a breakfast—smaller than some—about 5-10 items to choose from. There’s coffee available in the lobby 24-7. None in the rooms. There’s an area in the lobby that’s open 24 hours where you can use your card to buy other vending-machine type items and sundries you may have forgotten. The hotel rooms supply shampoo, conditioner, and bar soap (not body wash). My sister who stayed with me found her bed to be hard, but I was okay with mine. The refrigerator was cold when we arrived which was handy, and the microwave worked well. As a guest, you have full control of the heat/air unit in each room which was appreciated. There is no pool, but there is a fitness room and laundry facilities. I would stay again, but not for more than one night bc I would want a pool for a longer stay. I left an item behind and they mailed it to me two days later charging me for the postage which I appreciated.

The hotel is super clean and new with quick check-in! Staff are super nice and friendly. The room was exceptional. Thought I was in a Marriott! Fabulous place to stay with plenty of restaurants nearby and easy access to Hwy 89. Breakfast was great with hot and cold food, coffee 24hrs a day.

Property was nice. Room was updated and really nice. The property in general seemed to have been recently updated and was done well. Breakfast was really good and had plenty of options. I like the market they had set up near the lobby with a good variety of options from food to hygiene products. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only thing I would say is I wish they had a pool and/or hot tub but won’t hold that against.

Although conveniently located on a highway going through a business district, the hotel is set back far enough from the roadway to allow for little traffic noise in the rooms, and there was plenty of parking space. Hotel materials explained the cleaning processes used to ensure healthy room environments. It was a nice surprise that there was no discernible disinfectant odor. Bed was comfortable and it was easy to control room temperature. Appreciated breakfast buffet.

Newly renovated and was very clean. Smaller hotel but cleanliness is a big thing for us. Staff were very friendly as well. Store for food and drinks was well stocked and quite a variety! Would stay here again.

The room was ok but the bathroom and the floor was dirty. It didn’t have an elevator you had to take the stairs The rooms have carpet which is ok but they are so loud. I could here babies crying, people talking and people walking around all night, really noisy Window shades don’t block all light on windows

The hotel was not what it looked like online, so beware and do some investigations before you choose to stay anywhere based on photos you see online. It was dirty and smelled like cigarette smoke. Our room had trash on the stand between the beds and a dirty towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door. Don’t even get me started on the floors of the room, there is no way they were cleaned there was dirt, melted chocolate and food all over the floors. We tried to cancel our reservations because of this and they refused to let us do so.

We, unfortunately, had a very unpleasant experience this past weekend. After my husband took a shower, he dried off with a towel that had clearly been used in place of toilet paper. This was absolutely unacceptable and forced him to take a second shower. I reported the issue to the front desk, and while the staff was apologetic, I was surprised when they proceeded to ask how I would like my receipt rather than addressing the issue more seriously. I would have pushed for a refund, but I was pressed for time due to my daughter's gymnastics competition. This experience really overshadowed our stay, and I hope the hotel can take better care in ensuring cleanliness and proper communication in the future.

Restroom floors were a bit dirty with hair in the shower. The water for shower wasn’t very hot. Very surprised that there was not a pool or elevator. Had I known about the elevator I would have stayed elsewhere as I’m recovering from ankle surgery.

It was good. Only complaint was the floors were dirty. I know this because I spilled some water & cleaned it up with a rag. Twice. Once in the breakfast area. Dirty floor. And once in my room. Dirty floor. Both rags were filthy. Other than that everything was great.

The hotel was nice and very clean, with comfortable rooms and friendly staff. Unfortunately, it was quite noisy. We could clearly hear the people in the room above us walking around late into the night, and hallway noise carried easily into our room. If you're a light sleeper, you might want to bring earplugs or request a top-floor room. Otherwise, a pleasant stay.

Room was clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The walls are a bit thin, so you hear your neighbors. We recommended strips in the shower because it was slippery and could cause a fall. We also recommended body wash added to the shampoo and conditioner already in the shower.

I liked this hotel it was very clean and reasonably priced. Beds were comfortable and I had a King sweet. It was a large room. The only thing I didn’t like was their Tv had no direct tv. It was an app/ Streaming device, you had to download a 4.99 app from the App Store to use it. I felt that that was crazy.

The stay at Clarion was great. The staff is so kind. The breakfast was good with lots of options. Julie at the desk was amazing. She even found batteries for my daughter's toy so it would work. Thank you. You truly made my daughter's day by doing that. Will stay here again.

1. We had to circle the highway 4 times before we could find an entrance. The only entrance was prime america next door. We drove on a gravel dirt road to make it to the front entrance. When we got to front desk said t at we are on second floor thats where the suites are where we ordered. I informed I am handicapped! She said you didn't ordered a handicapped room . I said because all I need was convient room. No elevator. She said the room was by the stairway. When I go to the second floor , it was room 202 at the far end of the building. Tell me how is that convient. She said that all she had. There where only 9 cars we counted in parking dirt parking lot. Tell me how they where they where full. If she didn't believe I was handicapped, she could hare looked at my handicap license plate. I was in complete agony.

We drive an electric car. We were down to about 25 miles of power left. We found slow trickle charges around town which would have taken 10 hours to provide 25 miles. The hotel allowed us to plug in the 110 outlet to charge our car. We gained enough to get us to a supercharger to continue our trip. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. I would stay there again.

Front Desk staff in need of training. For example, not to be verbally disclose guest room number when guest checks in and/or when other guests present. Also: Directional sign for room locations on the wall at top of second floor landing is not correct ie, Rooms 216, 217 are to the left, not to the right. Not only an inconvenience but safety, security and emergency call issue.

Overall the stay here was good. The room was clean. Outside some of the plants by the drive up were dead or dying. They did not refill the conditioner and there was none left. You can sometimes hear the vacuums from the car wash next door but as long as the windows are shut it wasn't too bad.

I have stayed at the Clarion Pointe Prescott Valley three times, thus far. This facility provides good value for extended stays and exceptionally clean rooms with comfortable beds. I also like that there is a small but very clean workout area for guests. Rated slightly lower for the location because the hotel is situated in a busy location where left turns are prohibited, forcing a detour for most of my places.

The hotel wasn’t much to look at from the outside. Inside was much nicer and the rooms looked like they been updated recently. Very clean and comfortable. Beds and pillows were soft. Coffee machine in the lobby is 24 hours! Huge plus. Very conveniently located to restaurants and shops in Prescott Valley. Short 20 minute drive to Watson Lake.

Stayed for a long weekend. Enjoyed the location, close to Prescott and PV. Hotel and our room were very clean. The continental breakfast bar was well stocked and kept tidy- even with a few youngsters “getting their own”! Overall a great stay and a good value. We’d stay again.

We had the king suite, they call it the presidential suite. It was very clean and roomy. Would definitely stay here again. Breakfast was good but some days they started taking the food away before 9:30am with patrons still eating. Loved the cookies that were baked fresh daily. Do not agree that hotel front desk employees should smoke directly in front of hotel especially as guests are walking into hotel; as we experienced a few times.

Good place. Need an elevator. Do not bring heavy luggage. Also a lot of noise from the staff early in the morning. Should have different areas to clean mops or fill baskets with water, in specific during weekends. Staff is friendly. Continental breakfast is very basic and need additional tables and chairs.
