Vety comfortable bed and spacious room. Devent breakfast. Nice pool. As hotel was a no bring in good pr drink, when requesting a real glass, tgey did not have one on the property. This was surprising given the quality of hotel and heaviy priced room.

We stayed in a suite with 2 queen beds and a pull-out couch. The staff also helped us to get a roll-away cot. The space was good enough for our family, with a kitchen area with a microwave, small fridge, and small sink. The kids enjoyed the outdoor pool, and we used the gym to work out most mornings. It is located on a main road with multiple restaurants and stores within walking distance. The only downside is getting into and around the parking lot. The street outside has a curb in the center median, so if you're coming from one direction you have an awkward turn around to get to the hotel. Similarly, if you need to go that way, you have to creatively drive around the neighborhood to get to a traffic light that will permit you to turn in that direction.

Huge spacious room! Very comfortable beds and pillows. I wouldn’t recommend doing laundry here though…..only one washer and dryer, and the dryer doesn’t do a good job of drying.

Pros-Staff was friendly, convenient location to walk to just about anything, breakfast was wonderful with more choices than most hotels, room was spacious. Cons-I don’t like the bulk amenities in bathrooms and the lotion was empty. The pool looked nice my granddaughter got in however the hot tub was disgusting, mold growing around the top edge and nasty ‘stuff’ in the bubbles and peeling off the edge. Definitely needed cleaned for a while.

The staff was friendly but the room hadn’t been properly cleaned and the beds were very hard. It felt like the mattresses were the old spring style. That was tolerable however the long black hair (not my hair color) that was in the bathtub was a disgusting thing to find when I opened the shower curtain. Based on this I’ll stay somewhere else next time I am in the area.

The hotel needs updating. Carpet is very dirty, lifted in areas. Grout is missing in the tile. There is a new hotel going in down the street and will be staying there when done.

The carpets are really old and not well maintained. In our room they were sticky and next to the 3rd floor elevator the carpet is buckled. Overall the place is very clean and the team working there os outstanding. We believe an update is in the works as they were measuring the rooms for curtains.

It sounded like a hippo was staying above me. The room was also dated. The furniture was broken and the bed was uncomfortable. Service was excellent though. They also had a to go breakfast which was really nice.

Room was clean however the AC was way over by the couch and if you were lying in the bed, you could feel no air. It was hot. The mattress needs to be replaced and the pillows had no support! Staff was friendly.

1st and last stay at a Hilton hotel. Beds were awful. Completely lumpy. I tossed and turned all night. Very uncomfortable mattresses. My 18 year old son slept in the other bed and complained as well. Room walls also seemed thin. Lots of noise coming thru from the other rooms.

We really enjoyed this property. The front desk staff very helpful in finding a room that worked for our needs. My only complaint is the $75 pet fee and no designated pet area. Our room was next door to the fitness center and someone lifting and dropping weights at 5 am, but the front desk promptly took care of it once we brought it to their attention. Overall, a great place to stay.

Tried to check in early and just was told no, like it wasnt even considered. Final decision to pick this hotel over others is i really wanted to sit in the jacuzzi, and went down on Sunday and it was gross, even smelled. When i reported it they said they were sorry but the maintenance guy doesnt work on Sundays.

We were in town for a wrestling tournament and this hotel was very close to the venue which was a huge plus. It is conveniently located near many food places as well as shopping. When I walked in to check in, I was greeted promptly and the front desk lady was friendly. Check in was quick and easy. The room was big and clean. There was a welcome message on my TV, which I thought was a nice touch. The complimentary breakfast was nice and had many different choices such as omelets, sausage, potatoes, waffles, oatmeal, cereal and a variety of other items. Overall, I was very pleased with my stay and will definitely stay here again.

Although the facility itself was attractive and well-kept, the surrounding area felt like we were in a crime-ridden part of town. There was no way we were going to stroll down the road for dinner, in fact we had to drive 15 minutes to find a decent restaurant.

Excellent place to stay if visiting Prescott/Prescott Valley. Prime location, safe, with restaurants and shopping walkable closeby. A few blocks from Toyota center if attending an event, 10 min. walk. The staff were amazing and so accommodating! We loved the spacious room and comfy beds. Lobby is nice as is outdoor pool. They offer a nice breakfast as well!

Everything was clean. Bed was comfortable. The water pressure and hot water were great. Would definitely stay again. Breakfast was the only probably as there wasn’t food in the trays. It was being heated. It’s not a big deal, as they was other items to choose from while you wait.

A nice place to stay. Everyone was very nice. Room was roomy and clean. Breakfast was very good for a free breakfast. It was slightly different each day; scrambled egg, sausage, Yukon potato one day; omelet kielbasa style sausage, red skin potato another; with variety of breads, oatmeal, waffles, fruit, yogurt, coffee, tea, hot choc. The only negative would be a hard mattress and flat pillow. We have already booked again.
