Our time spent there was great! The pool area is showing its age with stained, torn lounge chairs in the mix. Buffet was yummy. Security staff extra helpful in showing us where to go! My winnings were only a few points but I’m sure if my friend and I won anything to talk about, this whole review would be different!!!

This was our third visit here and we enjoyed it just as much as the first time , the pool is spacious and we relaxed. Pool bar is good drinks are priced reasonably. Casino of course is a bonus

Charged $29 per day resort fee.. with no pool bar manned or anyone taking orders for food or drinks which meant a traipse into the centre of the casino gaming area to order refreshments & then carry them back to the pool area .. totally unacceptable in my book. Complained on check out on receiving bill about the resort charges & lack of staff. You guessed it .. sorry nothing we can do… management in a meeting

The reception and service was great and the Anhala restaurant was great. We were sad that the pool was barely heated and there were no Saturday evening family friendly activities. The whole focus seemed to be for the casino.

When we arrived the front desk clerk was not very helpful and expected us to know. Did not explain property. Deposit is now 100. Got to the room. Kind dirty...bath did not drain right away. My kid found a pill under the chair. Reported it and nothing was done.

The room was nice and was in a nice hotel with a good view. However, the tv was very small (considering the price of the room and the description we were expecting a larger tv). The beds got uncomfortable the longer I laid on it.

Everything, including the staff was really nice with the exception of the condition of the so-called upgraded room. The front door lock didnt work the back sliding door lock didn't work, the handle to the sliding door fell off and the door didnt slide at all. The poor fella sent to fix it was stumped. The closet door fell off the hinges. They were good to do a quick fix. But the problems still exist with the locks. Somebody should fix that properly. other than that, everything was great.

I liked that I felt very safe at the hotel and casino. The room and hotel were clean which is always a plus. I do recommend the buffet on Friday and Saturday night. I would have gave a five star if it wasn’t for the three times I got the wrong room upon check in. The first one I walked in while someone was sleeping in the room. Then after the third attempt, the front desk made me feel like it was my fault for these mistakes!

Staff went above and beyond to accommodate us and all interactions with hotel staff was friendly and professional. My husband and I came in from New Mexico after a bad storm. We had been without electricity and water 24 hours prior to us checking into the hotel. I called and spoke to Anna, requesting if we could have an early check in to shower and sleep, it had been a rough couple days, and she spoke to her manager Kimberly and they had a room assigned to us by the time we drove from the airport. We appreciate the compassion and kindness and we will be returning. We had one person in valet that was unprofessional, I’m not sure of the name, but we addressed this with valet personnel. Everyone else in valet was amazing. Housekeeping did an absolute phenomenal job! I see in other hotels that this service has declined, but the time and attention to detail was noticed and very much appreciated. Thank you for a pleasant stay with your comfortable rooms and amazing service and staff. You will be our next choice when traveling back to that area.

We chose well staying here! The casino is close enough to Phoenix or the lake to be centrally located, but it felt secluded - in a good way! It was nice to get out of the city traffic, and the property is gorgeous!

Great hotel, and casino with lots of dining options and loose slots. Love the staff, it is a little far away from everything in the valley but well worth the drive. Only took me 25 minutes from Tempe so it isn’t too far. It’s a new property the rooms were spacious, clean, and well designed.

We were extremely impressed. From fine dining to grab and go, this place had 6-7 different dining experiences. Rooms and commons were nicer than expected. Service and hospitality was top notch. 25 minutes from the city but well worth it. Great pools and amazing views of the mountains. 5⭐️s all Day. We will be returning.

The distance from stores, shopping or other dining was inconvenient. However, everyone of the staff we interacted with was kind and professional. The rooms were clean and housekeeping did a great job. The pool was very nice. The extra cushiony pool chairs were amazing and a nice surprise! I was happy with the pool menu since it was different than the room service menu. We are glad we went but doubt we will return due to the distance. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.

I have always loved staying at WeKopa Casino and Resort. But this time they made a change to where breakfast is now being served. They are serving in the Sports Bar which is very uncomfortable place to eat. I really don't want to do breakfast and dinner in the same place. When we left there was absolutely nobody in there.

The bed was very comfortable with high quality sheets. Staff throughout the hotel was congenial & helpful. The buffet was outstanding, fresh food with quite an extensive variety of foods not mormally seen at this type of venue. No lines, attentive staff.Casino was smoke free & all new machines
