The landscaping around the hotel is beautiful and it is a short walk to the shops. The pool is also great with a big hot tub that helps sore muscles after a long hike. The room is a bit dated but large and has everything two people need in the kitchen for a light breakfast and lunch (went out to eat each night). The only thing that was not so great was the lack of housekeeping. We stayed for four nights, and it would have been nice to have housekeeping stop by at least once.

First I was not expecting a $34.00 resort fee per day on arrival day. Disappointing the adult pool was closed the last full day I was there unfortunately with zero notice or warning. My stay was two full days and two short travel in & out days. Front desk suggested I use the El Niño pool. It was so loud with screaming kids that I just went to my room. I will stay elsewhere next trip to Sedona.

Cannot beat the location - in the center of town & across from the Tlaquepaque Shopping Center. There were plentiful amenities, incl. a lovely salt water pool and free laundry. Negatively, the "welcome gift" was in fact, a plug for a timeshare.

Very nice place to stay. Staff was very friendly and was more than happy to help with anything you needed. Rooms were well maintained and spacious The grounds were clean and maintained Multiple pools, one with bar service, spa, workout room, laundry room, restaurants, and shops on property. Overall a very nice place and experience.

Very clean, room was spacious with 1 bedroom, and living area with sofa sleeper. Everything you need in the kitchen if eating in. Coffee needs updating, tasteless brew, stronger tasting options should be offered. Plenty of towels, plus 2 pool towels nice, 2 towels had faded colors. No alcoholic beverages available poolside, even tho there was a bar, disappointing. The trees and vegetation around the hotel grounds are very nice.

Beautiful grounds & architecture - well manicured, roses in bloom. Stayed in building I - very peaceful and quiet, just far enough away to not be bothered by the noisy pool area. Room was clean and spacious with a comfy bed. Very friendly staff! Walkability is excellent for entertainment, shopping, restaurants and scenic views. Oak Creek runs through the grounds. They have done an amazing job of creating places to walk, sit and relax near it. Drawbacks: We thought that having the separate kids' pool option would allow us to relax in the main pool/jacuzzi, however that was not the case. It was covered up in kiddos most of the time. We also checked multiple times and the pool bar was not open. Jacuzzi on our porch was nice but took an hour to fill and was quite loud.

We had a very pleasant stay. The room was spacious and clean, offering a comfortable place to unwind. Staff was wonderful! Amenities were great. Lits of fun things to do... Beautiful property. The room was spacious and well stocked especially the kitchen which was awesome. The only thing notably bad was since the furniture was rather old it was also pretty dirty.. I definitely think its time to upgrade that living area furniture. We had a nice time and will book again tho.. We just put a blanket on the sofa so no biggie

The first non smoking room we were assigned smelled like someone had smoked without being cleaned. In the second room, there were 2 cockroaches. I would not recommend stay here.

Room & all were good, however shower tub combos were not easy to get I & out of, especially us elder folks. Step in showers with grab bars would be nice. A little updating of furniture & drapes would also be welcomed. Balcony with view of ricks was very nice . Next time will ask for ground floor.

There was a storage room for maintenance etc next to our room, hearing that door slam on and off all day wasn't pleasant, combine with the people above us sounded like they were bowling up there, request upstairs for sure. Room was a little dated but kept up to par. Facilities over all was 4 star we would definitely recommend to family and friends Amenities were very accommodating. Shopping and dinning all very short walking distance from our room which was also very convenient. If your looking for a great place to get away and relax that has the whole 9 Pool, spa, sauna etc this is it. If your looking for a great place to get away that's close to shops , restaurants and sites Sedona has to offer this is it.

I booked the cheapest room option as I was only staying one night, so I got the studio. Even though I know it was a $120/night room it was definitely a really old room. I almost paid to upgrade after seeing it, but was only there one night. This was in the Inn section part of the hotel… it’s overdue for an upgrade.

We were a little hesitant about this place because it looked more like a crappy motel in the photos, but it was actually fantastic! Our suite was huge and very comfortable. The hotel grounds were massive, with multiple pools, pickle ball courts, free laundry, and more. We had a great stay at a great price! My only complaint was the lack of recycling.

Can’t wait to go back! We had the most amazing time. We stayed in a modern, fully equipped double-room apartment — spotless, spacious, and just a short walk from downtown Sedona. The manager was incredibly kind and helpful, and having access to the pool and jacuzzi made the experience even better. Highly recommend!

Great hotel for a family stay in Sedona. You basically don't need to leave the place and there is good shopping and food options right by it. Check in was very nice. Richard at the front desk was prompt and informative. I wasn't a huge fan of the upselling at the concierge, but that is typical of Hilton brand resort hotels. Room was a little dated and the king bed in our 2 bdrm suite was not as comfortable as the queen beds in the other room. But it looks like they are starting to make renovations to the place. Overlooking that, they have a lot of amenities for a family with young kids. Loved the kiddie pool and walking by the river. Pickleball was a plus to have as well. Their restaurant, Spoke and Wheel, seemed a little overwhelmed so we ordered our food from them to go, which was ready pretty quickly. Will be staying here again!

As many others have pointed out, the units have dated furniture and decor, but they are clean, spacious and functional. Our 2 bedroom suite was big and included a kitchenette equipped with a 2 burner stove, fridge, dishwasher, and kitchen utensils. The resort area is beautiful, and includes access to its own natural creek, it also has tennis, pickleball, mini golf, basketball and a nice heated pool with extra large hot tub. It has a gym and a full service spa. There is an onsite restaurant but it has poor reviews, so we decided not to try it. There are plenty of better options within walking distance. It shares the parking lot with the beautiful Tlaquepaque shopping area. The property was purchased by Hilton last year and its undergoing a full renovation. They are working on one unit at a time, so you will barely notice the workers. It is a time share, so you can expect the usual sales pitch at check-in but in our case we politely declined and that was that. We will certainly come back.

Jedediah at the front desk was absolutely amazing. We were getting married on Saturday and Jedediah upgraded our room to the Morris House, and gave us food vouchers for the on-premises restaurant. He is the gold standard for front desk operations. He made what normally would have been a hectic day very smooth and delightful.

We love the location of this hotel, and the rooms are nice and spacious. Haven’t had an issue before but this time on my way out of the lobby I was stopped to receive my “welcome gift” which involved a Hilton sales person trying to get me to take time out of my vacation to attend a presentation on their new rewards program (no doubt to sell me on something) in order to receive gift card. When I told him I would not attend he seemed visibly annoyed and asked why not? Perhaps because I am only here for one night with my family and wouldn’t not want to spend that time being sold to? Once again a lovely property but I don’t appreciate the time share style tactics I experience in the lobby. Left a bad taste and makes me reconsider my next visit.

BEWARE WHEN CHECKING IN. The front desk staff is excellent and helpful. However, a “nice greeter” hangs out in the lobby who tries to get you to visit the concierge who is a timeshare agent.

Very slow check-in (30 minutes in line) due to system issues. Then our room keys, along with those of several other guests, did not work. Highly inconvenient. Stuff happens, but it is how a “resort” responds to stuff that happens that matters. The response was inadequate for a place that we thought was a first class resort. Also, inadequately staffed everywhere. Nobody at the pool or anywhere on the grounds, one overtaxed waitperson at the Spoke and Wheel, nobody at the pool bar, etc. The lobby is fully staffed with timeshare peddlers, however. They call themselves “concierge” which is deceitful. Check out is at 10:00 a.m…really? The location is good but all lodging in the area is a good location. There is nothing about this third rate “resort” I would recommend. Highly disappointing stay.

Great spot to stay in Sedona!! Conveniently just a few blocks from Uptown and across the street from Tlaquepaque. Separate bedroom and small kitchen. Ours had been recently updated so everything was new and modern, though a bit bland. We even had a private terrace. We had only a weekend so no time to enjoy the many onsite amenities. This would be a great spot for a family vacation, or multi-generational group—something to keep everyone active and entertained. Even with all that, surprisingly this was still a more affordable option in pricey Sedona. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

Perfect location. Just across the parking lot from Tlaquepaque Village! Walking distance to most places. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Our room was quite comfortable and had everything we needed. The room had just been renovated and was fantastic. Loved sitting in the patio in the morning enjoying the view and coffee.

Absolutely not worth the $60/day resort fee. Only one restaurant open. ONLY SERVED PIZZA. REST OF KITCHEN CLOSED. Restaurant staff rude. Music playing flat cuss words. Not family friendly. Beddling and pillows and mattress extremely old. This place is old and way overpriced. Only good thing is that it is walkable to a few other dining options. Tennis courts full of debris.

We loved our stay at the Los Abrigados Resort and Spa in Sedona! Our family of four enjoyed being able to park and walk to the nearby Talquepaque shopping and dining village. The food at Spoke and Wheel was really good and the hotel concierge were very friendly and very helpful. The pool was relaxing, the property clean with impressive landscaping and walking paths, easy to navigate. We also utilized the mini-golf and creek side park and playground for our kids. We definitely recommend.

On the whole, a wonderful experience! Beautiful location, great pool and gym. Room itself was a bit dated but they are doing a multiyear renovation. No breakfast onsite but Secret Garden next door is lovely. Our one caveat: avoid the concierge! Our simple request for local info turned into an intense and very unpleasant sales pitch for timeshares.

The property was very nice and in a great location. I enjoyed the fridge and kitchen. The furnishings left a lot to be desired. The pool bar was never open and the on-site restaurant and bar closed at 9pm. The spa was well appointed and was a highlight of the facility.

The resort was excellent! We were extremely pleased with our 2 bedroom suite as we were traveling with our kids. We ate dinner at the Spoke and Wheel and received excellent service with very good food and drinks. We will definitely check on availability here first, the next time we are in Sedona.
