My husband and I and our dog went for a little get away. The reception was friendly and they had cookies waiting for us. A little happy hourwith a complimentary beer wine or soft drink. They also had some bar food available that was excellent so we didn't have to drive anywhere. We didn't use the hot tub or swimming pool but it looked like everyone was having a nice time. The beds were comfortable, it was quiet for sleeping, very clean. They had a full breakfast in the am and our parking was right outside our door. The price was good. The pet pricewas a little high (40)but considering the rest, it wasn't a point to argue. I highly recommend especially if you have kids

I was there for a week long stay. Staff members Kristin, Ronny, Tiffany and others were all very helpful and made my stay most enjoyable. The rooms were clean, the beds and pillows were nice, the breakfasts were hot and ample, and the 5pm - 6:30pm social hour was the best part of the stay for me. Getting to meet other travelers from around the world was a plus.The outdoor pool was heated with a deep end and there was a small hot tub, but it was very tepid water and its' jets were way underpowered. Another drawback was when it rained the runoff puddled in many of the walkway areas to the rooms and also outside the room doors. Made conditions slippery and also soaked shoes and socks. AIn addition, the stairs to the second floor were chipped and a few were replaced but not with the same rise run level, which was a hazard. There was no elevator and only stairs which were not always the most convenient, since they weren't everywhere you would expect them to be. The staff and the other guests made the stay most enjoyable as the facilities were average with no elevator to get to the second floor.

One night stay…limited parking, and the lot is poorly lit and needs repaved. At least nine people hanging around outside smoking weed…sitting on the stairs blocking them. Got into the room and needed to turn on the AC…it was loud and clunky, and did not work too well. A light see-through curtain over the window, no privacy. The room was pretty clean and everything else seemed to work. The mattress was horrible…it might as well have been plywood. The pillows were good though. Trying to get a few hours sleep…water hammer in the pipes inside the walls. The breakfast area was well stocked, clean, and busy. Overall, not a very good hotel…very old and has seen better days.

Visiting from out of town Has no water for a whole day constantly being it would be fix in the next hour or 30 mins everytime what they said past by had wasted a whole day because I couldn’t shower had to shower with a gallon of water they offer no refund or service of any kind was waiting since 8 am being told it would be fixed wasn’t fixed till almost 9pm

We checked in late, and found out there is no hot water after get into the room. We call the front desk, the front desk said it could be due to many people are showering at the same time, just wait for another half hour. However, the truth is they had a broken heater or something, apparently, many people had already complain to them. They should just tell the truth straightly, instead of lying.

Very nice place to stay. Room was clean and nice. Outside needed a little attention. The day I left, the maintenance people were cleaning up. Very good Breakfast The area around the Hotel was good. I felt safe there. I would stay there again if I return to visit my friend again. The price for what I got is good!

First room we were assigned had exposed wires,holes in the wall and human bodily fluids on the sheets. After reporting to front desk, was "upgraded" to second room that had urine stains on the sheets. Third room had blood on the sheets and mold in the cabinets. After moving to two more rooms, both unclean and witnessed by maintenance, gave up after ten pm and moved to a different hotel. Reaching out to general manager next morning was met with rudeness and we were hung up on. I would not and could not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Room was ok. Comforter was stained and the sheets had a big yellow stain. Asked to replace the bed sheets and comforter, they just made the bed with the same sheets. The wall by the door had a blood stain and so did the curtains next to the door. Worst BW I've ever stayed at. Never again @this location. I also have pictures of everything I mentioned.

I would say that it was okay for the price, but the hotel definitely needs work done. The towel hook was falling out of the wall, everything just looking old and run down. Cleaning crew did not empty the ice bucket, there was a pill on the floor and someone left a pair of contacts on the nightstand that the cleaning person didn't remove so suspect minimal cleaning was done. Would not stay here again with so many more options. Was disappointed. Staff was nice and helpful, though.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. My stay at this hotel was beyond disgusting and completely unacceptable. From the moment I checked into my room, I was greeted by roaches crawling around. It wasn’t just one or two—it was constant throughout the night, including in the bathroom. That alone should have been enough to shut this hotel down, but it got worse. The bathroom ceiling was peeling and falling apart, making it feel like the place hasn’t been maintained in years. The so-called housekeeping was just as nasty—throwing pillows on the floor and then putting them back on the bed like that’s normal. It’s absolutely unsanitary, and I can only imagine what else gets “cleaned” the same way. This was supposed to be a safe, comfortable stay, but instead, it was a nightmare. I felt uncomfortable, dirty, and ripped off the entire time. No guest should ever have to deal with filth, bugs, and negligence like this. Save yourself the headache, the disgust, and the wasted money. Stay anywhere else—this hotel is a disgrace.

First room we were placed in had blood on light switches, dirty sheets with hair on them, and light fixtures broken on the wall. They moved us and the second room was better but still dirty, towels were stained, walls were horribly dirty, ac either didnt run at all or ran non stop. Only highlight was the nice gals at the breakfast buffet. They were very sweet.

This a nice hotel. I spent 1 night before my flight, and was happy with it. The room was clean. WiFi worked great and did not ask for a password. The breakfast was excellent! I needed good energy for a long trip, and I got it. I did not have a chance to enjoy the pool, but it looked clean and nice. I recommend this property.

We wouls definitely stay here again on a trip to Tucson. The hotel was near a lot of restaurants and stores for easy shopping. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Staff was very nice and quick to respond to our needs. The breakfast was also very good, they had plenty of options ( eggs, potatoes, waffles, sausage, cereal, etc).

The suites are great, with separate rooms and separate bathroom. They even have microwave, cook top, refrigerator, etc. My room had two big screen TV's and I have stayed here three years in a row. It is near to everything, and I will be back next November.

The hotel is fine and clean. Guys at check-in were great. My only complaint is the AC fan is very loud. I had trouble sleeping both nights. Loud is OK, but this AC kept changing the pitch and the volume, which is what kept me awake. It literally sounded like a sports car changing gears. Please have someone check this out so your next guest can get some sleep. thanks.

The only negative comment I have is that the housekeeping came walking in (without knocking), on my wife, who had just gotten out of the shower. I advised the service desk and the response "ok, we'll definitely look into this..." It was only an overnight stay, so this incident really hurt our stay.

The staff was excellent. I needed assistance twice and they were very responsive. The front desk clerk i engaged with was extremely friendly and professional. The room was outdated. In the bathroom, there was one light that would not turn off at all. We just kept the door shut at night so it wouldnt bother us. The room had a bit of an odor to it but it went away afted a while. Most noticeable when we first entered. The breakfast was decent. It was myself and 3 kids, agesq6, 12, and 2 and there was something for everyone. Healthy options as well. We weren't out walking the property much but it felt safe overall. I would maybe try a different place before staying here again.

It’s a little far out from downtown but it was quiet, clean, and had a good free breakfast. I was in a recently renovated room. It was nice though you could tell it was quickly done. One thing to note is housekeeping won’t service your room unless you request it. I didn’t mind because it was just me but good to know if you need fresh towels or your trash emptied.

I booked a room for my husband as he became stranded out of town. The room was booked in his name, however, when he got to the room. He was not allowed to check in. The front desk clerk Ronnie, was very rude and denied him access. Ronnie required that my husband have the physical card the room was booked on in order to check in. This was in Tucson and I am in New Mexico. Ronnie told him he needed to see the physical card to check him in and in the end told him to leave. He was not very friendly when I called him and insisted that I was committing credit card fraud. Very compassionate toward my husband’s situation of being stranded.

We didn't eat breakfast. But the coffee from the breakfast bar was good. The service was great. I was having trouble with the thermostat and my mom was very cold. I called the front desk and sent someone up right away and they got the thermostat taken care of. Service was exceptional and above and beyond. My dad was life flighted to Tucson Medical Center due to a stroke so being able to get a room with wonderful welcoming service was very refreshing in the middle of a difficult situation.

Would have probably gave it 5 stars, but the 1st room we had, the bath sink faucet was broken. They sent maintenance right away, but he was unable to fix it, so they moved us to a different room. The 2nd room was cleaner. Breakfast was typical. Parking was ok, at least they didn't charge. Reception staff was ok, not much personality, but cordial and professional.

Nice location in Marana / NE Tucson: close to good restaurant and our family. Older property, but the interiors have been remodeled. A fair breakfast and pool - a little upgrades would help the exterior - though nicely landscaped. Staff is friendly and professional. Overall, a good value.

Don’t be fooled by the exterior or location next to an abandoned restaurant. This is a good hotel with clean rooms, a good breakfast buffet and easy access to rooms and pool. I was not disappointed

Nice place! Upon check-in, we received two tickets for their social happy hour to get one beer or wine each. Unexpected and gratefully received! The Waitress in there was very good at her job, she made sure everyone was taken care of, took food orders, and kept the popcorn machine going. In the morning for breakfast the 2 ladies in there made sure the place stayed clean and the buffet filled.

I liked the location of the hotel, and the price is competitive. However, the rooms are somewhat old, especially the bathroom. The breakfast service is very bad. I went with my family every day to try to have breakfast, but there was never any food in the pots. There were a lot of people waiting for the cooks to put food in, and it became an undesirable experience to have to wait in long lines in a small place with too many people inside.
