The resort grounds were beautiful, scenic and offered great walking paths. The two pool areas were peaceful and relaxing. We also loved the dining options--we had lunch at Legends and breakfast at the Terra Cota cafe--both were excellent! We loved our stay and will be returning!

Was very quiet there as was probably off season for them. They could have done better job keeping second pool clean and stocked with towels. Also, upgrades and fixes to property to bring it up to a higher level is in order. Staff was ok. Food and beverage options a bit limited. Experience there was overall good, but, not high level.

Lovely hotel, clean and spacious rooms-we had a casita. The staff at the hotel were very welcoming and during our stay went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Lovely pool and fitness centre. Will definitely go back there when in the US again.

This was our first time staying at an Omni hotel. Overall it was a great experience. One suggestion is to get rid of the artificial turf around some of the pool it gets so hot it’s very uncomfortable on your feet!!

Maid service changed the sheets, emptied the trash but left the sink filthy dirty and left the old paper cups and coffee spills on the console where the coffee maker is. It is an older property and was kinda fixed up recently. You are going to need to lift your bags up or down some stairs to get to your room. When we checked in we were shown a very small map of how to get to our room. Baggage porter was not offered. The workout facility is top notch! Great equipment including Peloton bikes. Staff is super friendly and helpful.

Renovations going on that we didn’t know about. Some onsite restaurants closed. Steep tiled steps to get to your room, no elevator, so pack lite. Tennis & pickleball courts closed. Pool not heated. Casita room spacious & comfortable. Located 1/2 away from downtown Tucson. Would give this resort a 3+ star rating.

The property itself…it was very nice! The room was nice, but if you really looked at the room wasn’t as clean as I believe it should have been. That was a lot of money for one night to be in a place that wasn’t extremely clean. Other than that staff is great. The location was wonderful but somethings should be done about how clean those rooms are. I hope for what they charge for one night at a hotel. They are paying their employees a decent amount just for the sheer incentive that they will do a good job for the company when they are paid well.

The shower in the room we stayed in had black mold and there was supposed to be fire extinguisher outside of our room, but the box was empty. As soon as we walked into.our room it smelled like there may have been some water damage at one point or the carpet is extrenely old and has never been shampooed. My husbands asthma kept flaring up all night due to smell in the room and our allergies were definitely flared up. I did speak with the manager Laney about this and she didn't really seem to care very much, she said the newly renovated rooms has black grout, but this was not black grout, it was mold. The tiles on the floor were loose and the hot and cold faucets did not have indicators, which caused my son to burn himself when taking a bath. I definitely expected more from this resort. The premier room was not what I expected. This was an early fathers day gift for my husband. We definitely did not have a great time and will not be going back.

We were taken to a room that had an odor of death. It was appalling for the price we had to pay to stay here. We were given another room, somewhat better, but pathetic. The entire property needs to be torn down and redone. The sheets were threadbare. We asked for our sheets to be changed. The cleaner did nothing but take the 5.00 on the bed. The bathroom didn't have a new kleenex put in. The rug beneath was still turned over. The counter or mirror hadn't been touched. The rug is filthy and needs replacing. I feared bed bugs more than anything. This resort hotel is a disgrace to the Omni corporation name.

The room we were given had a dirty underwear between the couch . My child sat down and found it between the crevices of the couch. It looked like it had been there for months or even years . Luckily it was minimally what my child touched . We also found ants by cookies that they left out for my children . Nice gesture, although we don’t know how long they had been there . I asked them got come and clean . They said they would be sending someone. Due to my children being little I asked for a room change . Where had to come the rollaway bed we asked for . The rollaway bed was basically springs , that took us to ask for a duvet to lay in the bottom. The duvet was a thin blanket . Not a good experience, we were there to celebrate my husband’s birthday. We spend more time out of the hotel than enjoy the amenities. Will not be returning .

Glen was great and extremely friendly. He greeted us with a smile and gave us the warmest welcome. Super first impression. We normally stay at Ventana but decided to mix it up a little bit… Our room was a deluxe with a view- very clean and spacious but had a weird musty smell. They freshened up the room the next day and it did help but not completely. The cleaning service was very good except for Sunday. Pool was clean and pool staff was friendly and helpful- getting out the towels in timely manner with a smile. We reserved a section of the pool with seatings and table for my niece and nephew. We had much fun (the hotel provided floats) and ordered food from Sweet Water. Food was delicious. I would have given five stars instead of four had it not been for one of the staff at the pool questioning if I paid for the reserved space. She came FOUR times demanding I show receipt, which I did but insisted the receipt needed a confirmation number…. I showed her my email and proof of payment but still insisted I needed a confirmation number (btw- I never received). This caused embarrassment to me in the presence of my guests. Ugh. They need to be more organized. She did eventually come back to tell me my pool space reservation has been verified. To add to the damage, my final bill had a bill that was not mine- but they rectified it. Other than that, my overall stay was good. I might consider coming back… perhaps just for the spa treatment.

The lobby was pretty and smelled amazing from the spa. Our room was wonderful with a beautiful sitting area, plenty of storage, a desk, a bar area, large closet, great mirror separate from main bathroom for getting ready, and an excellent shower. There was a must smell in the room . The bell service manager was wonderful and set us up with all of our belongings from a long trip across country. I didn’t love the pool being packed by weekend “resort pass “ guests and their young kids….but understand the need to do it. That area could have been cleaner.

A very spacious room, loved 2 separate sinks, living room area, a bar a tub with separate shower. Only thing was we would have had a view of the golf course and beautiful mountains but there was a huge tree blocking any view. A beautiful property in a very nice area

Loud lawn mowers outside the window at 7:30am , literally maintenance digging a hole for a tree to be planted next day just outside the front door(again at 7:30 am) . Room a/c would bang ever time it shut off,switched us to the room next door (of course still hear banging, switch to another room was fine then.

The Omni hotel and spa was beautiful. Staff was very helpful. My overall stay was great, but I did have a issue with my check in as Omni had me for a wrong date that I reserved with Expedia so my stay started off very bad but Om took care of, my issues with the reservation hopefully this does not happen again with Expedia and Omni or any of my reservations or stays at any future location or rentals

The front desk receptionist was very rude, he gave us wrong directions- the resort was crowded with a lot of golfers- nice place if you want to golf and are solo. Please do not go if you want a retreat or with family. We travelled with family and little kids and there was no family friendly activities- golf carts everywhere - the only good thing was the breakfast at the dessert farmers and the server was courteous.

I honestly cannot begin to describe how blown away we were by our first stay at the Omni Tucson! At check-in, Daniel, the manager, was warm, welcoming, and made sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Jake personally escorted us to our room and was available all evening if we needed anything. Hands down, the Hacienda was best room we’ve stayed in over the last 15 years of traveling. The space was enormous, beautifully decorated, and spotless. Dinner at Bob’s was an experience in itself. The same warm hospitality we felt at check-in carried through the entire evening. The hostess, server, and manager (Vila) all wished us a happy anniversary. Vila even took photos of us out on the veranda. The food was Phenomenal! The grounds were beyond beautiful and the amenities were right on point! Without a doubt- this is THE only place we’ll stay when visiting Tucson!

One of the Worst Experiences of My Life – Avoid at All Costs Staying at Omni Resorts was an absolute nightmare. From the moment we arrived, the staff were rude, dismissive, and shockingly discriminatory. My partner and I were treated like second-class citizens—completely ignored. To make matters worse, they put us in a room with no heat in the middle of the night. When we complained, instead of addressing the issue properly, they made us switch rooms at 4am. No apology. No compensation. Just cold indifference. It was clear they couldn’t care less about our comfort or safety. This was supposed to be a relaxing getaway, but it turned into one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Omni Resorts clearly has no interest in treating all guests with respect and dignity. If you value being treated like a human being, look elsewhere. This place is all about catering to a certain type of guest—and if you don’t fit their mold, prepare to be ignored and mistreated. Majority of the staff was amazing and accommodating when we called to say we would be late to check in because there was a delay in travel plans. One person however said the check in time cut off time was 2-3am before our whole reservation would be cancelled, and the tone wasn’t very helpful. When we called again and spoke to different person, they told us not to worry they’ll put a note in the reservation. We were able to arrive a little before 3am. But we were definitely stressed from the other conversation. Overall the stay was great and the front desk and golf cart driver when we arrived were really great.

Just stayed 8/10/24-8/11/24. False promises. Never picked up the phone once for room service. Waiting for lengthy time on numerous occasions. Claims they offer golf cart rides around premises yet my mother is handicapped and had to be driven by me for dinner. Piss poor experience and waste of money

Front desk staff were not friendly upon our arrival. It was the bar staff who helped guide us to our room, the room service staff and the departure valet who made our experience pleasant. You really feel close to nature at this property. Nice clean well appointed room, comfortable beds. The one downside was how they made it really difficult to get to some of the rooms. You have to go through the lobby, down an elevator and then a walk to a bunch of stairs. They could have made it a lot easier to get from the cars to the rooms.

Great room, if you are just wanting to relax this is a great place to stay. If you want to see more of the local area it’s not as convenient. Restaurants were okay. The breakfast at Desert Farmer was amazing! Service was alright.

This is our favorite property in Tucson. The northwest Tucson location is exactly where we want to be - this resort is peaceful, beautiful, and very well-maintained. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and they are ready with smiles and humor and respect. We stringly recommend Omni Tucson National! (Excellent golf!)

This is our go-to place when in Tucson. The property and staff are absolutely amazing, and also very accommodating. We have been coming her for years. You have to have dinner at Bob’s and go to the spa during your stay.

Every staff member was super friendly. There were 2 that stood out above all others. The Peak bartender Yves was amazing and too excellent care of us. and Andrew, also at The Peak, hosted a fantastic tequila tasting.

From the minute we walked in the door. The valets were amazingly helpful. The front desk people were warm and friendly. We were greeted with champagne and chocolates a lovely way to start a last minute trip. The pool and grounds are wonderful. The bar is amazing and the bartender Rose makes a fabulous old fashion. I highly recommend going here for relaxing stay.
