The staff was great. The room was clean but the outside areas were trashy. Old diaper at the pool. They need to pay attention to the trash in the outside areas and clean the pool regularly. Otherwise good location next to highway, gas and restaurants.

A/C was so noisy that my wife put toilet paper in her ears trying to sleep. Supposed to be a free breakfast and there was no breakfast. Desk in room was not a desk. Some kind of table with a DIRTY padded top. There was an added fee of $1.00 that showed no reason for it and it was not explained. This is the second property of yours we have stayed at in the last year. The other being in the Seattle area. That property was not good either.

To begin with, I filled out the pre-check in details online before arriving, but was told upon arrival that the morning clerk didn't input them to my reservation, so there was a slight delay to receiving my key. The location is great with plenty of food options nearby, and parking was more that adequate. The room itself was clean and presentable, but there were several cosmetic issues with loose wall moldings and floorboards, and the incredibly squeaky door (room 214) didn't fully close until you slammed it and then flipped the lock inside. I will say the bed was very comfortable, the heater/ac unit was more effective than most, and there was amazing water pressure. With a little more attention to detail, this could have been a 5-star stay.

Checked in at the front desk, walked to room and the key didn’t work so had to go back to the desk to get it corrected. Rooms are small and dated. 32” tv on the way had lines on it, so had to take a picture and go BACK to the office and show them as not to get charged. Vinyl flooring in room, was okay. Beds (lol) of the bed was terrible. Pillows older than me. Springs in the bed popping when you moved. Thought having the “Wyndham” name it would’ve been better. Advertised on Hotels.com, free breakfast. They had a hand written sign at check in that read sorry no breakfast. So basically stay at your own risk. No pool, no hot tub so just do your research and be ware. Have no idea how they got over 2.5 star reviews.

The table was gross, the freezer needed defrosting, the floor was split, the vanity light didn't work, the microwave was a mess, and the front desk has never taken a check-in from a foreign visitor. There was no breakfast as advertised and pictured. I definitely feel that I was overcharged for this room.

When we arrived the hotel didn’t have our reservation and I had to contact hotels.com to be able to check in. Once checked in we were given our keys to the room and they didn’t work. After finally getting into our room there were roaches in the room and the room was pretty run down I.e. holes in the walls, mismatched wall paint colors, damaged furniture. We informed the front desk and were given a new room that was better but still a bit run down.

This place is an absolute dump. I stayed there years ago and it was fine, but now the place is run down, expensive and they even stopped the complimentary breakfast. There’s no reason to ever stay here when there’s so many nicer properties close by. We found dead fleas and eggs in the beds.

Arrived close to midnight. Room seem decent. You could head road traffic just as load with door closed or open. Wife was woken up close to 5am with huge roach crawling on her. Look at doot area gap under entry door was close to 1inch bugs crawled out door once light was turned on. Curtains full of burn marks even though hotel is non smoking. Got dressed and let front desk know. Woman in front desk said I needed to talk to manager and I needed to call Sunday through Thursday. That, that was all I could do.

BUGS! stained beds and bedding door didnt close well there were people partying and hitting windows, falling into our air conditioner unit all night. I do not recommend this place unless you have absolutely no where else to stay. Also we had the second floor back corner and the freeway noise was horrible!! It felt like a semi was gonna hit the wall any minute lol as for bugs there was some in the bedding that wasnt bed bugs, they mustve sprayed the room the day before it stunk like chemicals and there was so many dead little roaches in the bathroom they forgot to sweep up.

This room (222) should be heavily discounted because I hear every vehicle on the major highway. They can’t change the room because they said it’s the last one. By far the worst room I ever had. Try it on your own if you don’t believe me. Shameless to advertise rooms like this….

It was supposed to be a non smoking room but the room smelled of cigarettes' smoke. In fact, even the smoke detector was out of its socket, unplugged and into a drawer. Also the lights of the sink area did not work. The sound proofing of the room was horrible. The room carried the freeway's sound as if we were in the middle of the freeway. Impossible to get a good night sleep.

Check in Ok, Noisy balcony room near the freeway. No light bulb in the lamp near the bed. No kleenex. Hot water handle at the sink was cold water and cold faucet was hot water. Well lighted parking lot at night.

They worked with me very well and was so sweet the only thing is they gave someone the access key to my room forgetting I was in the room and if it wasn’t for me having every lock locked they would have saw me getting ready for a shower other wise everything else was smooth and warming welcome

What I liked was the price and the convenient location. Local restaurants were convenient. The staff was friendly What I did not like was the annoying flies in the room and the freeway traffic and railroad noise.

Bed was very comfortable. Room very clean. Room service good. Wish there had been at least some food items available but the neighboring restaurants took care of the need. Despite the close proximity to freeway noise was not a problem. The train tracks on the other side of the freeway - it's Banning , Beaumont and its motels have the same problem areas.
