Theres no hot tub like the pictures show, the pancake machine didn't work, the pool was dirty, the restroom door didn't close right AND the power went out for our last hour there, never staying there again.

When we first got there, the elevators were not working. Thank God, we were only on the second floor. Our door wasn’t working and it was already open when we got there. The room was OK, but the TV was not working couldn’t watch any channels. It was really hard to lock the door. You either had to push it hard or move it up and down just so it can lock. When we left and came back, we had to ask the front desk to come up and open it for us because the key card wasn’t working. Overall, it was an OK experience.

The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. I appreciated the extra large pillows. The breakfast protein was the same thing every single day. Eggs and sausage. Eggs and sausage. It really got tiresome. A little variety would have been nice. The pool was cold and dirty. There were many leaves along with vegetation debris. It clearly hadn’t been cleaned in ages. I checked with staff before making the reservation and was assure the pool would be all right to swim in. It was not.

was disappointed in the cleanliness of the pool, also, the door frame was making a loud noise since it did not have any screws, when in the shower, the shower curtain was torn.... also, whomever painted the bathrooms, did a horrible job and you can see areas where it needs to be re-painted. i stay at your hotels all the time and this one needs someone to address the fine details.

Our bathroom had hair on the floor and in the shower when we checked in. The window in the hallways of the hotel was open and there was a wildfire so it filled the 2nd floor with smoke. On top of that our TV didn’t work, so it was a pretty horrible stay. Staff was friendly and nice but would not ever come back to this location, even if the Morongo is sold out again

This hotel was extremely subpar when it comes to cleanliness. Our room still had food left in the refrigerator and some of the towels had not been changed out. The AC also kept faltering throughout the night.

1. Dirty. Many pubic hairs on bath towels. Leftover trash from previous guests still on floor. 2. Room keys don't work, and we were told it was a common issue of several room locks, and we should ask front desk to manually open for us with a metal key every time we go out.

Too noisy ! Freeway was under our windows , with a “view” on the parking . I told the person at the lobby when leaving that we couldn’t sleep all the night because of the big noise from the freeway, and she replied I should have asked when arriving that I didn’t want to be close to the freeway . Well , I didn’t know ! She should have informed me about it !

I can always trust Holiday Inn to be clean, comfy, and friendly. I felt so relaxed. My room was amazing. It was spacious with a desk area and a great loung chair. My room had a microwave, fridge, and coffeemaker. Everything I needed.

The hotel is very clean and the staff was great. Outside, it’s near the freeway so it’s loud, but inside you couldn’t hear the freeway noise and the hotel was quiet. We enjoyed the daily breakfast and the pool was clean. The parking was convenient and there are a lot of dining options nearby. The only thing was our room keys had to be reprogrammed several times. The front desk said they were doing it for the day instead of our entire stay (4 days) but it seemed to reset every morning and we had to go back down to have them program our room keys. It happened twice in one day which was inconvenient but I’d would definitely stay here again.

Room was clean, non issues. Staff support, night supervisor at front desk had a bit of an attitude. The key to room 213 did't work, went back to desk to report issue with key.m The night supervisor without a courtesy of acknowledging faulty key, replaced it. No I'm sorry sir for your inconvenience. Second key issued still did not work. Finally she offered a different room. Common courtesy absent throughout that ordeal

Came in at 2:45, to check in. Was told could not check in yet because check in is at 3:00. Fifteen minutes early and could not check in. I don’t think this was the way to treat a guest. Also I almost slipped taking a shower. No bars or tub mst to keep you from slipping.

When we arrived for check in, the lady at the desk asked for my names. When I told her, she checked her computer and said “oh, we don’t accept Hotel.com prepays”. I asked if she could work with us and hotel.com and all she said was “no, YOU contact them”. The absolute rudest and worst experience I’ve ever had at a Holiday Inn Express.

Stayed here twice before and never got disappointed. Had a great stay, place was clean, staff were friendly, and location was good, very close to outlet and casino. Will definitely stay here again whenever we’re in the area.

Property is conveniently located off interstate 10 . Although the area is a bit sketchy, the property is secured. The only issue I had was that the room was not properly cleaned , and I felt that the linens were not changed. But, it may have been that I was being overly picky .

My friend and I had a great time we stayed to go to Morongo casino to see Cedric the Entertainer. It was one of the best rooms ever, we slept so good and the breakfast the next morning was amazing. We plan on staying there again.

Staff was friendly and welcoming. TV was kind of small and in an awkward spot it was hard to see it from one side of the bed. The alarm clock was stuck on 3:19 the whole time we were there. Room was clean and bed was very comfy. So comfy it would've been wonderful to sleep in a little but that wasn't an option because breakfast is only available til 930am. So I had to wake up earlier than I would have liked. Breakfast was good especially the sausage but the orange juice was watered down. Overall it was a very pleasant stay and in my opinion, the nicest hotel in Banning.

Property was fine, however, their breakfast closed at 9:30 AM and when we went down at 9:00 AM to eat they would not refill the breakfast meats, such as bacon or sausage, so we were left with whatever people hadn’t eaten.
