Its a bit pricey for what you get, but what isnt these days. The room was big, clean and comfortable. The service was great. We have a cat and managed to bookk a room that wasnt pet friendly, but they helped us out and swapped with no drama. Even showed me the room to ensure we liked it before had. I would stay here again without question.

The hotel was quiet and very conveniently located for our stay in camarillo. It’s a bit old, although the rooms have been updated. No carpeting and pet friendly which is very nice. The manager was very attentive.

I loved the location right near the mall. The staff was accommodating when we decided to stay an extra day and I needed a handicap accessible room which they were able to provide (along with parking right by the door). Nice breakfast. Would stay again.

The pool & spa was disappointing. They were doing some construction right near the pool so made it uncomfortable to use the pool due to the noise & workers. Plus the pool was just not very nice. I paid some extra money for a hotel with a pool. Not worth it!

Front desk was amazing and super informative. The room was a good size & beds were comfortable. The floor wasn’t the cleanest, there was food (maybe ketchup?) by the table & the baseboards were super dirty. The grout in the shower also was not the cleanest (maybe mold?) price wise we’d probably stay again, but hopefully housekeeping does a better job.

The hotel room was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. At first we thought the pillows were horrible but after sleeping on them they really were comfortable. The breakfast was basic but had plenty of options for us. Housekeeping was helpful and kind. Also when we asked for a 1/2 hour later check out they granted it without hesitation. We would happily stay here again. Thank you!

The room smelled like mold. It was so hot when we arrived because they left the AC unit off. Once you turn on the AC the mold smell gets worse. There was mold under the shelves in the tub/shower as well as in the toilet. I asked for a refund because we ended up finding a better place but they charged me for one night. The workers were nice but considering the conditions I should have been fully refunded. People could get sick staying in that room.

The location was very convenient, close to shopping centers and outlets. However, first night we got there, the front staff was very nice, our TV didn't work, and he fixed the issues as soon as we talked to them. However, second day, we noticed that our lock for the front door did not work, and went to front desk, they did not really fixed it for us, so we just hoped nobody will come inside. I think the location was safe place, and we did not have anyone come in.. even though unable to lock the door.

I really don’t have much to say it was very drab. The walls were dark brown and kind of depressing and it wasn’t my cup of tea but I just needed something for one night so that was fine.

Seriously the best breakfast in any hotel chain I've ever had. The front desk staff was so welcoming and helpful, there was a miscommunication on my checkout date, and they fixed it immediately. The room was nicely renovated, and the bed was super comfy.

The hotel room was not up to standard. To begin the toilet would not flush i had walk down to the lobby to get the plunger to unclog it myself. Second the bathroom door haldle was about to fall off therefore had no privacy in the bathroom.

Had someone aggressively pound on our door at 3am for about 10 minutes. Was too afraid to answer the door or fall back asleep. This put me on edge until the sun had risen. At which point, I left as fast as I could. After explaining the incident to the front desk, there was a general lack of empathy and concern. Said there was nothing they could do. In my opinion, if you have the ability to stay somewhere else, DO IT!

I was tired and cranky when I came to check in but because of the friendliness of the staff I was left in a fantastic mood heading to my room. The room itself was clean and the amenities were sitting for my needs. I would recommend this facility for a quick day or a single or a family. Close to the freeway and overall a decent neighborhood.

I would have expected more. It was worse than a Motel 6 and much more expensive! There was no breakfast to speak of and homeless people were coming and stocking up on it!! Run down, old and behind doggy apartments didn’t feel safe at all. Staff was nice but would not go back- waste of $250 USD a night!! Desperate need of a refresh and security. I would say lots around to eat at however.

Boyfriend and I were in a newly renovated room and it was a lot nicer than I expected. Staff is nice and I wish I grabbed the name of one of the ladies in the breakfast nook, she was a sweetheart. Thanks for everything
