The place wasn’t bad but our room door let air/lights in because of the large gaps on top and the bottom door. We had to use a blanket and towels to keep it warm. Additionally, the elevator was broken which made us have to carry 2 large 50lbs suite cases up to the third floor and management did not have any staff available to assist or even offer assistance. Property could use some improvements if it want to hold up to its name of Quality Inn…

Quick check in. The rooms are not fixed. Broken towel hangers. Patches up walls. Outdated lighting. Gravel in parking needs work. Restroom is small. Door almost hits toilet when you open and close it.

My daughters and I booked a room for one night to get a little break from home. It was a wonderful experience. Clean room, clean pool, and Jacuzzi clean towels delicious breakfast the next morning. Thank you 😊 & we will definitely be back soon

When we first arrived we got greeted by Allison who was an absolute doll. Outstanding customer service. And the parking lot they have along the side of the property was perfect for our truck and trailer. Great good looking clean hotel. It was a very comfortable stay. We highly recommend and would return again for sure if we return to the area. Definitely worth it.

Staff was great, very kind. Problem is I came back around 10PM and was woken up at 3:00AM ish super itchy, my alarm was set for 6:30AM, I showered -called the front desk and alerted them that my room 314 had BEDBUGS. I spoke with the front desk and the person working told me to call Peter and he would be there at 7:00AM I then spent several hours on the phone asking for a refund on the drive back home and remained itchy till I got home and took another shower and then soaked all my gear in boiling hot water. I have never in my life experienced this.Super bummed and did not want to write this, but if it saves someone else from having to spend money and be extremely uncomfor

The hotel did have many options for handicap people. The rooms are very unsanitary and falling apart. Hairs all over the restroom floor, the wall paper was destroyed room smelled like urine. The Ac unit was not strong enough to cool the room.

Stayed here twice during our trip. Robert was great both times. Easy freeway access, breakfast was good and coffee & cookies were available in the lobby. Great restaurants nearby. Enjoyed the rooms having balconies. Will stay here again when in the area.

I liked that the motel wasn’t too far from my home, the room was nice, I could walk to a craft brewery about 1/4 a mile away. The things I didn’t like were noisy sounds in the middle of the night and the tv was difficult to navigate.

When we arrived to check-in, nobody was at the front desk. There were other people that said that they had been there an hour waiting also. We waited about 40 minutes before someone attended us. Then, as we were going to check-out, nobody at the front desk again.

The room I booked ahead I was told I couldn’t have even when I showed my confirmation to them I was put in a room that was across from the workers no privacy the bathroom door was broken the shower made the floors slippery as there was no tub I booked a king suite with a balcony and received a standard queen room instead and they would not refund the difference I had to get help from expedia as the hotel would not comply I will never stay here again

The 45+ woman who maintained the breakfast in the morning was pretty rude to us and another guest. Just a bad attitude when I tried to ask her for instructions on the waffle maker. The other younger girl at check in a lot nicer and efficient. The property feels a little sketchy but over an okay stay.

Front desk seldom acknowledged me…too busy on their phones. In 5 days, had to have a new key issued 9 times. Breakfast was marginal at best. Hot water in shower smelled.

It was an alright stay, the highway makes it really loud at night, also the area around was kind of sketchy, people kept fighting, crying and making a bunch of noise outside in the evening. The facility itself is fine, the shower had good water pressure, it was clean and the room got pretty dark too which is nice.

We were in Camarillo for a wedding. The hotel is located conveniently to the venue and some restaurants and shopping. The desk clerks were very welcoming and professional. However, the hotel is dated and our room was near the lobby and pool area. Loud kids and other guests AFTER the pool was supposed to be closed caused some lost sleep. After reporting to the front desk, it was taken care of. Complimentary breakfast was less than expected, quality-wise. Coffee machine did not work properly, but the one in the lobby did. Fresh cookies were good. Rooms were comfortable, bed and pillows more than adequate. Remote for TV did not work, but it got fixed quickly. Perfectly fine for a day or two, not a vacation destination.

Breakfast was horrible! In my opinion, their was not enough food. No milk to drink or have with cereal. No morning protein, which ran out. One waffle maker that was being hogged by a 350 pound woman and no one did anything.

We were greeted by the desk clerk and were charmed by his smile and concern for our comfort . Their prices were very good compared to what we spent at Ventura's downtown Motel 6 . A great choice and id go out of my way to stay there again ! The breakfast was not up to par as the lady running it was disorganized and had over microwaved everything . Otherwise a great choice . Im sure this will be corrected in the future and we will stay there again.
