Needs more parking,

My trucks window was shattered and multiple items were stolen while I was a guest parked in their lot. No one responded to my truck alarming, video surveillance could not see that part of the parking lot because of a tree, lot is poorly lit and I was told the video quality is so poor a thief couldn't be identified anyways...so the police said there can be no investigation. There could be many measures taken to make this hotel parking lot much safer.

Property and staff was nice. Parking stalls were extremely small outside though. Didn’t look at the parking structure. Breakfast was really good. The area isn’t the best of best but they had security walking around and checking all the time. Would stay again.

I went to check-in and was told their key-maker was not working. So they checked me in and brought me to my room but left me with no key. I left the hotel to go out for the evening and came back and had to be let in the hotel, and then wait at the desk to be let in to my room. The gentleman working in the evening let me know they had given my room to someone else who had checked in, but they saw all my belongings as asked for a different room. They had access to all my things! NOT OKAY in anyway. Very poorly run hotel. Plus there are people that hang around out back all night smoking and drinking on the bike path benches. Never felt safe staying there.

We rented a room with a jetted tub. Checked in and not only did the jets in the tub not work, the bottom of the tub was covered in hair and had a sticky purple substance on the side wall. We had to call the front desk and ask them to fix it. Took 40 minutes to get it fixed. Then, I went to the store to buy a gallon of bleach to run in the tub through the jets before i let my toddler play in the tub since it clearly had not been cleaned in God knows how long if ever. The floor was gross in the corner by the window and next to the bed. The bathroom obviouslt hadnt been cleaned in a while either as there were stains on the hand towels and crumbs stuck to one of them. Only reason i stayed is my husband is stationed at the basin fire and this is the closest hotel with opening so we could see him as much as possible. The swimming pool outside had blood covered bandaids on the sidewalk, cigarette trash on one of the folding chairs and there was tons of trash and leaves in the actual water. Overall it was freaking disgusting.

Good Experience for the Price, but Needs a Refresh Overall, I had a decent stay and felt it was worth the price, especially for the location. The hotel is perfectly situated within walking distance to Old Town Clovis, which made our girls' night out super convenient and fun. The staff was kind, attentive, and very helpful, which made a big difference in our experience. That said, the hotel itself is older and could use a serious update. The room was cool and comfortable, and I slept well on the main bed, but the sofa bed was dated and worn out. The rest of the hotel felt hot and muggy in contrast to the room. My key card didn’t always work on the first swipe, which was a minor annoyance. The pool was much smaller than expected, looked a bit cloudy, and had a lot of leaves in it. Security at the hotel could also be improved. The complimentary breakfast was basic—waffles, eggs, muffins, cereal, yogurt, and biscuits with gravy. It did the job, but don’t expect anything fancy. Parking was close and easy, which was a nice bonus. In summary: the hotel definitely needs a revamp, but for the price and location, it was a good experience. I probably wouldn’t stay here again unless some updates were made, but it worked well for this trip.

The room did not have enough toilet paper or coffee, and had no conditioner. The shower head was awful, no pressure and took a long time for the water to heat up. The gym room was either not open (lock broken) or equipment was unplugged. The hotel was unresponsive to my messages sent in advance. The staff were very nice but the check in process could be improved - specifically how the rooms were allocated. I won’t return.

Great staff And location. Workout room machines were half out of order.

The ac was so loud when it turned on at night as if someone was starting a motor bike and woke us up needs to be fixed room 302. We also wanted to use the pool but it looked filthy

The rooms are a good size the parking was limited but the service there was pretty good. I wish they would have had more extra toothpaste at the front desk.

Another hotel by hotels.com with fake pictures of the actual rooms. What you see online it's not what the rooms look like. We got a room with a very strong smell of urine, furniture is old and worn and the room in general felt dirty.

Our card keys did not work, we had to get 6 different cards for our room and they still didn’t work, something is obviously wrong the door. The side door downstairs to get to the parking lot did not function half the time. The hotel was lobby and hallways were very dirty and smelled funny. Towels weren’t replaced and the room was not cleaned during the day. The shower head spewing water was very uncomfortable.

The room was clean and staff was friendly

The staff was amazing, but the facility was dated and basic amenities needed help. The door key cards were outdated and worked half the time. The tv remote did not work and spare batteries were not available. The carpets in the rooms and hallways were disgusting. They need to be shampooed as just two minutes in your bare feet and they were black from the built up dirt.

Pull out couch was unusable as a bed, which we specifically booked due to kiddos needing the extra bed space. Uncomfortable, could have been cleaner.

The staff was awesome and being right next to Old Town Clovis was great. Unfortunately, our room was not as clean as I would have liked it.

Room was dirty upon check in. Hair in bed, meldew in shower, light fixtures extremely dirty. Staff was very helpful and breakfast buffet was great.

The staff was very accommodating Our bed didn’t have standard size pillows, we had to ask for them. There was a used razor left in the shower and the overall appearance of our room looked dirty. We will not be staying there again.

My room wasn’t as clean as I would have liked it. Their was someone else’s hairs in the bath tube & on the floor.

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The staff was accommodating. The one thing that needed improving was the air conditioning unit. It was noisy, rattling and kept us awake.

Everything was good furniture in the room was a little dated, but otherwise good stay.

friendly staff, breakfast was ok, hotel was run down, room was old and run down, you could hear the cracks, cleanliness ok, sofa bed was dirty, they didn't even have bed sheets or cover sheets when I asked to use on the sofa bed - which is very very unacceptable, will not stay again

The pictures posted online made it look like this was a remodeled hotel, but my room was very dated. I checked in and my room keys didn't work, no big deal, went downstairs, got new keys and tried again. Still didn't work. Next go around, I was walked dup, and told the lock was dead, and they let me in, and they would have it fixed. It was never fixed, I never had a key to my room, so any time I left, I had to be let back in. The staff was very nice and friendly, but staying in a room without a key and not being able to come and go without having somebody unlock my door for me was annoying to say the least.

My wife and I visited for five nights during mid-September (low season) and the hotel was nice and quiet. The national parks were quiet as well. The room was huge and well maintained. Everything worked. The air conditioner was a bit noisy but we got accustomed to it after the first night. The king sized bed was comfortable, but larger pillows should be provided. A room safe box should be provided. The front desk and other public areas were also well maintained. The quality of the hot breakfast was fair to good. (scrambled eggs, bacon or sausage, hash browns, waffle machine, fruit, coffee, juice, bread and pastries). The quality of the sausages and bacon can be improved. The hotel personnel were courteous and attentive. A good experience overall.

Decent for a night but the walls are very thin. Staff friendly and helpful. Surprisingly good continental breakfast included for hotel standards. Just a bit noisy overall. Good if you’re in a pinch for a night.

Check in was lovely. The young girl was so friendly and helpful.

We booked this room the night before our stay as it was a last minute trip. Room was very clean, extremely spacious and very comfortable. The customer service was great from check in to check out. They also have very honest staff. We left our ipad in the room and did not realize it until THEY called us and told us that found it. They arranged to have it shipped it to us. I will definitely be staying here the next time i am in town.

The staff are great. I stay when traveling for work and they are very accommodating. Probably the best price for the amenities in Fresno/Clovis

I initially reserved a room with a jacuzzi tub but received a call when I was on my way there that they had overbooked and the room was no longer available. I was offered a standard room instead. While I was a little disappointed, the regular king size room was still very nice. I liked that the room had tall ceilings even though it was on the first floor. The breakfast was good and parking was easy. I would stay again.

The hotel was fine for a one night stay and the price was right. We stayed in a room With two queen beds which were fine but nothing amazing. The pullout couch was HORRRRRIIIBBLLEE and they are sadly so understaffed that I had to go down grab bedding so that as well as towels and soap. Luckily the gals at the front desk were gems ;) that made up for the run down hotel

The staff were very nice and polite, and informative. It was a very easy and quick check-in, and the room was in excellent condition.

close to nearly everything in clovis

Very good location for visiting our daughter. Breakfast same every day. More variety would be welcome. Staff very helpful, cordial and friendly. Good experience. Very nice to have access to Dry Creek trail areas right from the hotel!

Very nice stay, lots of restaurants and there’s a bike trail nearby. Hotel was fine with everything you need.

Close to downtown Clovis.

Nothing unique. Property is in a convenient location to the freeway. Close to shopping. Hotel staff are great! I will definitely stay there again.

The room was clean, it was just a little run down. The paint in the bathroom looked like there was some minor damage, the tv was a little wonky/leaning forward but worked. The shower head was restricted by calcium build up. The staff was very friendly, and the breakfast was actually decent. We did enjoy the variety of food they had. We did not use the pool or any other accommodations.

TV wasn’t working. They gave me new batteries but remote and tv still didn’t work. The phone in the room didn’t work to call down either. Breakfast was pretty good though .

We enjoyed our stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great, especially the waffles. It was well stocked and replenished. It was easy to walk to the local restaurants.

Good VALUE. Smelled clean. Bed comfortable. Nice sheets & towels. Furniture good. Heater worked well. Hot breakfast was good. I enjoyed having hot chocolate, coffee & fresh water in the lobby. Staff was nice. Simple hotel. I would stay there again. 😊

Breakfast is a joke!

The hotel did not have an address listed on their sign facing Clovis Ave and was difficult to find. The Room was fine and quiet. The Breakfast was terrible, very little healthy products and only one waffle machine that took time to cook..no instructions for the waffle maker

Breakfast staff couldn’t keep food stocked enough to serve the number of people eating, which wasn’t even that many. Otherwise the staff were all helpful and friendly and facilities were adequate.
