The desk people and the driver of your van were fantastic...kudos to them. the sprayer in the shower in the handicapped bathroom was not hooked up properly and sprayed every which way I also this I left a gray and white sweater in my room. kinda old but a favorite Rm 317 i believe 4/28 & 4/29

Great stay. Clean room with excellent beds for a good night sleep. Exercise room equipment was varied enough to provide a good workout. Pool was clean. Dining room was very nice, too.

Stay was great, but once again(1 yr later) we had issues with elevator except this time we got stuck in elevator for about 10 mins. We will not be staying at this hotel any longer.

We got stuck in the elevator, then the elevator would go up but not come down if the person did not send it down. If it was up a few floors, it would not come down if you pushed the button on the first floor. Not safe.

I have added a new category to my reviews of Pet Friendly hotels. There's pet friendly, pet tolerant and now pet exhorbitent. $75.00 per stay, but do they tell you beforehand? No. At check in. And what do you get? Nada. Even the single waste receptacle and waste bag station was so full of trash. Could hardly fit in my small doggie poop bag. No area to walk- just the parking lot. Otherwise- standard Hampton Inn- clean. Good breakfast. Nice room.

I did not like the $75 pet deposit and have never paid that much before. I definitely would rethink ever staying here again. The toilet height might be okay for a small child, but not for 70+ guests. Seriously time for an update. Also the sink had some type of silicone around the top that looked an awful mess. I would recommend a total bathroom make over!

Toilet - poor plumbing had to move to another room, went to the pool area their was dead bugs and tree brie all around I had to clean the pool myself just to swim

Hi, I spilled a little water on the carpet, went to clean it up and the washcloth got dirt on the washcloth from the carpet. This happened right away so I know we did not bring that dirt onto your carpet. I believe staff needs to clean the carpet in room 302 (in Clovis) or at least vacuum it thoroughly. It is kinda scary after Covid and that made me uncomforatable staying in that room to see the dirt from just trying to pick up some water off the carpet. The space and layout was very nice

Entry way covered with bird droppings. Very unhealthy and a dangerous source of infectious etiology. The source is the state bird Mud Swallow but no need to bother them. This infectious source gets tracked throughout the hotel. They could have cleaned it with a power washer 3-4 times a day. It was the conversation at breakfast. “Is it safe to eat the food”.

The front desk staff was nice and helpful. The room was average but clean. I would give 5 stars but the refrigerator ran loudly all night and would make a loud crackle sound often, I couldn’t get the fan to turn on so the room was warm and muggy, and my hotel phone kept ringing but no one was there when you picked up. This happened 3 times before I unplugged the phone. This is unsettling when traveling alone. I believe for the price I paid everything should be working properly.

We were in room 317. Got no sleep due to elevator and ice machine noise. Sounded like a door slamming every 15 minutes. Had my daughter and her friend with me for a softball tournament and they got very little sleep. It was terrible.

Their free high speed internet is terrible, as is their premium enhanced. Under 2mb download speed for both, useless for business travelers trying to do meetings. The staff was amazing. Nice room if you don't need to work. I left a day early and had to double pay for a second hotel so I could work.

Overall, the hotel was decently clean, which I appreciated. The room itself was tidy upon arrival, and housekeeping service is provided every other day, which worked fine for the short stay I had. However, there were several aspects that made the experience less comfortable. The noise level was a big issue — there was loud banging and movement from the room above me very early in the morning, and the walls were extremely thin, making it hard to rest. The pillows were also very unsupportive and left me with back pain, and the bed wasn’t particularly comfortable either. Additionally, I was placed in a handicapped-accessible room without any communication beforehand. It wasn’t what I booked or expected, and I would’ve appreciated a heads-up or the option to switch. It was fine for a short business trip or stopover, but it’s not a place I’d choose for a longer or more relaxing vacation.

Could not download app beforehand because we didn’t have cell service. Waited in lobby 5 min and no one there. Walked out to try to download app with no luck. Went back in another 5 min, knocked on manager door behind desk w no answer. Went back out. Came back in and after about 3 min someone showed up. Breakfast and breakfast attendant were both great!

Our stay was excellent. The front desk staff was friendly and very helpful, especially the young man that took care of us on our check in day. The breakfast room was very clean and we met two different ladies that were constantly making sure it stayed that way. The food selection was good and plentiful. Pre paid for 3 days (Friday - Sunday). We knew we were going to be arriving after midnight (so Saturday morning). Husband called around 730 p.m. and let them know we we're going to be checking in late, past midnight. Woman on the phone (we assume front desk) let us know that wouldn't be a problem. Arrived at 3:30 a.m. and the gentleman at the desk kept insisting they arent expecting any check ins. I showed him my pre-paid reservation details on the app and he kept insisting he didn't see us in the system. He ended up finding us then kept stating that we should have called ahead. We told him we did, he insisted we didn't. Showed him my husbands call logs and he said that no one told him. The staff lack of communication isn't my problem, but whatever. He went on to insist that our check out was Saturday, and I argued and showed him my reservation again, and his response was to keep insisting our check out was Saturday. I was not happy with the check in process. He was very rude and combative and kept making unnecessary comments throughout the process of "you should have called" over and over again. All other staff I encountered was great. The room was great. Everything else was great.

We were traveling to my youngest Daughter's wedding and walked out and forgot our garment bag hanging in the closet, We were about 45 minutes away and received a call, Housekeeping found them took them to the front desk, luckily were had family still there and was able to retrieve the bags which by the way contain my suit and my wife's dress for the wedding, Big Life saver they were can say enough about there support. Thank you so very much!!!

The room was perfect ... comfortable beds, clean bathroom, etc. The breakfast in the morning (from the food options, cleanliness, and friendliness of the kitchen team) was great! I always book stays with the Hampton Inn because of the breakfast they have available. After I checked in for my stay from December 23rd to December 25th I was notified that they would not be serving breakfast on December 24th or 25th. While I appreciate them wanting to allow their staff time off for the holidays this was a big inconvenience for myself and my family and I feel like we should have been notified when booking, or at least offered some time of compensation for not having this “amenity” that was paid for. They could have offered some type of food options, muffins, fruit or something that the front desk could manage. I am very disappointed.
