This was a wonderful place. Very clean and the staff was awesome. The only issue was the pool area was very dirty, the pool needs cleaning. The trash around the pool was there all week. Cig butts, hair balls. Just overall needs cleaned. The grills were a plus but also nasty. We used but lined with foil.

Nice laundry room, with 2 sets of machines. Good workout space. Great hotel rooms, good size, very comfortable. Terrific bed. The temp control was a bit erratic, tho. The breakfast food was quite good, tho the layout is crowded and a bit confusing. Hot drinks & cold water available 24/7. Next time we come thru Fresno/area, this will be our go-to spot.

The place is nice and spacious. However the elevators stopped working. We had a 1 year old with us, so walking up the stairs up to the fourth floor was not fun. In addition, the fan was horrible!!!! The fan was so loud that I didn’t get any quality sleep. I called to complain about it, and they never answered the phone. I had my husband go complain, and they said it was just the way it was. I have been to a lot of hotels, and the noise of the fan is definitely not normal.

We very much like everything about the hotel and staff! However, the only two elevators in this four story building were not working last weekend. This was very concerning to us as 1.) we are seniors and my husband is a heart patient 2.) this is a fairly new hotel and 3.) the elevator was not working when we stayed in this hotel last month. We were lucky enough to get a first floor room. Unfortunately though, I am not sure we would be comfortable staying at this location in the future, sorry.

The check in was super easy with staff on site. I especially like how big the room was with the kitchen, sink, fully stocked utensils, paper towels, dish soap, and everything kitchen related. The big fridge was a huge plus for me to keep all my food cold and prepped for hiking the next days. I liked the laundry facility a lot. Work as expected and I had clean clothes after each hike. The closet was very spacious too. Morning breakfast was great. I expected just cereal but there was a waffle maker, eggs, potato wedges, sausage patties, bread of various types. Would come back 10/10.

The hotel advertises shuttle service. I called for shuttle at 12:50 pm and was told driver was at lunch so we could expect shuttle in 30 minutes. After 45 minutes, I phoned hotel again and was told due to emergency, they were contacting an uber driver. It took an additional 30 minutes for uber driver to arrive. The temperatures were in high 80’s and waited outside as we were uncertain about shuttle arrival time. I am 80 and my travel companion is 91. We were extremely unhappy and expressed our unhappiness to desk clerk. We think the hotel should have been proactive in advising us about the shuttle situation. I also found out that their shuttle service starts at 9 am and we needed shuttle service at 8:30 next morning, so fortunately another uber was required.

Overall it was a nice hotel, I was able to check in a little early which I was happy about since it was extremely hot outside and all I wanted to do was go lay down, downside was I got to my room and shower was filthy was grossed out to shower in it. The remote setting within the app to control lights, tv etc didn’t work. Breakfast good options were make your own waffle or they had breakfast sandwiches, cereal, fruit, muffins you know the usual. I never received any sort of text advising it was going to be the means of communicating as other guest who were also staying at hotel told me I should’ve, check out was easy and fast.

The property was located in a safe area. I have stayed at many home 2 suites and they are night and day different from this location. The breakfast is subpar, the whole hotel is not very clean, the rooms are not well kept, the soap in the showers appear to have been filled with water mixed with soap instead of refilling the containers. To top everything off the guests staying above decided they want to run a marathon in their hotel room at all hours of the night. The hotel hallways smelled of wet dogs and animals during the stay. I would recommend staying at another hotel for more money if in the area. This hotel is not the quality experience I usually have at home 2 suites locations.

I do always feel safe. Certain staff members are very kind and helpful. Very noisy on first floor. Room not thoroughly cleaned. Walls dirty, bathroom door dirty with tons of handprints on both sides of the door. Inside of room entry/exit door dirty with tons on handprints. Build up of dust on and around refrigerator area.

Our King sized suite had a separate living area with a sofa bed which we needed. Also a large refrigerator, table and chairs and dishes, etc for 6. So perfect for our stay,, we were able to get takeout and had a place to eat it. We loved the place.

This hotel is convenient to the airport. Close to restaurants and shopping. Beds were comfortable however the pillows were flat. Room was comfortable but when the air conditioning kicks off the fan stops which causes the room to get hot. I would recommend a ceiling fan or fix the thermostat where the fan would always run. We also needed to return the rental the night before our flight because of having an early flight. They sent the shuttle to come pick us up. And in the morning they paid for an uber back to the airport because the shuttle was not running at 3:30 am. We would stay again.

I found the bed comfortable and bathroom very nice with dual sinks and a secondary sink outside of the bathroom. It was great being with my 3 teenagers always in the bathroom.

The room was fine and would have been completely enjoyable except we could hear every footstep of every person on the floor above us. Or, potentially, just some very loud and active upstairs occupants. I contacted the front desk to have them intervene but John at the front desk was very rude to me. I could hear him say an exasperated, “oh my goddd” when I was talking to him like treating me like some Karen for wanting the stomping to stop. The entire room shouldn’t be shaking with every footstep. It woke us up before 8am EVERY MORNING! Badly constructed building and front desk staff that don’t like their job and make it the guests’ problem. We are never coming back and likely never staying at another Hilton hotel if this is how cheap they make their hotels. Horrible experience. AVOID THIS HOTEL!!

The staff was awesome!! All the staff went above and beyond for our needs. The curtain was missing in the living area. The night crew gave us a spare to hang up until maintenance could come the next day. When maintenance came by the next day (I apologize I did not catch his name) he was professional, kind, and efficient. He even gave the kiddos some Easter eggs after he helped us fix the curtain! The check out process was the only troublesome part. The man working at check out acted as if I was bothering him when asking for a receipt. He is making the other staff/hotel look bad. The room was clean and suited our needs for a 3 day stay! We have stayed here several times before and will come back again.

We always book Home 2 when we come to Fresno/Clovis. WE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM staying here and the staff was always accommodating and friendly. However this is this first time we ran into an issue with room service. We called in for some more blankets and pillows since roughly 330pm and they never came. We called again around 530 pm because we were leaving the room and they never came. We couldnt wait anymore. When we got down stairs it was about 6 pm and we told the front desk that they never came to bring us the items. The front desk was nice and told us they would check for us. We told them to just leave it in the room since we will be out. We came back around 10 pm and still no blankets and pillows. At this point, we were so upset so my husband went down and told the front desk and they gave him the blankets and said they would bring the pillows. This person actually came through and brought the pillows. In the end we still enjoyed our stayed but was just a little disappointed in the service this time.

When I showed up for my reservation we were a day late for our 2 night stay. We had our flights cancelled the day before, then delayed the day we arrived, and we got in at 11:30pm- exhausted. The front desk clerk said that he couldn't check us in under our Hotels.com reservation because the computer system wouldn't let him, so he told us the only way we could get into our rooms was to pay him with a credit card, then he'd reimburse us the next day. We needed to get the kids to bed, so I said fine. The next day the manager said he couldn't refund our money and that we'd have to take it up with Hotels.com. We found out later that Hotels.com can only reimburse if the hotel agrees- and Clovis Fresno said NO! They said they were keeping the $607 they charged us for the 2 nights stay through Hotels.com and the $407 they charged us the night we arrived in order to get into our rooms. When I called to speak to a manager he said "too bad". These people should not be in business! DO NOT STAY HERE!

The Stay was great, getting to the Hotel was an issue. The address took you to a street that was blocked off from entering the Hotel. you had to go around the back side and enter through a different hotel such a pain.
