This place was horrible. The first room I checked into the electronic door key did not work. Anybody could walk in or out of my room. I told management and he told me the locks do work. I told him no come and see I had to force him to come and see for himself. None of the lights hardly worked in the Room except the entry light in the bathroom light there was no overhead lights that worked or no vanity lights that worked by the bathroom sink and mirror. He put me in another room downstairs. When I walked in the TV was unplugged the smoke detector was disconnected. Someone had been smoking in the room and the air-conditioning didn't work. They had to come back and fix that stuff. I notified them. I don't smoke because this is a non-smoking facility and they will charge you a fee if you smoke which I do not also, when I went to check out, I couldn't find my room key. It must've been somewhere in the room, I let them know I couldn't find it. He charged me $20 to replace a plastic key card which are a dime a dozen I've never heard of any motel charging $20 for a missing electronic key card. When you check in the office, there's a sign that says no refunds, and it also says we are not responsible for any theft note. The first room he tried to give me the door would not lock anybody could walk in. I had to insist on him, giving me another room because because you can't legally rent out a room to somebody that does not have a secure lock not to mention people loitering outside

Rooms are clean staff is polite and idk about Wi-Fi

No I ended up not staying because on their end they could not match up the reservation and I had no other option but to cancel and did not get reimbursed to this day they don't even answer their phone. Service was awful
