Stayed 5 nights

I was staying here for an event for my university. They staff were very nice and helpful. Escalators to lower levels were broken during stay. Evidence of mold/mildew growth in lower levels, where events were held. For the price food was okay, but lacked seasoning. No protein options were available for group breakfast.

The staff was exceptional. At the bar, Lois was first class…I give her 5 stars plus. I travelled here alone to visit my daughter. She made me feel welcomed. Front desk very accommodating. Even the gentleman helping me and others get in and out of the parking garage was full of good humor and positive energy. I wish the beds were a tad more comfortable and that is particular to my athletic build which demands softer, more yielding mattresses. Otherwise excellent experience! Peter
