Credit card system down, hotel key making system down, fridge with snacks down, parking under construction so had to park a ways down the street, hotel rooom keycard door locks unreliable. Front desk staff valiantly attempted to put on a brave face and were pleasant and helpful but hotel was not in good condition.

Always consistently good. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Parking is always easy. Price is reasonable. Close to Cupertino Village and Vallco. Only addition to suggest is some destination chargers for EVs.

We traveled to Morgan Hill for a soccer tournament. This hotel was so quiet, clean and the room was spacious and updated. We swam in the pool and enjoyed the great jacuzzi. The bathroom was beautifully decorated and very clean. I would definitely stay here again if we’re in the area. I highly recommend.

Room was verry clean had a problem whetting for one of the rooms that was not ready and was given another room, but the room was clean we needed a hear dryer it did not work other than that was a great hotel better than the Hyatt in town where we stayed last time we were there that had bugs all over and nothing was done about it. The gym and pool were clean and accessible and enjoyed it. Parking was difficult they were redoing the black top with pant could have been handle better otherwise went well. Staff was pleasant but was not personable. Except for Johen who ran the food area and service I give him an excellent ratting he was verry kind and personable to all and mad us feel welcome and at home no matter what was going wrong he made my stay there feel bather than the other staff.

‘Hilton’ used to mean something special. The advertisement said ‘Pool’, Restaurant. The pool was 10 x 16, literally the smallest pool I have ever seen at a hotel. All the pool furniture was sunbaked and un inviting. The ‘Restaurant produced a quality buffet for breakfast but lunch and dinner were a limited affair of prepackaged items in to go containers. One of the two elevators was out of service the entire week we booked. No problem at noon on Tuesday but the weekends were a horrid affair of 5 floors of guests going for breakfast or checking out and in. Spend a buck! The door latch locking mechanisms were so loud that you could hear every guest on the floor come back to their room when the door slammed shut. Beds were comfortable and house keeping was efficient but you had to call the front desk for more toilet paper and drinking cups. Sign posted said housekeeping would not resupply during cleaning? So change the name at least to The Shmilton so I don’t expect a quality you can’t deliver.

Overall I really liked this hotel. We stayed at a different hotel last year which charged for parking and didn't have a microwave in the room. It appears that is commonly for this area. I booked Hilton Garden Inn primarily because it's a quick walk across the parking lot to 99 Ranch Market and several restaurants, including bel cool dry hotpot which is one of my favorite restaurants in the area. Pro - free parking - microwave in room - easy highway access - short walk to many restaurants (for those that like Asian food) - pretty cheap rates compared to similar hotels in the area - service is friendly Con - the bed was uncomfortable - the rooms have heat or a/c but you have to call the front desk to switch between the two - free water on first day only (not every day) I would stay here again. The location was very convenient to everywhere we wanted to go and also lots of food within short walking distance.

Overall it was a decent stay. The hotel was clean and staff was friendly. The reason I rated it 3 stars is because of the lack of temperature control in the room. There was no ability to adjust the heating/cooling on my own. I was required to call the front desk and they would adjust the heating/cooling based on my request. For example - The fan system was blowing cold air into my room and it was too cool, so I called the front desk to turn on the heat. When it got too hot in the room, I had to call the front desk to turn on the cooling. Unfortunately I was not able to switch to another room because this was a wide-spread problem (I was traveling with a colleague and he had to do the same in room).

Everything about this hotel was great; clean, location great, staff friendly. The only issue with this place is the AC. It kept turning off and you have to call the front desk to turn it back off. That was a major inconvenience, especially in the middle of the night when it got hot.

I booked a three-night stay and only asked for the room to be cleaned on the third day. However, our rooms was never cleaned. When I called the front desk to let them know that the room hasn't been cleaned, they denied that I called earlier in the morning to have the room cleaned. When I asked for some clean towels and toilet paper, I was told to go down to the front desk and pick it up myself. This is absolutely one of the worst experiences I've had at a "nicer" hotel. I would not recommend this hotel at all.

A nice property with friendly attentive staff. The rooms have modern fixtures and features. However, my first room didn't have working A/C. It was stifling. How could they not know that? My second room didn't have a working shade, so privacy was not possible. Again, how could they not know. Also they didn't tell me at check-in that I wouldn't have maid service. As I mentioned, the staff got right on it when I brought the maintenance issues to their attention. Location is good. The gym is better than many in this price category.

I had a very pleasant stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in Cupertino. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable and spotless, the location was perfect for all of my scheduled activities, and the price was reasonable.

Great beds, nice and quiet. Just across the street from the Apple Spaceship campus. Next door to a good Asian plaza — lots of dim sum, other restaurants, and a 99 Ranch Market. Right off 280 as well, very easy to get to if you’re arriving late.

The surrounding area had many dining and drink options at walkable distance. The interior was nicely decorated and well lit. There were a lot of options for breakfast, but be aware that it isn’t free. We were able to check-in early and it was a quick process. Some things we noticed in the room was we couldn’t find any hand soap in the bathroom and the bed creaked a lot with even the slightest movement. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Everything was nice about the property. We enjoyed all the amenities. The only thing I would suggest is to check on the swimming pool regularly. There were quite a bit of yellowjackets floating in the pool. Staff was nice and breakfast was yummy. It was the perfect place for our overnight stay and in perfect proximity to the Mountain Winery.
