Overall decent stay, stayed here on the way home from an ad-lib trip to Santa Cruz one Sunday night. Easy to find next to a lot of good options for dining. Staff was friendly. They did tell us on the phone the pool was heated it wasn't my son was a little upset no big deal though. Unfortunately the TV was not able to be controlled by the remote consistently. I called a couple times that night to see if they could get somebody to bring us a new remote so we can turn the TV off and go to bed. They said yes but after 45 minutes to an hour past I just ended up unplugging it.

The property is quite new. The amenities (swimming pool, gym and pool table) were great. Very convenient location to go around South Bay with VTA buses near by.The room was quite good in size, comfortable bed and room was kept very clean.

Dark room. Comfy bed. Great fitness center. Tasty lobby coffee in the morning. Free parking (so many place, including other Alofts ridiculously charge for parking.) I am very happy with my stay here, just what we needed

Neighborhood was good. The pool wasn't heated and honestly the room was kinda dirty. The floor had dirt & hair & mattress had stains. Decent price for the area but probably won't be back.

My stay was extremely disappointing. The bed cover was torn, the room was dirty, and there was an unpleasant odor coming from the shower drain. The lack of cleanliness and attention to detail made it clear that the hotel does not prioritize guest comfort. I won’t be staying here again.

I Love Aloft Hotels but this one is really showing its wear. The floors were filthy- corners of the room needed to be deep cleaned- the shower was was questionable so I skipped it. This was not a simple house keeping issue- I reported it to the front staff and I was asked to email corporate.

We stay there for 3 night's they never clean our room, not a single time they tried , i remind them to clean but the last night we we where there, it wasn't clean again, so i ask why they didn't clean, that there are shorted of staff and just take the sign off the door probably they the housekeeper don't understand what it say, i said really

I had the worst night's rest after experiencing my bed trembling throughout the night and noises coming from unknown places. It felt like I was sleeping above some kind of generator. This was in addition to the loud AC unit and bad insulation between walls. When I inquire about the noise and shaking, I was told by front desk that my room was situated right above the laundry room. To make matters worse, she explained that some guests complain and some don't. huh?!! Unless you were passed out drunk, I don't think anyone could sleep through that noise and constant shaking of the bed. Anyway, manager was not around, and because I wasn't a Bonvoy member, I was told there's nothing they could do. Maybe because we booked through a third party website (Hotels.com), so we have lower priority to better rooms? This was unacceptable especially after a long day and a two-hour drive next day. The manager was no where to be located and have not responded to this complaint 4 days after check-out. We had no choice but to reach out to Hotels.com, and it got us $35 in refund. What a joke! Well, last time staying at this property and would never recommend it to anyone!

The toilet flush was noisy and needed a couple flushes to empty out human waste. The standing shower has door on the far end of the shower head, making water adjustment and testing of water temperature nearly impossible. The coffee maker is off age, needing for replacement.

Very clean facility and room. They placed me at the end of the hall on the top floor, so it was very quiet and convenient for me because I was on call for work and needed quiet for rest. The mini fridge was big enough to fit all my snacks and dinners for the weekend. I do wish they had smart TV’s, but overall would come back and stay again.

This hotel was okay but the air-conditioning unit was so loud. If you weren't hearing yours, you would be listening to your neighbors. However, staff was really nice and rooms were clean.

There was one big issue for the booking. I already pre-paid to Expedia. The hotel didn't provide a receipt to me when I asked during checkout and was told they will email it to me. After I was back home and checked the email receipt, the balance is not 0. The hotel changed another $170. I called back to correct this mistake. If I was not careful to check my bill, I would be double charged.

I called requesting for the towel, She promised me that someone will bring in the room within 20 minutes. I wait 25 minutes, I called again to fallow up about the towel, she promised me again that she’ll be in the room within 10 minutes. After 15 minutes, I fallow up again, and I’m upset. Then finally, housekeeper delivered the towel.

Yes, this place has one of the best staff ever.... They were so accommodating! Kind polite! Always smiling friendly,the place was very cleansed.. It's quiet peaceful slept Iike a baby .Definitely would recommend it to friends and family.I'm definitely going to choose this hotel everytime. .The staff was so nice andtgood to me.Thank you Aloft so much for afwonderful stay.

My check in was at 3pm. I arrived at 4:45pm and the room wasn’t ready yet because they let the previous guest have a late check out at 4pm. I needed to have my room ready as I was attending a show. I was downgraded from the suite to a regular room. That was not ok. My room should have been ready.

We had a miscommunication where we had to check-in a day later and had called the hotel that we will be late and was promised our room will not be giving away. However, upon arriving at the property, we were told our room has been sold and giving away. The staff was extremely rude and condescending to us.

I’ve been wanting to stay at Aloft for awhile and seeing them on the freeway they look beautiful with all the lights. My partner surprised me with this hotel, it was great. Staff are friendly helps us a lot. I love they have pool table and play there too. The room is clean, neat and it was amazing! We enjoyed our stay, I wish the bar opens later than 10pm. Parking is easy and safe.
