We love this spa for the quiet environment, great AC, comfy beds and healing waters. The hot tubs were not as hot as usual this time, but you can visit the next door sister spa which had hotter tubs. Friendly staff all around. I left very relaxed.

My room smelled like dog pee and was not clean. The customer service was poor. I was the only one waiting to be helped at the desk with 3 women sitting there. One finally helped me when she finished putting on her make-up. The pools are in disrepair and dirty.

The room and hotel itself were so worn down. The ceiling in our room looked like it was going to sink in from poor water damage repair. The carpet in the hallways were buckled and extremely dirty. I have been coming to this hotel for years and I am very suprised that there has been no effort to keep up with maintenance.

Lack of towels, when asked to bring more towers to the room, housekeeper always told me they were in the dryer and i called 3 times. Room are very outdated, dirty, bed sheets and covers had stains. Restaurant staff are friendly and kind. Outside looks good. I wish they would update the interior of the building and the rooms.

Older property but kept up. Everything was in working order. For the price we paid we got probably one of the worst on the property farthest from front desk overlooking parking and housekeeping area so I can only assume other rooms are better. But we didn’t stay in the room much so it was ok. Fridge micro and coffeemaker. Hardly any plugs in room for plugging devices- that needs to be changed. Tv had lots of channels but could not view guide and channels did not have labels so we just flipped around. The pools were warm and pretty clean. Advice- bring spa robe or something for when you get out of pool, bring flip flops or water shoes, bring travel essentials the soap etc in the room are very basic. Bring your own sugar and creamer and water for coffeemaker. Had a good stay, not luxurious but nice. Parking fills up fast but I did feel secure. Elevator in the back smelled like urine.

Nice stay. The hot spring pool and tubs are obviously the main attraction. They were very nice. Would definitely stay here again because of them. The price was also reasonable. The room and facility seemed a bit dated. But the room was clean, huge and comfortable. The only disappointment was the ice machine and no water bottle fill up station. But you could have the bar fill up your water bottle for you. All in all, great stay.

We had a good stay at Miracle Springs Resort & Spa for a night as part of a bigger trip around California. The pools/spas were amazing, and our whole family loved it (we got in after dark, and I didn't think we'd be able to swim so was very pleasantly surprised to find out they were heated!). That was pretty much the main perk. The room itself was run down, which doesn't bother us but I think if you're looking for an updated/new feeling hotel this is not the place for you. Beds were comfy, and balcony was cool as well.

In disrepair. No cheap hotel should be given grace for disrepair. Don’t care how cheap the room is. Man at counter needs customer service class. Very robotic and inhuman upon check in. No greeting. No explanation of the property. Not welcoming like other times we visited. Trash in bushes. Maintenance needs to be more thorough. AC UNIT WAYYYYY TOO BOISEY IN ROOM.

It’s an old hotel, don’t expect brand new carpets and sparkling marble in the bathrooms. If you come in understanding this you’re much more likely to have an amazing time. We love this area of the desert for its old charm, history, and hot springs. This hotel has all of these things. The A/C in the room did not work at first, but they had one of their workers swing by and he was able to fix it within 30 minutes or so.

After reading some negative reviews prior to my arrival, I was already in "Contempt Prior To Investigation Mode," however; I am very impressed with Miracle Springs Resort & Spa. Plenty of parking, secured entry doors to resort, staff was amiable and attentive, room is spacious and clean, pool area and hot pools are phenomenal! My wife, 11, 6, and 4 year old children had a blast! I will definitely return, and highly recommend!

The staff that registers you at front desk is poor. They are not friendly and hate it if you book 3rd party which I did. They did make comments about it. And did have me wait until 4 to get a room. Also there is a clear sign that states no animals but there was about 6 different small dogs. Off leash. Definitely not service animals

Front desk staff J was extremely rude. He checked my ID and credit card by himself when I checked-in. But he sent the security guy to our room that he doesn't have any information for my room. I went back to the front desk and he checked my ID again. But when I went back to my room, my room key suddenly stopped working. So I had to went back to the front desk and he blamed me that I kept the key card and my phone together and it will stop the key card working. He never said sorry about his mistake and he is the manager of this property so I guess he think it's okay to be extremely rude to the customer. Never visit here again.

Overall, the hotel is fine. The room comes with a microwave, which is really convenient. However, there isn’t much to do around the hotel, and there’s no EV charging available in the area. You’ll need to drive to downtown Palm Springs. Additionally, one of the male front desk staff members was not very friendly.

We loved all the hot springs and pools. It’s a unique experience to have all the pools to choose from. And the restaurant on site is excellent. The area outside the resort isn’t very touristy and it’s difficult to find a restaurant without going in Palm Springs. However Palm Springs is only 25 minutes away so worth the drive.

Coachella was the need. Location a fair 25 minutes driving distance to and from festival. The necessities were in the vicinty as far as food and supplies. Hotel price was fair. Hotel was quiet and the room was suitable for all my needs. The elevator smelled old and musty, but that wasn't a problem. I just used the steps. Would stay again.

Beautiful grounds . I liked the mineral pools they were nice. The pool was dirty but ok. The hotel needs a total remodel. Housekeeping was nice as well as the restaurant staff. A few desk clerks were not friendly. The food at the restaurant was good. Also the water temperature in the shower is either scalding hot or cold. No decent shower.

Pools and Jacuzzi’s are amazing! Love that they are open 24 hours. Room was clean but dated. AC worked and felt amazing! Will definitely continue to return

The rooms need major furniture updating, all the carpets need to go!!! The carpets are old, very dirty and smell.

Rooms are supper outdated and plumbing is not the best. Took them almost an entire day to come service the toilet in the room. Luckily we had two rooms but not ideal for 8 people to share one shower and one toilet. Make sure to bring your own towels also because they run out of clean towels and you have to take used towels to main lobby to change out for clean towels because if you wait for cleaners they will never change out the towels.
