Staff went above & beyond to make our stay exceptional

It’s a good place, we enjoyed the pools but the room cleanliness disappointed me especially because there were many cigarette butt on the chair at the porch outside, disgusting, and the towels dirty as well , so they have to improve these points .

The hotel room was as expected. It is an older hotel but everything worked well, just some imperfections that could be cleaned up. It was our mistake for not reading the sheet provided but unless you call the front desk your room will not be cleaned. Our room was freezing somewhere around 50 degrees when we got back, I don't understand why the thermostat was set so low.

It was great for the price! I liked the place for sure!
