This was an amazing little weekend getaway. The property itself was very nice, with little hot spring pools scattered, with plenty of space to sunbathe and a pool. They also have a full spa, and the massages were amazing. Concepcion was the masseuse! The whole stay was relaxing, with wonderful and friendly staff. Would highly recommend for a short mini vacay.

Beautiful place to relax for the weekend and to take care of yourself. Enjoy the in-room mineral bath (one of the options), the saunas, outdoor and indoor pools, and the Himalayan salt room. Besides that, there’s a gift shop and cafe that serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Super convenient and staff were professional and friendly. We will have to stay here again when the cold room is built. So worth it.

I didn't really know what to expect, I was simply looking for a hotel. What I got far exceeded my expectations. It's an older property, currently having a lot of renovation done. It's almost like a Boutique Hotel, with a 24 hr spa. Heated mineral water pool, hot tubs, saunas. And we did them all.

A very nice place to stay for pampering. Love the 24hr pool salt room access. Love our stay here during the Coachella weekend. Had several body treatments and massages with my wife. We both enjoyed it and will definitely come back. I did book multiple times to extend our trip. I wish there was an easier process since I had to check in multiple times just to stay in the same room. Water was provided everywhere and the place overall is just relaxing. Plenty of parking and it’s quiet.

All the mineral tubs were clean and kept up. The garden area in outside the hotel where the mineral baths is beautiful. The Salt Room was a highlight. Inside of hotel kept up nice. Food in restaurant was delicious. I would highly recommend.

We came here to celebrate our anniversary and Azure Palm Hot Springs did not disappoint. It is a beautiful, peaceful, shangrila in the middle of the somewhat funky town of Desert Hot Springs. The grounds are gorgeously landscaped in a classic desert style, with 6 unique outdoor mineral bath hot tubs that are quite relaxing and soothe sore muscles and joints. From nearly everywhere you have views of the mountains. The Olympic sized pool is filled with the same hot springs that are featured throughout. Numerous shaded chaise lounges flank its length for relaxing. After sunset we swam laps during golden hour and it was quite lovely. Inside the building, we loved the spa, where my sweetheart received "the best massage ever." Of special note is the Himalayan Salt Room, whose floor is covered with pebble-sized salt crystals, and the room itself is dimly lit, with sauna-like temperature and floor mats. Everyone is quiet in here. I lay down and immediately fell asleep, and enjoyed the best afternoon snooze of my life. There is also a Cold Room, which is like a giant freezer -- actual ice on three of the walls! You might not think this is a good idea, but after all the heat you experience in the baths, the pool, the sunshine and the Salt Room, it was remarkably refreshing, especially being barefoot. Our room was large, well-appointed, and featured our own hot tub with the hot springs piped in. Great restaurants in Palm Springs are only 25 minutes away. We highly recommend Azure!!

This resort was the ultimate getaway! Loved the adult only aspect as well as the silky mineral water pool. There were so many relaxing amenities!

Loved the outdoor landscape around hot pools…unusual odour on ground floor area leading to pool…lobby would benefit smelling like essential oils upon entry… Café would benefit in a better location with brighter light instead of looking like a dismal cafeteria… meditation Music playing through the hallways could be relaxing…swimming pool could use a good scrubbing along water line and inside skimmers… upon booking spa treatments, it should state whether you’re having a male or a female give your treatment… Lacking proper furniture in the large suite rooms.

I absolutely loved this property! The accommodations were very clean, and all the amenities were too. I highly recommend this for a solo or a friendly or romantic trip. It checks all the boxes.

I came here for my birthday and it will be one to remember. The property is very clean, beautiful, quiet and relaxing. The Azure Staff is friendly, attentive and respectful. I think this place is a hidden gem, I’m already booking our next trip.

They should have let me know when I registered that I was getting one of the dog friendly rooms. They have 3 and I got unlucky. I’m allergic, while the place was clean, dog hair is invasive. Won’t be back.

It was a beautiful hotel. Very clean, very quiet. I wish we had more time to enjoy all the amenities. The outdoor areas are gorgeous!

The pool was kept very clean and everything is very quaint and peaceful. They need to work on the rooms to make them a little quieter so you can't hear everything your neighbor is doing. We were kept up all night on our last night because they kept running the bath and making very loud noises.

Our stay was amazing! It was quiet and relaxing. The room we picked had a personal hot spring tub and it was wonderful. The facilities are clean and staff is amazing! Highly recommend to stay here if you’d like a little get away.

Beautiful spacious desert themed grounds, multiple hot pools, saunas, salt room and ice room. Spa services were very good. Beautiful view of the mountains from the rooms and the rooftop patio.

I had a great stay overall and would definitely return. The salt room was amazing, the staff were kind and helpful, and the café was tasty with great service. Amenities had generous hours and never felt crowded, which made the whole place feel like a peaceful retreat. Everything was very clean, and the rooms were stylish, comfortable, and well-designed — truly a standout experience. That said, a few things are worth noting. The rooms weren’t very soundproof — we could clearly hear conversations and activity next door. The spa tubs, while gorgeous, were extremely loud when filling. We didn’t mind when using ours, but were often woken up by neighboring rooms filling theirs — sometimes as late as midnight or as early as 7 a.m. It genuinely sounded like a flood coming through the walls. I also booked a massage, which sadly wasn’t relaxing at all. The room felt bare and uninviting, and there was constant loud banging and rattling from something in the wall — likely caused by the wind outside. It completely overpowered the music and made it hard to unwind. It wasn’t worth the price. I also felt a bit nickeled and dimed — $20 yoga/meditation sessions (with broken AV during mine), and even $15 to add scent to the massage. Still, I really enjoyed my stay and would happily return. With a few changes, it could be truly exceptional.

The spa, oasis, pools, and tubs are incredible. The landscaping and care of the grounds and facilities is wonderful. Stayed in a room with a mineral tub and the plumbing whenever anyone above uses it is very loud. Needs better sound proofing between floors as well. Was super relaxed from the mineral water tubs overall but had a lot of trouble sleeping at night due to a lot of noise from room above including filling and draining of tub at all hours and plumbing noises. Ultimately very disruptive to a restorative and restful stay.

One of the best spa hotels we have stayed at in the area! Booked room with hot tub but had outdoor ones to ourselves. Would have preferred quieter room as requested and balcony but we were not in room for long. No tv but plenty to do onsite. Have been to 2 Bunch several times but not since they ruined it so this will be our new go-to for hot springs!

The air conditioning and heating is a bit noisy.

This place was fantastic! We had a first floor King Spa Suite, which was great. Very large, comfortable bed, the tub was a lot of fun and the speaker was a plus. Guests have 24 hour access to amenities. Absolutely love the unplug vibe, with no tvs available or microwaves. Thank you!!!😊 The food in the restaurant was really good. Massages were also amazing and worth the money. The only thing meh for me was the body scrub, as I have been to an authentic Korean spa and this is nowhere near that type of experience. Overall I would recommend and would definitely return.

Staff was very friendly and helpful especially Kim at the pool.

Our key card did not work multiple times and our check in was delayed so we were offered an upgrade for the inconvenience. However, a manager decided not to honor that offer so they continued to work on getting the door to unlock. That was disappointing, but the staff there is very nice, the grounds are lovely and the cafe was surprisingly good.

We really enjoyed our stay. The hot tubs were scattered throughout the grounds and the pool was wonderful. Our complaint was that there is just deli food for breakfast, lunch and also dinner. No hot meals. Also a staff member yelled at us ( we are 69 and 79) because we were speaking at a normal voice yet a bridal party was having a good time in the pool making louder noise yet she said nothing to them. Not very professional. But our overall stay was delightful!

We really enjoyed our stay, it blew our expectations, we did not want to leave. With that, it says it all. Staff and customer service is amazing. Property ambiance is very relaxing, clean, and very quiet. Kim is amazing at what she does she made our stay very welcoming.

If I could give it 10 stars I would. Stayed here with my husband for our Anniversary. Very relaxing stay. The entire property is beautiful and the atmosphere is amazingly relaxing. The reception staff were super friendly and all of the staff we interacted with were great. We will absolutely be back soon.

Visit here twice a year with friends. Enjoy their great guest room with a tub in a room. Nice store with great collection of goods, small but convenient cafe…. and service at the reception could be better.

Staff was super accommodating. Tony is a hoot. Loved the check out process with him. Always love visiting this spa. I’ll be back many many many times!

The grounds are beautiful and serene. Location is in the residential area which is unexpected but beautiful nonetheless

When we first pulled into the parking lot we thought that we had had pulled a fast one on us - we are very skeptical. And then - we walked into the lobby and realized that this place was everything we expected and more. Once you are past the lobby doors everything about this place is magical and zen and soothing and WONDERFUL. I wish I had been able to stay longer after enjoying one night here on the way to the Cali coast from AZ. I cannot praise this place highly enough - from the facilities and amenities to the amazing staff and the fantastic decor. This place doesn't disappoint!

A tranquil, relaxing retreat! The Himalayan Salt Room and Ice Room were incredible! Do not be discouraged by the surrounding area and neighborhood. Once on site, this is a hidden gem!

This is my second stay at Azure, and it definitely won't be my last. This is an amazing destination oasis away from the crush of LA and Orange counties, with wonderful amenities for body, mind and soul. A perfect distance between Joshua Tree and Palm Springs, too. The mineral pools were under construction the first time I visited, but this time around, I sat in "Andreas" for no fewer than four hours during a three-day stay, enjoying the breeze, birds and mountain view. After a spa treatment, the Himalayan salt room and the olympic, hot and mineral pools, I felt relaxed and rejuvenated. I have found that the rooms, grounds and common areas are impeccably decorated/arranged and sparkling clean. Staff always demonstrate impeccable customer service. The café fare is delicious. Just a truly special destination.

The resort is in the middle of a residential area and we were limited to staying within the walls of the resort.

this hotel would not surprise you before you go into it. it is in an open area with not much of business around it. However, our eyes were wild open after we got in. This place is heavy! Beautiful, clean and the staffs are so nice and friendly. So many hot tubs, jacuzzi, sauna, and a big swimming pool with warm water. The private hot tubs are way too cute! Love it. Highly recommend. Will return for sure!

Such a relaxing beautiful place. So many ways and places to chill and rest. The décor & atmosphere is inviting & calming everywhere. The Cafe’ was great, although we were very disappointed that it was closed 2 of the 3 nights we were there for a private event. We were planning to eat there and had to figure out alternate arrangements. They didn’t tell us when we checked in, we just saw it when he walked up to the café planning to eat there and there was a sign there. We were still able to order food for take out which we did one night, but we went somewhere else the other night.

My stay was incredible as always. The staff are so polite and extremely helpful. The room is always well appointed with soft towels, Turkish towels for the salt room, luxurious robes, a great stereo system, comfy beds, awesome pillows and the mineral spa tub is amazing! I do like the nice touch of the nag champa incense as well. Book a spa service while you’re there too, you won’t regret it. The cafe has delicious food, fresh juice & excellent coffee too. Enjoy!

The property was clean and in good repair. The staff was helpful and accommodating. My massage was the best I had ever had. Even their little cafe had delicious healthy (gluten free) food.

We had a wonderful stay here for the New Year holiday. The staff are exceptional and the amenities are really nice. Wish there were more offerings for food (and wine) both at the cafe and lounging poolside. The spa is great but still needs work on upgrading amenities and ensuring consistency across booked experiences. One flag for vacationers: there are no TVs in the rooms, which is a great thing but also be prepared if you are hoping for one!
