It was a nice stay, they didn't allow talking or yelling at all. It is a whisper only resort which is why no children. If you don't use the spa, the only thing to do is the pool, hot tub, and sauna. Small area but cozy. The pool and hot tub are both fed by the natural hot spring. "Breakfast" only, no other food at all and no room service.

I'm probably going to regret writing this review, as this hidden gem might get discovered and booking a room will become impossible. But this place is too special not to share. This intimate 10-room boutique hotel sits at the perfect spot atop natural thermal springs, offering an exceptional wellness experience. We loved all the spa options and that the resort was adult only, so the pools were open 24 hours. There was a request to keep communications to a whisper, as this is a spa. The place and the waters were magical. We came late and the staff member on the front desk stayed late to let us in...although there were arrangements made for after-hours check-in, including videos! Everything was truly personable. The updated 50s decor was a delight as well as the turntable with albums to play on it.

Room 8 needs TLC. Toilet leaks and blinds held together with tape. Otherwise an enjoyable stay as usual. Azure Cafe offers food within an easy walk.

My husband and I stayed here for our 10 year Anniversary. When we pulled up to the resort we were skeptical because the area it is in. Once you’re inside the resort it is better. The grounds inside are pretty. The spas and sauna were great. We loved that everything was open 24/7. We wish they had an option for a couples massage. It was a bummer that wasn’t an option. I got a massage and it was amazing. My therapist listened to everything I wanted. Rooms are outdated and could use some TLC. Bathroom in the room was tiny and not a lot of space. There is not a lot of restaurants around which is a bummer. Staff was friendly. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

I was very pleased overall! The big pool I preferred to be cleaner ! And the room floor too! I like the ambiance! They provide plenty of towels around the pool area! If I will be in the area for sure I will book again for few nights!

Our Villa was comfy and very spacious, with a full kitchen and small balcony. Walking a block to the main building for breakfast and pool access took some getting used to, but it was fine. The multiple pool/hot tub/sauna options brought us joy. Would absolutely stay here again as it was a great value for the price and an excellent 2 bedroom setup for a friends trip. The things i did not love: floors were not clean. There was a problem with the HVAC controls in our unit, and while the desk staff were able to do some harm reduction, texting the after hours number for more help as directed got no response. And the french press coffee setup was weak.

There were lots of options for soaking in the mineral water at different temperatures. That\'s a nice thing if that\'s what you\'re into. My room was not in great shape, though, and it was off-putting. The walls needed some plaster repair and my window shade was old and decrepit. There was also no TV. I like TV. I think most people like TV. The AM/FM tuner with turntable and a few old records was not a good substitute. When I asked the front desk why my room didn\'t have a TV, I was told that it was a "no TV environment", but I don\'t recall seeing anything about that in the advertisement. They admittedly didn\'t specifically advertise a TV, but neither did the Hilton that I moved to immediately, which had 2 TV\'s. It seems like it\'s just a standard these days and goes without saying. I had to pay for a 3 night stay even though I vacated within 30 minutes of arrival. If you are simply into soaking in solitude and don\'t mind a semi-shabby environment, this is the place for you. It\'s definitely not a place I would revisit.

We had a lovely weekend at the Spring resort spa. The accommodations are nice but not luxorius. We had a room with a king bed. No TV in the room. This is not a hotel. No elevator.There are eight or nine rooms on the entire property. They surround a nice pool. There are plenty of outdoor chairs for sitting in the Sun and shade. There is also a hot mineral spring as well as a hot tub. There are additional saunas. There is a nice selection of spa services. The resort is very tranquil. During our stay they were no children. I do not know if this is a formal policy or not. There is no on-site restaurant. We used the location as a jumping off point to do hiking in and around Joshua Tree. Returning to the spa in the afternoon to soak in the pool and the hot tub was lovely. It is well located to drive into Palm springs or other surrounding communities for dinner.

We stayed in one of the villas! Great place to stay for multiple guests. Full kitchen access. The alarm did go off while we were gone. When we tried calling emergency numbers, no one answered! I live the property, everything was great.. I just wish they had a darker curtains/ shades that definitely needs to be updated, most of the rooms have a pool view and there’s no much of a privacy, and the sun in the morning breaks in the morning

Adults only is a benefit. The property is very small so at times it can still feel crowded, even though there aren’t many rooms. Walls are thin so it’s possible to hear a snoring neighbor.

Nice, but small, resort. Small pool and only two other tubs-only 1 has jets. Stayed a block away in house which needs some repairs and desperately needs blackout on bedroom windows. Preferred other resorts in the area.

Be warned. If you like to sleep in the dark beware. The villa has no means to block out light. So we had to sleep in rooms filled with light from the porch lights and we were all up at daybreak. I actually hung towels to try and darken it! The room is nicely done but definitely could use some TLC and some paint. I give it a 2 but add a point for the lovely spa/hot tub area.

This is not your average hotel. It’s a place to disconnect and unwind. If you don’t like a quiet environment and a tranquil atmosphere, this place might not be for you. We came to get away and had an amazing experience. The massage was exactly what we needed along with the mineral pools and sauna. The grounds were very well kept and the room right outside the pool was great! 24 hour access to the pools let us have a late night dinner and then came back to relax. We had a small poor experience from other guests that wasn’t the locations fault but they definitely made it right for us and went above and beyond to make our stay better. Will definitely come again.

Staff is amazing, kind and always helpful! Every year we go, we stay longer and longer because it is so relaxing and they don't allow us to lift a finger. Monica and Mel in the office are phenomenal! Vero with housekeeping always keeps us stocked with anything we need. Thank you to all staff.

Old spa that has had some of it's treatment rooms repurposed accommodations. (e.g. curtains over glass doors...drafty windows...thin walls). Staff was very pleasant. Also, there was a feelong of 'too much stuff crowded into too small of an area'. Not conveniently located near much of anything.

I loved the indoor warm pool. It was cozy, romantic and private. It was a perfect getaway spot. The only thing is that we weren’t welcomed by the “older” people there (guests). Not friendly. We had to go into Palm Springs to do our daily walk. Couldn’t do it around the area of hotel.

This is such a hidden gem in Palm Springs. We had a very enjoyable and peaceful stay. It’s not a large resort but has all the components to make us feel comfortable and relaxed. The layout of the resort is so beautiful. I want to come back next time.

The property is beautiful. The rooms are large and clean (at least mine was). Poolm Jacuzzi, saunas and not crowded at all." Adults only" in this context means there are no kids and the place is very quiet. Clearly designed for adults who need to unwind. The place is 20 mins from downtown and there is nothing interesting within a 15 mins driving radius, with the exception of Cabot's Pueblo Museum which is walking distance and I recommend it. Once you make it downtown there are many food options. If too hot you can drive 30mins and take the tramway to Mount Jacinto. I highly recommend it. If available, ask for the suite instead of the regular room.

I really enjoyed my stay. The only thing I didn’t like was the continental breakfast. It was out later then stated and there were hardly any options. They had boiled eggs, yogurt, cereal, and fruit. Being that out of all the options I could only eat fruit. I was hoping to at least have a bagel. But that’s my only complaint.

I love the adult small place. It’s quiet and cozy. I especially enjoyed the convenience of indoor pool. Beds are amazingly comfortable! Breakfast was available for us the first two days of our stay. We had to fill out a paper menu of items we wanted for breakfast. Breakfast was delivered to our room. Maybe because there were only us and another guest. I was told that there would be fresh fruit available, but when I went, there was none the first two days. On our last day there, breakfast was served in dining area with plenty of breakfast items and fruit! Maybe because now there were a few more guests. We were there for three days…we should have had the same service as the other guests!
