Please stay away from this hotel especially with kids , people that are homeless live there also prostitution is going on , wifi don’t work no iron, no extra blankets just a sheet no telephone to call office in case of emergency , floors are sticky loud noises from people going in and out of the rooms lots of banging in the middle oof the night , night staff sleep while on duty and are not very helpful when you got a complaint or concerns I had to leave the premises and could not stay another night I felt very unsafe and it’s the first time I’ve had a awful experience please read all reviews some reviews are misleading be safe and rent a room somewhere else

The hotel location was ideal and walking distance to many things in Downey. Although there wasn't a pool, the hotel's AC worked well and kept us cool. Water was shut off for 7 hours (5p-12a), however, that was due to a city shut down and not due to the hotel itself. Will stay again.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The rooms are newly remodeled and it's very nice and comfortable. The shower is great, gets very warm and great water pressure. The location is perfect for shopping and places to get some good food. Great stay.

Staff was helpful enough, however Room doors are old and falling apart. Deadbolt doesn’t work, neither does latch on top of door for extra security ( faulty). Bottom of door has a door draft stopper that is faulty. Allowing bugs to crawl in the room. Despite the renovations, there is still work to be done. No cable Tv. Just regular antenna Tv. With faulty universal remote.
