The front desk staff were warm and welcoming. The room was spacious, clean and better than expected, given the price. The beach is nearby and security patrolled at night. The surrounding neighborhood was not a concern regarding safety.

The plumbing is horrible the toilet kept backing up. In the hallway there was a bad leak in the copper water line to where part of the ceiling fell down on the carpet and a bucket had to be used to catch the water

Apparently the night we stayed they experienced a pipe flush and the water was an unappealing color. By morning it was better though. The front desk guy was great!

The hotel gave away the room I reserved stating they were overbooked and since I booked with Expedia the hotel did not have to honor my reservation. I was given a queen ADA room. Everything in the room, shower, counter height, appliances was inconvenient and difficult to operate. The bed was closer to a full than a queen. Also, an ice cream container was dropped outside the door most convenient to get to our room. It was never cleaned or removed our entire stay. Therfore, we had to avoid it with our suitcases, cooler, and dogs. As wellnas avoid stepping in the ice cream to put our key in the door slot. The pictures on the website indicated there was a business center on the property but that was false and misleading. I was unable to print what I needed during my stay.

I did not stay overnight because it stunk like Dog urine in the hallway and room. The rooms floor was dirty never mopped,no toilet paper. No shampoo. I will never come back

This was the dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed in. The floor in the room was sticky so when I went and wiped it up the rack was black from the dirt on the floor and loaded with black hair. Everything in the room at black hair on it the countertops have not been wiped off it was just so dirty the hallway and the elevators were also dirty. The breakfast they offered was a few envelopes of oatmeal and coffee and hot chocolate. Not much of a breakfast

The hotel is filthy, the room was filthy. There was a red cup under one of the beds, the last guests left clothes and toys in the dresser, there was two massive nasal discharges on the shower curtain, and the fridge froze everything. I normally would not complain but this was just awful and I'm so sorry I exposed my kids to this filth.

Very run down rooms. They have not been properly cleaned in months. Did not even attempt to clean the microwave or doors of the refrigerator. Floors were so dirty we had to keep our shoes on. The breakfast they provided was nothing like we saw on their website. It consisted of coffee, a bottle of vanilla or sweet cream, no regular creamer, stale mini muffins and granola bars. There were cracked windows on many rooms including ours and torn screens. The bed liner had some kind of liquid stain on the side and lots of dirt and dust under the beds and behind the night tables. I would not stay there again. The staff was very, very nice and there is an area to walk you dog if you have one. And it is non-smoking , but people stand directly outside the door and smoke instead of moving away from the buildings.

Dirty and smelled like wet dogs on the second floor. Room had big hole in the wall did not look like floor had been vacuumed sticky kitchen door cabinet handles were sticky. Curtains were dirty with some gross stuff on it and the back of them was peeling out. They were also coming off the rod. Outside was nicely kept. I would never stay at an Extended Stay property again

Despite the listing on Expedia stating that housekeeping was available upon request, I was flat-out denied when I asked for room cleaning during my stay. Outside the hotel, there were multiple homeless people sleeping near the entrance, which made me feel uneasy coming and going, especially at night. We stayed there maybe ten years ago because our home was flooded and we needed to have renovations done and our homeowners ins put us there for like four to five weeks and it wasn’t bad plus we had pets so it was convenient but this time around we were shocked at how much it’s deteriorated! They haven’t done any kind of renovations at all the beds were horrible they dipped in and it stunk sooo bad the kitchen was bad the cabinets were terrible you could see the deterioration on the doors/cabinets, the shower had absolutely no water pressure and the shower curtains didn’t close because how they had the shower rod was all jimmied/jacked up! The reason I stayed there was because I traveled from out of town for my daughters bday party and because she has a dog and I figured they could visit or stay a night or two with me since pets are allowed, otherwise I would not have ever stayed there I would have rather stayed at hotel Huntington Beach! But whatever it served its purpose I suppose! Oh and all the savory people there were a plus! (NOT)!!!!

Staff was great, very personable. Room was for the most part decent. Walls are pretty thin, we were next to a roudy room the first night and you could hear the person above walking around but it served its purpose. We were pretty much gone during the day for baseball tournaments. Very close to the fields about a 5 min drive but not much to do around there or eat. We went to downtown Huntington Beach which is about 20 minutes away and that was great!

Basic rooms, furnishings are in need of replacement. Holes in curtains and lampshade. Kitchen utensils must be requested. The property fit our needs and staff members were most pleasant. Needed replacement keys several times as door sensors didn’t seem to work well.

The front desk staff was nice. The room was clean and simple. There is no toiletries but hand soap, but not a big deal because I brought my own. The bed comfort was average. The room was in a quiet area but still close to the lobby. For the money, it was worth the amount paid. It was super close to beaches, less than 5 minutes. I would definitely stay here again.

The young lady who checked us in was very nice. When we settled in to our room, there was a dish towel on the counter that I was going to use to dry my hands. When I picked it up, there was three syringes with needles under the hand towel. I told the front desk and they didn’t seem to care. Not going to recommend this place in the future.

I was very comfortable during my time here and the staff were very friendly and basically nowhere to be seen unless you needed them, what I mean is that they were not overbearing or looking for things to nitpick us about like I've experienced at so many other motels. It was definitely worth the amount I paid for my stay, and after doing some quick research I was able to find out that there is a large amount of savings to be had if you plan ahead and book a few weeks or more in advance. It seemed like a lot of the guests there were long term residents and they were all pretty nice and friendly. Of course the location is absolutely everything because it's close to the freeways and maybe 2.5 miles from the beach.
I was very comfortable during my time here and the staff were very friendly and basically nowhere to be seen unless you needed them, what I mean is that they were not overbearing or looking for things to nitpick us about like I've experienced at so many other motels. It was definitely worth the amount I paid for my stay, and after doing some quick research I was able to find out that there is a large amount of savings to be had if you plan ahead and book a few weeks or more in advance. It seemed like a lot of the guests there were long term residents and they were all pretty nice and friendly. Of course the location is absolutely everything because it's close to the freeways and maybe 2.5 miles from the beach.

Staff was great, very personable. Room was for the most part decent. Walls are pretty thin, we were next to a roudy room the first night and you could hear the person above walking around but it served its purpose. We were pretty much gone during the day for baseball tournaments. Very close to the fields about a 5 min drive but not much to do around there or eat. We went to downtown Huntington Beach which is about 20 minutes away and that was great!

The front desk staff was nice. The room was clean and simple. There is no toiletries but hand soap, but not a big deal because I brought my own. The bed comfort was average. The room was in a quiet area but still close to the lobby. For the money, it was worth the amount paid. It was super close to beaches, less than 5 minutes. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay if you’re looking for something quick! Just needed to stay for 1 night but would definitely come back. Staff was friendly and rooms were really clean. Big parking lot and easy access. Good area and not too far of a drive from beaches and main areas. Good location for families with kids. Would recommend staying here to others !!

This hotel is in the middle of nowhere closest convenient store is 1 mile away. No outside area to relax, not even a bench to sit on. Room had a foul smell. Breakfast is bad coffee and very cheap packaged muffins or cereal bars.

This was the dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed in. The floor in the room was sticky so when I went and wiped it up the rack was black from the dirt on the floor and loaded with black hair. Everything in the room at black hair on it the countertops have not been wiped off it was just so dirty the hallway and the elevators were also dirty. The breakfast they offered was a few envelopes of oatmeal and coffee and hot chocolate. Not much of a breakfast

Very run down rooms. They have not been properly cleaned in months. Did not even attempt to clean the microwave or doors of the refrigerator. Floors were so dirty we had to keep our shoes on. The breakfast they provided was nothing like we saw on their website. It consisted of coffee, a bottle of vanilla or sweet cream, no regular creamer, stale mini muffins and granola bars. There were cracked windows on many rooms including ours and torn screens. The bed liner had some kind of liquid stain on the side and lots of dirt and dust under the beds and behind the night tables. I would not stay there again. The staff was very, very nice and there is an area to walk you dog if you have one. And it is non-smoking , but people stand directly outside the door and smoke instead of moving away from the buildings.

Don't expect breakfast to be great, coffee, cereal/granola bars. Room had no cold water in the bathroom, had to improvisie scalding hot showers. Told front desk but repairs couldn't be addressed during my stay. The room was half cleaned, very dusty. Needs renovations.

Got a suite with full kitchen. Not a single plate, cup, dish pan or piece of silver. I dont travel with all that and never have i rented a full kitchen with no eating/cooking items. The price is outrageous for the property and without a car there is no place to eat or shop for miles. You only get room service 1 per week, must exchange your towels at front desk, and bring your trash to a trash chute at the end of the hall. The price is comparative to many other similar properties, so you are being way over charged for value received. The "breakfast" is a cup of coffee, a mini-muffin or a power bar. To call it a "breakfast" is in my opinion a bait-switch. Place caters to low income long term residences.

This place is going downhill. The back door entrance doesn’t work. Elevator out. The place seems run down. The bed is terrible. Every small move feels like an earthquake and I barely slept. They need to put some money into fixing and updating.

Our room was nice enough but the bed was awful. It had a sheet with another top sheet that was supposed to be the comforter blanket. The sheet kept coming off of the bed at night and we couldn’t get comfortable because we were covering up with just sheets. Just very odd. Pillows were very fluffy and not great. Did not sleep well.
