Staff was super helpful and courteous. Property and rooms are really clean There’s only a couple complaints. Getting off the elevator the hallways were stuffy like zero ac or any kind of airflow. Their parking situation is the biggest issue. $60 a night on top of your room cost is steep especially when your only other option is to park on the street.

This modern dog friendly hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff everywhere we went were really great. The room was nice and clean. The clear shower window from the bedroom was different, but good thing they have a door so you have the peek-a-boo option. The beds were very comfortable. My daughter didn't want to get out of it. The views were very nice. We spent a lot of time on the balcony watching the beach goers and the ocean. This is our 2nd time staying here and it never disappoints. We weren't able to enjoy the pool because it was full and no available lounge chairs. The area isn't that big. But it still was a nice time.

My wife and I have stayed at several different properties in Hunting Beach. This was our first stay at the Pasea. Nice property. Great location. Was a 10 minute walk to Main Street and the Huntington Beach Pier. Not really any good food options in the hotel. But plenty of options within walking or driving distance. Our one complaint with the property is with the pool for the guests. Property and priced and presented as a luxury hotel spa. The pool area was small. Limited number of lounge chairs for guests. Surrounding the pool side were larger bed lounges. But those were for an additional cost. Anywhere from $300 to $500 each. No normal lounge chairs poolside. There is also one pool for all guests. So you end up paying $300 for a bed or $750 for a cabana and then you are surrounded by everyone’s kids splashing and screaming in the pool. If you’re going to have one pool for all guests, then get rid of the upcharged beds and put out more normal lounge chairs that are free to use. Hilton a few hotels down has a completely separate area for kids to go crazy and another for adults to relax. Won’t be staying here again for that reason.

We had a fantastic stay at Paseá Huntington Beach! Wonderful staff, excellent food including pet breaksfast for my WillowBeri!!! She LOVED the salmon rice bowl!!! My only issue is no pets allowed inside the pool area and the treetop lounge music was so loud we couldn’t stay. Otherwise everything was AMAZING!!!!

The pier facing room we started in was loud but the front desk quickly changed us to the other side of building and it was great. The facilities were very nice and my wife loved the spa. My wife raved about Margo in the Spa.

Gorgeous property! Staff were ALL amazing! My only suggestion is to have adult only hours for the in the evenings. We were trying to relax in The spa from 8-10pm, and there were lots of kids going back and forth from the pool to the spa. It was very annoying.

This is my third visit and I love it. The staff is excellent and the property is beautiful and well maintained. I only took one star for cleanliness because my carpets in my room needed shampooing with a large stain. Everything else was spotless. The ocean view is gorgeous and room service was amazing. Thank you for a peaceful visit.

Front desk were amazing. For the cost I was disappointed in the cleanliness of room. You could tell they didn’t clean the floors between guests, left someone’s coffee cup out in balcony from previous stay and didn’t clean shower goid at all. There was soap residue. Then when we were leaving the valet pulled our car into a space so I asked they pull it up to put luggage in and he never did and never helped out luggage in car just handed me the keys so I loaded my own.

Disappointed! I had intended for my sons Birthday gift which he had wanted to stay for a few days at one of the hotels on huntington beachs beachfront. So I purchased 2 days at Pasea Hotel. He enters his room and theres womens products in the bathroom, trash left throughout the room, the staff were very unprofessional and asked if he wanted the sheets changed???? Then they cleaned the room while he was in it???? They offered him a one hour additional time to check out??? This was the beginning of his birthday weekend and I feel you could of compinsated alot more than that??? There were 2 weddings this weekend at hotel and hotel was full from those 2 parties so I realize you were busy but that shouldnt have anything that would affect our stay especially since we payed alot of money for a 2 day stay!!

While the staff was friendly, the room service was poor. The room was not made up until after 3 and the first night and second night I had to ask to have the room made up even though I didn’t indicate otherwise. The carpet in the room was stained and dirty. Certainly not up to what this hotel bills itself as.

Room was dirty and the property hasn't been kept up. For example the mirror in the bath room was coming apart. Other little things, there was no peep hole cover. Overpriced for what you got. The lady at the front desk gushed about all the drinks included... 2 small bottles of water, coffee and a $5 bottle of wine... wow

The bathroom, freshly made beds and table surfaces were all clean. The carpet has several large stains. We loved sitting on the balcony and enjoying the view. The self serve in room kcup coffee was just ok not great coffee. No microwave and super small refrigerator but adequate for one or two nights. Was also surprised that the stand up shower has no grab or safety bars.

Overall for the price of this place I'm definitely not impressed, TV has like 40 channels and the casting function didn't work, the streaming options didn't work, the supposed Cinemax on demand didn't work. The in room dining order link didn't work so couldn't get room service, very small room for what I paid. And it advertised as soundproofed rooms and you can hear everyword people are saying in the hallway and doors slamming.

We felt like the pictures and the names of the rooms were misleading. We booked an ocean view room, and out of all our travels that mentioned ocean view room, this was the one that was the most disappointing. This was at best a partial ocean view. We were on the 5th floor and when we walked into the room all we saw were buildings. I literally had to lean up against the desk to see the ocean view. Yes you get a nice view from the corner of the balcony but that again was a partial view. After calling the front desk, we finally got moved to directly above our room to the 8th floor. This was more of an ocean view, where you can actually see the ocean when walking in instead of being blocked by buildings. The even numbers apparently have a better view. If you get an odd number room for ocean view, I was told the Hilton next door blocks most of the view. The hot tub wasn't hot when we wanted to use it and the pool was actually warmer than the hot tub. One of our lights wouldn't turn off so I had to request tape from the front desk to tape it from turning back on. There are ocean front views rooms, which are directly facing the ocean. The hotel considers even a partial view of the ocean from the balcony an ocean view room so just be careful when considering this room. If the hotel labelled those rooms as partial ocean views, I wouldn't be so upset and caught off guard when we saw the room. We would stay at the Waterfront Beach Resort by Hilton next door next time.

Booked a partial ocean view room. Ended up in a room with the the view of a wall and a chimney on 2nd floor. A halfway decent room was only available for an upcharge of 24$ per day. We felt sort of blackmail into accepting this. Other than that it is a beautiful hotel, nice location and friendly staff.

I wish when I checked in the front desk had let me know that the side of the hotel I stayed on was going to be VERY loud Saturday night until 12am from both the Treehouse and the Bungalow. I would have chosen to take a room on the other side. The room was quite noisy both nights. There are a lot of "mechanical" type noises that go on throughout the night. I slept terrible both nights. Other than that it was fine - friendly staff, clean, good location. But I probably will not stay here again. : /

The hotel is near a lot of great places to eat and hang out. The service is great and the views are awesome. We had an ocean front wrap around balcony suite that also faced the pool. A word to the wise, there is a night club next to the pool side of the hotel and is very loud if your room is facing the pool side like ours was. Ask for the opposite side if your a lite sleeper. If it wasn't for that I would definitely give it 5 stars.

The Good: Hotel Facilities & Room The hotel itself is really nice—modern, clean, and visually impressive. My room was spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed, justifying the high price in terms of amenities and design. The overall environment of the hotel felt upscale and relaxing. The Bad: Check-In Experience & Customer Service My experience at check-in was disappointing. The lady at the front desk seemed uninterested and even rude. From the very first impression, I felt unwelcome—not what you expect when paying over $1,000 for a single night. The staff did not make any effort to greet me warmly or explain the hotel features, which made me feel like my business wasn’t valued. Overall Impression First impressions matter: When you’re paying a premium price, you expect not just a nice room, but also excellent customer service. Unfortunately, the attitude of the front desk staff overshadowed the quality of the hotel itself. I felt so uncomfortable and unwelcome that I decided to leave early—something I’ve never done before at a luxury property. Would I Recommend? If you value customer service and feeling welcomed, I cannot recommend this hotel based on my experience. The facilities are excellent, but the staff’s attitude—especially at check-in—made my stay unpleasant and not worth the high price. No matter how beautiful the hotel, it’s the people who make you want to return. Sadly, I didn’t feel that here.

I recently stayed at the Paséa Hotel and Spa in Huntington Beach, and overall, it was a fantastic experience! It would be helpful if these charges were either rolled into the room rate or clearly disclosed at the time of booking. As a guest, I didn’t quite understand why parking wasn’t included, especially at a premium hotel like Paséa. Transparency in these extra costs would definitely improve the overall experience. Loved location right on Huntington Beach and next to Pacific City so close to restaurants and shopping. Staff friendly and helpful. They can bike you to beach and pick you up. Timothy the manager took excellent care of us due to extenuating circumstances and we appreciate his personal touch. Can’t wait to come back!

This was our third time at Pasea. Nice atmosphere. Great location in Huntington Beach. However they charged us wrongly. Customer services promised us that this would be resolved appropriately. After a number of calls and e-mails no one is responding and we never got the money back. So I don’t think we will stay at Pasea again unfortunately.

The staff was very polite and helpful. When I arrived I was given a room overlooking a wedding. The purpose of my trip was to celebrate my one year wedding anniversary. My husband passed away one year ago so watching a wedding party was a bit much for me. I called the front desk and asked to be moved. I was accommodated right away. Stephanie came up with my key and assisted me with moving to my new room. I very much appreciated the kindness and excellent hospitality.

The Paséa was absolutely amazing. I was upgraded to a room on the 8th floor with a wonderful view of the ocean. Coming from a long day of presentations, it was very relaxing to just sit on the balcony with a glass of wine and relax while overlooking the beach. My conference was at the Hyatt Regency which was a quick, 5 minute walk next door. There were also tons of restaurants and shopping within walking distance as well.

Great property except for the breakfast options. Lorea’s breakfast view of the beach was amazing, but the price vs the food quality is horrible. The rest of the property is amazing though! Spent here a night :) with my family, was an utter dream, the food to our room, the view, the sunset, the shower, everything. Just utter heaven :) we order breakfast to our room and was beyond delicious, got it within a few minutes, even tea the night before. Everything beyond amazing quality.

This was my first time in Huntington Beach and I loved this property! Great location, friendly staff, clean room, and great on-site restaurants. Had an issue with my room door getting stuck, but when I called the front desk for help, it was promptly addressed. Will definitely return!

Overall a good enough stay. It’s close enough to the beach and the pool is good. The food at the on-site restaurant is not good. The menu had options however all dishes we got were not good. The room service food was not goo at all. We ordered breakfast to the room and the eggs and the chicken sausage smelled and overall the French toast and other items were not good. Everything else at the hotel was ok but it was the FOOD that was pretty terrible.

Nice hotel, restaurant Lorea just opened and definitely needs some QC work 3/5 rating. Pool is nice, but no adult pool. New treehouse bar is great, good music and cake pops were a hit. Overall 4/5, would come again.

Started off the Valentine’s Day weekend stay the On site Restaurant Lorea. The food was great and the service was excellent. We even got a glass of champagne on the house for celebrating our anniversary. We went to our room afterwards and the view was amazing from the Ocean View room. Room was spectacular, wish the fridge was little bigger but the courtesy Wine and Champagne and chocolate covered strawberries was a nice touch. Every step of the way was greeted with great/helpful customer service.

Nice property across from the beach. Limited restaurant options due to closure of their main restaurant. Daily resort fee of $40, $150 pet cleaning fee and $48 expensive parking seems to be unjustified and knocks this down a star.
