Room is clean and ample. Bed is very comfortable. The pool was great in hardware but lack of management. There were kids throwing food in the pool intentionally. When I tried to stop them, the parents indicated there’s no sign saying no food inside the pool which was true.

I would definitely stay at this property again! The front desk customer service is always there and the rooms were very clean! Both pool and jacuzzi are heated as well which is nice. Didn’t have a single issue although I do wish the parking was free for customers ($30/night).

Stayed the weekend and it was a good place. Centrally located and easy access to freeways and shoping/dining. Only down side was the cost for parking on site. A bit pricey.

Room was clean, well appointed and quiet even though the hotel was full. The toilet was self flushing cause the pump was leaking and the front desk sent maintenance to fix it within 10 minutes of my reporting it. It was replaced immediately and didn’t cause any issues again for the rest of the stay. The hotel restaurant was amazing also. Freshly cooked meals, not just heat and serve like at a lot of hotels. I highly recommend this location.

My shower drain was clogged and I was showering in a pool of water for my 2 day stay. Maintenance came in but it didn’t resolve the problem. As soon as I walked into the room it smelled like musty mold odor coming from bathroom. Just wasn’t pleased with the stay for how much the room was for the weekend. The pregnant manager when I checked in was very rude, terrible attitude. Just could have been a better experience, but i definitely won’t be staying at this hotel again.

Our room had a strong urine odor. I did reach out to management and they made it 90% better. The bathroom was a 7/10 clean…toilet bowl base full of grime and random hair… There is no vent fan in the bathroom, which causes major humidity and an overall bad smell in the bathroom. Room was extremely small-we were in a double.

The first room we had smelled so bad of cat urine we had to go down and have our room changed. This is after a 9 hour travel day. Some of the outlets in the new room didn’t work which isn’t a big deal. We also had ants in the bathroom which we didn’t complain about because we were just too tired. When you have to make an out of state trip for a family emergency it just makes things a little more frustrating when you have to gather all your belongings and go back down stairs to get new keys to a new room.

The hotel clerk was friendly and did her job well, assisting multiple guests. She made sure to offer us complimentary chocolate chip cookies after our check-in. The lobby was clean and well-appointed. I self-parked in a gated and safe-looking section, very near the front entrance. Our room was clean and good-looking. Everything worked well as it should. Our room was comfortable, as well as our bed and pillows. The shower offered strong water pressure, which felt nice. The room temperature was perfect and quiet, enabling a restful sleep. On the day of our check-out, we decided to have breakfast away from the hotel. A quick search showed many options within a short drive, even on a Sunday morning. The area felt very safe and clean. The hotel seemed clean upon entering. The staff was friendly and informative.... but when I got to the 3rd floor where my room was, I smelled an odor of dampness. I found out what the issue was when I woke up and opened the curtains. The window was full of moisture and was dripping onto the carpet. If all the rooms were like that, it accounts for the odor. With the price of the room and the hotel being in Irvine, I was very disappointed!!!

This property needs to upgrade its plumbing. My stay was disturbed by the incessant banging of pies, most likely toilets. It was so loud it woke me up even with earplugs. The sound magnified around 5 am.

The front desk staff was very welcoming and friendly. My mom had an early morning flight and was supposed to take the shuttle. When they realized that there wasn’t a driver, they immediately called her an Uber! I truly appreciated that!!!

The check in process took over an hour because they could not find the reservation from Hotels.com. Staff was rude and they told me it was easy as pie after an hour. I don’t agree with that. On top of it, the “comped” me a breakfast which I had already paid for in the reservation they could not find. Hotels.com did nothing but then proceeded to cancel my reservation and I had to get a walk in rate at this hotel. Rude and snappy staff.

Staff placed us in a room right above where a wedding was taking place til midnight. Told us 10pm we could pack up our entire room and switch rooms and offered no help. We checked out early from our stay and left. Horrible customer service and acted annoyed that we were upset.

It was the worst hotel stay of entire life Beds were saggy and the staff refused to do something about, house keeping missed cleaning the room 3 days out of the 5 we were in and we had to call them numerous times to come and clean the room those 2 days they did. Furniture was old and the desk chair was broken and they didn’t change despite of numerous phone calls. Staff was lazy and unprofessional.

Everything was excellent . staff were very nice and helpful. I loved their shuttle service. they pick you up from airport and drop you off. They take you to anywhere with in 3 miles so I didn’t have to rent a car or pay an Uber. .

I only stayed here for one night, but had a great experience. The staff was very friendly (I love that they’re giving out complimentary cookies). The room was great and the staff gave me a free-of-charge late checkout. I’ll definitely return here when I visit Irvine again.

The breakfast was great; service was very good at the breakfast buffet. We were a little annoyed that the beds are uncomfortable. The night shift did not know where blankets were stored. My daughter ate something at Knotts berry farm which upset her stomach, and she threw up all over the bed. We waited for 45 minutes for new blankets. All that was brought to us was 1 sheet and soft blanket. Unfortunately, the blanket smelled so bad, like feet. My husband went downstairs, and they sent us to a new room since they had no idea where to find blankets -so weird. So, the room the put us in was a king with sofa bed, worse sofa bed I have ever seen. My child decided that she would rather sleep on it as a couch instead of a bed as she felt the springs in her back. Best thing about the hotel was the cookies, obviously. I probably won't be back. Not knowing where blankets are stored is ridiculous.

Nice property in a quiet area, but no shopping or restaurants nearby. All was good, except for the unexpected $30 dollar parking fee. That’s pretty insane, but seems to be standard these days. Reminds me of banks charging all of those fees.

Visiting our kids & grandkids in Irvine, this was the perfect location, 10 minutes away. Breakfast was really great, good coffee, omelette station, & every side cooked to perfection. Oatmeal & toppings, fresh berries, excellent bacon! Worth it to include breakfast with the comfortable room.

This was very conveniently located. The room was comfortable and clean but what made the experience was the staff and other amenities. The staff was super helpful, efficient and friendly. The food and drinks were excellent and the bar had both indoor and outdoor seating. The outdoor entertainment was a nice addition. Their market had everything we needed. The breakfast buffet was delicious. I was delighted to discover that their shuttle would bring us to the Five Points amphitheater. The shuttle driver was fabulous! He made everything clear and was there promptly after the show for pickup. Shuttles will also take you to the Spectrum. All of the services available make for a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. I will definitely stay here again.
