Amazing night stay for our anniversary! They upgraded our room, and it was so perfect! Staff was very helpful, courteous and friendly! Loved an evening swim in the heated indoor pool even though it was raining outside! The hot breakfast buffet was amazing and such a great deal when i was able to add it to our hotel.com booking! They dont have a jacuzzi any longer after their remodel.

Good condition, good restaurant/bar on-site. We were able to check in early and is within 10 minutes of airport…only downfall was the website shows airport shuttle begins at 5:30am but it does not begin until 6am so had to take Uber/taxi..

Stayed for one night before an early morning flight out of LGB. Beautiful hotel and pool area. The weather was too cold to use, but we took a walk around to explore. Comfortable bed, and Tamarindo's was a delicious restaurant onsite. Order the tortilla soup! They were sold out of long-term parking (you have to reserve and pay online in advance) but the parking isn't apparently covered or patrolled by security, so we would have likely parked at the airport anyway, even if they had availability.

Front desk staff were superior. Rooms smelled like urine. Absolutely no parking in front or rear bcuz of non guest office parties or work functions. Thats cool. Just have parking. I had to wait in the back of the hotel where it looked like a murder scene alley with no lighting for 20 min for a spot to open up.

Sheets no cleans. Trash still in trash cans. Shampoo and soap dispensers were emtpy. Poop stains in the toilet. Very unclean stay. Will not be coming back

Staff was very friendly, hotel was very clean, starbucks and restaurant inside hotel, parking was easy, our room was cleaned every day. Pretty quiet considering it’s right beside the airport. My only complaint is the water pressure in the shower was very weak but overall everything was great and I would stay here again!

Our experience here was not great. Our room did not have a very functional AC. They did send in a tech to look at, but the room was never nice and cold. I will be putting in a complaint with GM. The beds were very uncomfortable and the pillows were horrible. Im sorry, but for the price they are charging per night, i expected better quality. Most likely will not be staying here again.

Bed was comfortable and the room was very spacious. It was far enough from the traffic of downtown but close enough to still be able to uber with ease. We came for Warped Tour and it was definitely a great choice to stay here.

It took me 20 min to get to my room because the elevators didn’t work and no could assist. There is some special key card. I asked for an hour late check out and they couldn’t accommodate. I’ve stayed at much nicer hotels that cost much less money.

Justin checked us in when we arrived. He was professional and very engaging. When we checked out the following morning, he had front desk duty again. He remember our special event and asked about the special date night I planned. I was very impressed that he remembered us despite the volume of people he must have checked in.

This was my first time staying at this location. Our experience at checking in was a good experience. Our room was cold walking in which was no big deal except we attempt to turn the heater on and it felt like it never warm up even though the thermostat read at 84 degrees..🤔🤔 Upon the day of check out which checkout was 12pm, At 1205pm I get this aggressive knocks on the door by the housekeeper questioning me about my time of check out. I told him I was grabbing my suitcase and heading out now. He continues to question me like I was a child I told him he was being very unprofessional but did not seem to care and was tapping on his watch. So rude and unprofessional. I’ve travel a lot and never been encountered with this type of service. Will not recommend or stay here again.

Check in was extremely quick and the representative was the most polite check-in person that I have ever dealt with. The property is well maintained, the rooms are clean and the bedding was comfortable. Nice shopping area called The Hanger less than 5 min away, with tons of shopping and restaurants. I would highly recommended this hotel for travel near or around Long Beach.

The hotel is next to the airport, but there was very little noise coming from planes taking off (my window faced the runway). It is in an industrial park that, oddly, is literally across the street from a neighborhood (but that is generally a SoCal zoning no-rules thing). Even though it is a bit out of the way, shops and restaurants are a 5 minute drive toward the Circle. If you want to get to the more fancy area down by the water, it takes about 15-20 minutes to drive through the traffic (lots of stop lights) to get there. The staff was marvelous. The room was clean and bright if a bit spartan. The TV didn't work, but that was okay as I needed to get work done. The only thing that irked me was a very clear kid's hand smear on the window impossible to miss. The hotel seems to be undergoing renovation, but had I not seen the fencing I would never have known. There is an amazing pool with fountains.

Very nice hotel! Very modern, beautiful property and facility. Advanced online check in was very helpful and our room was available early! Staff very friendly. LOVED having a Starbucks right there in the lobby. Room smelled a bit of cigarettes—that was my only criticism. Had we stayed more than one night, I probably would’ve asked to be moved. Will definitely stay here again though.

Great Hotel, but they said they were giving us a room with a view of the pool and they didn’t. You couldn’t see it. The breakfast buffet was $70 for two people which was absolutely ridiculous, they didn’t tell us until after they sat us that we would be charged. For that quality of food it should have been free like all other hotel breakfasts!

First of all, and I don’t know if this is a typical Marriott thing, but the bed was the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was good and well-priced. The outside pool is under construction, but the inside pool is wonderful - warm, big, and no stuffy chlorine smell like many indoor pools. The rooms are big, and everything from the rooms to the lobby was very clean.
