I should’ve taken the other negative reviews about this hotel more seriously. This room was not cheap and definitely was not up to Westin standards. The bath tub had black mold, and rust on the fixtures and they were loose, the carpet was filthy with stains all over it. Black hair on the floor, the parking was a complete rip off, $44.00 a night! Did I mention the popcorn ceiling? This is more like a Best Western charged at Westin prices. We also noticed that the hotel was only charging 30.00 dollars a day for an event but when we pointed out we were guests and should not be paying $44.00 they told us at the front desk that they have no control over that because the parking isn’t owned by them! $30.00 additional cost per day for resort fee was a joke, especially when the rooms were so filthy. Do not recommend this hotel.

Beautiful lobby. Self parking was not very organized. Our bathroom was disgusting. Fecal matter in the toilet and unclean bathtub. A/C system does not cool the room efficiently. The concierge service was the highlight of our stay.

The Westin is a very good location and clean / convenient. The room was nice and the gym was good too. My only complaint was the internet. It was slow and choppy. I had a call that went poorly because of this.... I expect better from a good business hotel.

The wifi is TERRIBLE!!! If you’re planning on working from your room forget it - I was unable to do a video call and it continually dropped out. I had to relocate to the lobby and it was still very slow. Room was clean and comfortable but just looking a little dated.

Our check-in was delayed 2.5 hours because they didn’t have rooms ready. I had to reach out to hotels.com customer service to help get the ball rolling. We ended up with a King suite and fold out couch instead of the double beds we booked. Who knows how long we would have had to wait for the room we booked. We missed our boat excursion plans for the evening and were unable to get a refund on those. The fold out couch bed wasn’t made. So when we go back to the hotel at 10pm, we had to have someone come to our room to make the bed. They had us move furniture and help. It didn’t feel like a Westin stay. Disappointed.

Great stay at this perfectly located hotel along Ocean Blvd. with views of the harbor, and the Breakers Hotel down the street. Clean, friendly and accommodating staff. Check in was easy and we were graciously upgraded and got a room on the 11th floor. Spacious, great lighting and big sink in the bathroom. Walking distance easy and close to everything. Felt safe and secure. Definitely staying there again when in town. Plus, I noticed three airlines and performers from theater across the street utilizing the hotel hospitality.

Good location, views, very clean. Good food at the restaurant and friendly service, but a little slow if you have somewhere to go. We ordered room service for breakfast I wish it was served on cart and china, with real silverware not paper boxes and small plastic silverware. The blankets were very heavy. I stayed in a disabled room and it needed a handrail next to toilet.

Place looks beautiful on the outside but our room was a hot mess. The AC wasn’t working properly, was just blowing out warm air. The handle on one bathroom was broken, the AC in the other part of the room, yes because I rented a suite for $4k, was disabled, the sink in the master bathroom has that plug right, and it wouldn’t open so it was just plugged the entire time. Altogether was a pretty bad experience especially for the price. When you rent a suite for that much you expect it to have the $25-40 fixtures fixed and functional. I wanted to complain but it was chaos there and don’t think anyone would’ve helped so we suffered and when things were hot in the master bedroom we slept on the couch in the other room that’s part of the suite. Probably will send a message to management but this place only has location going for it really. Bartenders were really good on a side note! Food was decent but ordering room service was a mess. They said only 2 drinks a person so I ordered 4 of the same thing and they denied it lol. Was confusing but whatever, instead of the $98 they could’ve made off my room service order of drinks I ordered ubereats delivery and spent $35 for 12 drinks. Their loss.
