It’s an older property but extremely clean and well maintained. As expected of an older property, my single king room was on the small side but was fine for my needs. The sink being about ten feet away from the bathroom door was odd, but not really a problem. These are observations, not complaints; I only mention them in case they would be a problem for other travelers. This motel is a great place to stay and it’s a bargain too; I’ve already booked another stay.

Needed a 1-day stay near the UC Merced campus over the Easter weekend and found this place. It had pretty good reviews. Overall it was just what we needed agood sage place to sleep.
