People in the parking lot parked over night in their car. Bad characters. They were there Thursday night, Friday all day and Saturday morning when l left. Made us very uncomfortable. Also, flying bugs and pincher bugs in the. Bathroom crawling around. Will not be staying at this location again.

My stay here has been extremely disappointing. I specifically paid for a room with proper amenities, yet several basic issues have made my experience unacceptable. The television in my room has not functioned as expected, and the toilet is defective—I’ve had to remove the tank cover just to flush it and prevent it from continuously running. This is not something any guest should have to deal with. Additionally, the bed frame has an exposed metal piece at the bottom that has caused us to hit our toes multiple times, which is both unsafe and uncomfortable. To make matters worse, there has been excessive noise from pressure washing, and water was spraying near the elevator area, forcing us to avoid getting wet just to access it. Overall, these conditions fall far below what was advertised and what I paid for. I would appreciate this being addressed immediately and would like to discuss appropriate compensation for the inconvenience. I was there for a funeral so the last thing I wanted to deal with was having to pack all our things up to move rooms after driving over 8 hours. I was exhausted physically and mentally and grieving the loss of my dear Aunt.
