We reserved 2 rooms Friday-Monday for almost $800 and the pool was closed all 4 days in 100 degree and above weather. The air conditioner didn't work properly but the staff was friendly

Very disappointed the hot tub was out of service. The heating /air unit was missing the button to operate it room 227. We had to call the front desk. Parking is terrible! Upstairs noise was going on until well after midnight. Sounded like a child running back and forth and jumping off the bed!

Stayed here for a quick one night while a family member was in the hospital. Check in was easy. Once inside, yuck, yuck, yuck. Roaches in the bathroom, slider door was unlocked and open which made the room freezing, dirty bed pillows, bathroom sink cabinet door broken, alarm clock has a humming buzzing sound, and in the morning couldn’t shower because there was no hot water and hair on the shower wall. I only needed a few hours sleep due to exhaustion and a place to reset for another day at the hospital. I gave feedback at checkout hoping my experience was not that of the next guest. Front desk staff and morning breakfast staff friendly and kind.

I always stay in Best western Everytime I travel but this time upsets me really bad. My husband and I checked in for 2 nights and 3 days but unfortunately, when it was time for us to go to bed, I found BED BUGS crawling under my skin. I went to the front desk to let them know about the bed bugs on the premises, she then gave us another room to be transferred into but another unfortunate issue arise where the new room wouldn’t lock and it was very a dangerous for my husband and I security specially I am 6 months pregnant. We ended up leaving the property at 11 pm. Front desk name Briana is very nice though I’m just very disappointed and dissatisfied with this hotel. The property is very old and needs update!!!

This would have been a decent place for me to stay when going out to visit friends. BUT, it's not!!!! Went to the restroom at 2:30am and 5:30am in the morning and all I see are baby roaches scurrying around each time on the bathroom floor. There were about 10 of them each time. I killed all that I could. It was very dramatic. I couldn't even sleep because I was scared something would crawl on me.

There were too many issues. First room the ac is leaked all over the floor. We were moved to another rooms and one of the rooms they gave us the ac and lights didn’t work. The room I stayed at 216 the ac did not work in the living room and was infested with roaches. My stay there was terrible and I want a refund

The grounds are nice and the room was very large with great amenities. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bed was very firm but comfortable, and there were lots of nearby dining options. The place was great, but there was a really musty, moldy smell in my room, which is probably why the balcony door was open when I arrived.

We stayed here because our power was out at our house due to the winds and fires. Our room was very clean and breakfast was great in the morning. Our tv wasn’t working due to the hotel changing cable carriers and unfortunately there were no rooms to move us to which sucked because that was one of the biggest reasons we wanted to get a room. However the next morning I asked one of the staff members about the tv and she came and tried to fix it. When she couldn’t, she found us another room with a working tv. I appreciate her going out of her way to make our stay comfortable and complete. We’ll definitely stay again.

It was okay breakfast the best, bed uncomfortable but clean as well as the room clean, shower head way too high, nice staff always helpful, solid tile floor so cold, but clean and it does take a min to get ahold of staff when calling so walk up, and walls very thin. Other than that great stay!!

We were placed on the second floor facing the parking lot and entrance to the building, it was very loud, we couldnt sleep at all. Ended up leaving at 3 AM and checked in at Holiday Inn instead. Will not come back.

I was locked out of my room multiple times during my stay—twice during the day and then again around 1 a.m. after a long day out with my family. When I returned to my room that night, my key suddenly stopped working. I went to the front desk to have it fixed, but they told me they couldn’t register a key to my room. An employee even came upstairs with a master key, but that didn’t work either. I was completely locked out, with all of my belongings still inside. They eventually gave me a temporary room so that my kids and I would have somewhere to sleep for the night. About seven hours later, there was a knock on the door, and the front desk attendant handed me a key, saying that I could now get back into my original room. There was no explanation about what happened or why the issue occurred in the first place. Overall, it was a major inconvenience—not only being locked out of my room at 1 a.m. with my family, but also being woken up early to move rooms again. I expected better communication and service from the hotel staff.

The day I arrived the key to my room did not work and I had to change rooms the refrigerator did not work and the key to the new room did not work. I had to keep going to the front fl desk and no one was ever there. After waiting for so long and trying to track down an employee she had to use her master key to let us in our room. This was extremely frustrating that our room key never worked the entire time during our stay. At check out I told the front desk all the trouble we had and she seemed uninterested. This property is located right next to a busy freeway. The road noise was tolerable until the motorcycle races started. The jake breaks on the semis is also pretty loud. It might have been better had a had a room on the other side of the complex. It could have been articulated when I checked in. There was some sort of law enforcement activity there every day. As a single female traveler, I did not feel safe. They also closed off the only access to the elevator so I had to carry my bags down the stairs.

The location was great, right off the freeway, so easy in and out for us. Surprisingly, it was pretty quiet. The hotel staff was very accommodating when we asked for early check-in. The check-in process was smooth and easy. I had been given a 3rd floor room and had previously asked for ground floor. The girl at the desk changed it for me and I appreciated that. Netflix was not working and front desk was not able to help but said they would ask for some kind of compensation for us. Wi-Fi was very good. . Room was good, very clean, however the bed was a bit hard and lumpy pillows. Not a deal-breaker, tho. Breakfast was decent, good coffee, lots of options. The attendant was very nice and made sure everything was stocked. We would stay here again.

Location was convenient. The property felt unsafe and very noisy. I thought there were too many strangers hanging out at the parking lot. The room wasn’t very clean and things felt like they were falling apart.

Bri at the front desk was amazing. we had a fire at our home and the red cross put us up there. i feel its one of , if not the best motel in the area . They have a great breakfast every morning . I really enjoyed this place being our home away from home .
