A just okay stay. You get what you pay for. It states non smoking rooms but the hallways wreaked of smoke. The walls are thin and I could hear bedsprings in the middle of the night when I was trying to sleep. A lot of foot traffic in the hallways as well. The fitness room was nice. Overall, Glad I was only there for a day and not an extended stay.

The alarm went off at 3 o’clock in the morning we need to hang in the parking lot for one hour not body at front desk to explain what happen next day when I check out the staff didn’t event know why the alarm went on at 3 am honestly I couldn’t sleep I was driving all night and day working and I couldn’t event sleep that sucks

Hotel and Rooms are nice looking. Convenient location. But things you should know: This is more of a Apartment complex. People live there. Multiple broken down, dusty, 4 flat tires cars in parking lot with the hotel tags were people go sit in to smoke stuff. The rooms have a mini kitchen but no dishes, pots, etc utilize the kitchen. Apparently you have to bring your own. Housekeeping every TWO weeks. If you need clean towels or linens during your stay you must pay. Elevator hasn\'t worked for quite some time according to a resident there. Climbing 3 flights of stairs daily was horrible.The first stairway smells like urine and the door that is supposed to be locked at all times and only opened by key card is busted or propped open with rocks. Rooms have no curtains like most hotels. Sleeping in on vacation will not be an option if bright light wakes you. We\'re from Texas, we greet everyone... Staff and People are not so nice. It wasn\'t a "bad" hotel. Definitely many inconveniences I wish we didn\'t have to deal with on vacation but the price was good. Personally, I won\'t be staying here again.

Parking is terrible not enough spaces when hotel is at capacity. However a few vehicles never moved either. Usually bathroom supplies - shampoo/conditioner/lotion extra towels provided. Not here. And if book through a website they will change your itinerary and room reservations.

It was overbooked so i didn’t get the room i paid for, i couldn’t get any sort of refund from them, there was no soap or even appliances in the room either. Elevator was also broken and they couldn’t even give me extra blankets or towels for the inconvenience.

The property looks fairly new. As we arrived we encountered males in the parking lot with loud music, drinking and with visible paraphernalia on the hood of their vehicles. We did not feel safe and relayed that to the person at the front desk but she didn’t seem to care, I attempted to cancel my reservation but was not able to unfortunately. Once in the room the bed was messy as if it had been used and not properly cleaned. The pillows were on a chair and not on the bed. In the early AM we were awaken by an alarm not once but twice. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all especially with children.

The room itself was dirty, from bathroom to bed, it smelled really bad like cigarettes and dog, there was only 2 towels, only 2 really small pillows and thin blankets. My partner went to go ask an iron. The iron was dirty, and had hair strands on it. They could’ve at least cleaned it.

The rooms and interior facilities are as immaculate as always. The staff is as professional as I remember. For the most part, my stay has been quiet and I feel comfortable keeping to myself. I wish the exterior facilities, especially where the furr-babies go, was kept cleaner but I take the good with the bad and I am satisfied with my overall experience at the Woodspring Suites Moreno Valley. Unfortunatey, in my experience, all Woodspring Suites facilities are not created equal but Moreno Valley never fails to satisfy.

The abundance of dog poop left by the other guests and the kids playing in the halls with their toys and making noise while I am trying to sleep or study, not to mention being awakened in the middle of the night by the building's fire alarms setting off leaves something to be desired. This has never happened during any other stay. I guess there is a first time for everything.

Nothing , I' left after 2 hrs .. lots of sketchy shady low class people ...it wasn't worth my money. The beds were uncomfortable and loud on the floor . An emergency alarm went off and no one came to check for 20 min. Called front desk several times and no one answered. Voice mail full. Looks nice from the outside , but that's the only nice thing carpet is dirty.

Room was not cleaned and had dirty towels still in it that seemed like were just hung back up to be used…thankfully I noticed the stains all over it before I used it. Water for the shower wouldn’t even get hot. The bed was hard and rickety. It’s an extended stay hotel so there’s a lot of people that look like they live there…which would account for the smell of cooked food throughout the hotel. The only good thing I can say is the manager was kind enough to give us our money back after we checked out early.

BEWARE YOU CAN HEAR EVERYTHING!! Me and boyfriend got no sleep because we could hear the people above us all night. It sounded like they were rearranging the whole night. Floors are wood laminate which didn’t help the sound. Also, there is not someone at the front desk. If you check in after hours or leave before Check you must you there phone to call someone. Weird.

Except for the kitchen, the room was absolutely barebones. No coffee or tea, no paper or plastic cups for the bathroom, no tissues. 1 bar of soap in the bathroom and that's it. The bed was creaky. The cable was basic. The window blinds did not keep the street lights out or the sun out in the morning. I was awakened at 1:30am by stomping from the room upstairs. It sounded like they were moving furniture and lasted almost an hour. And because there's no carpet, i could hear everything that fell on their floor. It resumed again this morning. Meanwhile I was startled awake by a car alarm right outside my window. The walls and windows are made of paper and you could hear everything outside the room. When my alarm went off, I was exhausted from lack of a good night's sleep. And to top everything off, they have the nerve to collect a $150 deposit which they'll keep for 3-5 days before I see it back.

Overall, it was good, no real issues, though it was a solo trip, and I didn't require anything extra. All the basics were there that I needed. My only issue was the bed was extremely uncomfortable, both morning I awoke with pain on my hip and shoulder that was against the mattress (side sleeper) basically bruised. I'm a tall thinner guy and I felt the mattress to be very hard and uncomfortable. The pillows were good but man I was sore every morning form the mattress.

It's cute but very bare-bones. The only thing they provide is 1 hand soap, there's a kitchenette but everything has to be purchased as far as spoons/forks/pans. I've never seen that at a hotel with a kitchen before.

NO WIFI and NO SLEEP. All day and night loud noises. Guest are all African Americans and they are super loud. My family and I could never get WIFI internet and we even talk with hotel’s tech department for hours and they never could get us internet in the hotel. IT WAS THE WORST HOTEL OF MY LIFE. We talk to the manager every day about noise complaint and no WIFI Internet. I felt like we stay in a hotel in the 80s. How the F you don’t have WIFI. That’s the most basic necessity on this planet. It’s like not providing water for showering. They said they have wifi but it does not work and never works! I’m a Software Engineer and I know how to connect to WIFI but IT NEVER WORKED IN THIS HOTEL. YALL RUINED MY 8 days in Cali.

When we tried to check in the guy at the front desk was extremely rude and seemed as if we where an inconvenience to him, He tried to give us a room that was either currently occupied or had not been cleaned, as there were dirty towels on floor trash on counter smells of fresh smoke as if someone had just smoked in the room. The room was a good size for me and my belongings. I brought a lot of my personal kitchen equipment so that I could keep eating healthy. The front desk people were accommodating when I needed to extend my stay, and when I left my key in the room and needed to regain access.

There is no front desk horrible customer service the guy the works nights have a very horrible actitud very noise to much dogs and very dirty I couldn’t check in I have to wait long time you have to call in order to open service window and no one answered the phone we have to leave in the middle of the night because we couldn’t sleep to much noise

The hotel building itself is fine, but it stinks of smoke (and who knows what else) because it seems like that is the majority of the kind of people who stay there. There was literally NEVER anyone at the front desk when I was there and I always had to call and wait for someone to come down. It was just generally a somewhat shady and inconvenient experience.

It’s a very nice property for the price but had to wait almost an hour to get checked in as there was nobody working and nobody answering the after hours phone.

Front desk was empry when we got there. Waited for 10 mins to be able to check in. Halls smelled like dog pee and there was no shampoo in the rooms or front desk. Took a while to be able to contact front desk since theres no one there until 10 am.

Hotel and Rooms are nice looking. Convenient location. But things you should know: This is more of a Apartment complex. People live there. Multiple broken down, dusty, 4 flat tires cars in parking lot with the hotel tags were people go sit in to smoke stuff. The rooms have a mini kitchen but no dishes, pots, etc utilize the kitchen. Apparently you have to bring your own. Housekeeping every TWO weeks. If you need clean towels or linens during your stay you must pay. Elevator hasn\'t worked for quite some time according to a resident there. Climbing 3 flights of stairs daily was horrible.The first stairway smells like urine and the door that is supposed to be locked at all times and only opened by key card is busted or propped open with rocks. Rooms have no curtains like most hotels. Sleeping in on vacation will not be an option if bright light wakes you. We\'re from Texas, we greet everyone... Staff and People are not so nice. It wasn\'t a "bad" hotel. Definitely many inconveniences I wish we didn\'t have to deal with on vacation but the price was good. Personally, I won\'t be staying here again.

Absolutely do NOT STAY HERE! Its awful. The pictures online and the look of this place is deceiving. The smell was so bad in the hallways. My room smelled like someone dumped an entire gallon of bleach. The bed was like i pull out couch. We booked a 3 night stay with 2 rooms due to being evacuated from the Line fire. I could only take it for 7 hours and decided to leave at 1am and find somewhere else to go. No refund which i figured but i rather eat the money then stay here. Dogs running allover,kids and sketchy people. Its the projects,literally. No cameras outside. People drinking and partying all over the parking lots and absolutely no security whatsoever. Dog pee on the hallways. Theres absolutely nothing good about this place other than the 2 sweet young ladies working the front desk. Total rip off and this place should be shut down and turned into apartments which it pretty much is anyways. Im so mad. All we wanted was a good nights sleep not knowing if our house was going to burn down. That was not going to happen here,ever. Just DONT STAY HERE!!!!

The door is locked when you arrive,We had to call same number twice before a man showed up to check us in.He was getting help over the phone as if he had never done it before.We w ere given room 203 which is the closest room to two intersecting freeways. ie. the noisiest room in the hotel. Man lied about soundproof, bed was old and needed replacement. We left did not stay 2nd night.WORST

The property looks fairly new. As we arrived we encountered males in the parking lot with loud music, drinking and with visible paraphernalia on the hood of their vehicles. We did not feel safe and relayed that to the person at the front desk but she didn’t seem to care, I attempted to cancel my reservation but was not able to unfortunately. Once in the room the bed was messy as if it had been used and not properly cleaned. The pillows were on a chair and not on the bed. In the early AM we were awaken by an alarm not once but twice. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all especially with children.

Its very newly opened . Easy access to a food and has plenty of parking . Its nice to wake in morning with fresh coffee and on weekends doughnuts was offered . Very clean and its great how pets are allowed . If anything is wrong they take care of right away .
