Ayres Hotel & Spa Moreno Valley/Riverside

Great location with smooth check-in and check-out. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I enjoyed having a bar on the property, along with convenient dinner and breakfast options. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

During the time of our stay on of the elevators was being remodeled so it looked a little scary but not to worry it was fully functional, they were just updating the looks of it. Apart from that my husband and I LOVED the location, the hotel was inside a town center FULL of shopping and plenty of dining options no more than a 5-10 min drive away. The hotel is very clean, there’s complimentary coffee in the lobby all day and complimentary breakfast from 7am-10am on weekends. Their food options were really tasty consisting of country potatoes with bell peppers, scrambled eggs, breakfast sausage, and a really delicious and flavorful salsa my husband and I loved. They also have a waffle maker, cereal options, coffee and plenty of coffee creamer options; a bagel, toast, muffin, and donut corner.. fresh fruit, light and regular yogurt, vanilla almond milk for those who are non-dairy drinkers, pre-packaged boiled eggs, fruit cups, and juice dispenser… there is PLENTY and you can always go back for seconds because they keep it stocked all morning. (No vegan options) The rooms are very clean, spacious like a little condo, and the shower?…. The tub was HUGE, my husband and I both weigh in the 200lbs+ category and we were able to take a bubble bath together. Pool area was great, there’s a gazebo there with a table and chairs and a grill in case a family would want to use it, there’s a 24 hour small fitness center, and overall the staff are so nice. Recommended!

Easy on off major freeway. We liked the shopping area and local eatery. Overall the facility was very clean and staff were friendly and very helpful. We also rented the banquet hall for an family event and the onsite manager, Adriana was very professional and provided everything we requested.

EV charging was a nice plus. Room was clean and tub was huge

We had a hard time finding parking, but it was late when we got back to the hotel service was excellent. Everybody was nice. Food was good for breakfast and thank you.

They are remodeling right now, but the contractors were extremely polite and easy to work with and around. Only wish the bar area was open on weekends. Everything else was good for us

Everything was great, staff was friendly, pool was very nice and we got to see a free air show due to the AFB nearby.

Pro: Had an issue with a/c in our room but it was taken care of in a timely manner and luckily able to switch rooms. Con: Purposefully chose this hotel over a few others nearby because the hotel had a pool and jacuzzi. The jacuzzi was COLD! I could have stayed at a cheaper hotel.

Parking was hard to find after retuning for a late evening. Not enough parking

Tall ceilings, comfortable beds although the actual mattresses looked yellow and sooooo old. Things were not cleaned well, food was all over the remote, oils and fingerprints all over the phone, the bathtub had hair.

Possibly the cleanest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in! Not only was it clean, the room smelled wonderful. The staff were friendly and helpful.

First room was infested with ants, but front desk quickly moved me.

Overall, a great stay. Nice facilities. The bed was surprisingly comfortable and I liked that there were 2 window shades. The couch was cute and I liked that there was a safe. The downsides were the make up smears on my pillowcase and not super clear signage/info about how to get to the hot tub.

I loved the spaciousness of the room and bathroom, the beds, the work area desk and swivel chair, the blackout curtains, the elegant furnishings, and overall cleanliness of the room and common areas. The front desk staff were cheerful and extremely polite.

I liked the location. I did not like that children were allowed to run freely and there was so much noise (stumping & jumping) above me!

WiFi connection to cell phone and laptop is not always connected. After idling awhile it will drop the service connection and you'll have to re-register. Not convenient if you're planning to stay longer period.

Rooms are very clean and the breakfast bar is good-better than average. I like the omelets. It would be nice to have a soft blanket available and an extra pillow in the room. The extra blanket was not soft. Also our A/C unit was noisy.

Comfortable and updated room. Excellent breakfast. Friendly staff. Only minor complaint is spotty internet connection.

Sandra and Myra the front desk clerks really make this place stand out. Ayres is already a nice hotel but what separates them from surrounding competition is the kindness of their staff. Super accommodating. Would recommend and stay her 100 more times.

It was a good experience up until when there were no parking spots available. It was at night and It was unsafe I had to park at another hotel and the front desk clerk and the security guard did not care. Another guest from the hotel walked me safely to the hotel while the security guard just sat around unbothered.

The younger girl at the desk was very rude, I kept calling and she would hang up, or tell me early check in was not available each time I would call, I luckily asked if someone else could help me and the other lady was able to help me and she actually physically looked it up on the computer as where the younger girl didn’t. Hotel was nice and clean

The property was nice, it was under renovation at the time of our stay but kept clean. The only problem I had was that the check out was at 12pm and while I was in the shower around 9:30am I heard a knock on the room door, then the door was opened by hotel personnel, with a key. I yelled I was in the room, I heard a male voice then they left. When I reported this to the Man at the desk, his demeanor was dismissive and his response was “well, did you have the do not disturb hanger on?”. All keys have to be returned to the desk so why would he think the room was not occupied? I felt uncomfortable and like it was no big deal that some male staff was trying to enter my room! All of the cleaning people working on that floor were women. I won’t stay there again!

Great place to stay in Moreno Valley. Walkable to Costco and resturants. Rooms very comfortable. Staff at breakfast area very wonderful. Actually, all staff is warm and friendly and accomodating.

Second time staying here and each time the food options are great and offer enough that you arent stuck earing the same food every day. Love the made to order omelet station and the days fresh salsa is brought in. Location is great too, near tons of things and the room made for a very comfortable stay. Will be staying here again when we visit Riverside in the future.

Good hotel, reasonable price. My second time stay here. The only thing I didn't like this time is that they don't serve omlettes on a weekend unlike my previous experience on a weekday and it was surprise for me.

This was my first time staring at Ayres. It was wonderful! I find these Hotel.com reviews useful when we travel so I tried but did not find anything to critique. The breakfast bar was amazing. Fresh omelettes made to order. Plus waffles, bagels, cereals and all the usual hotel breakfast items. We highly recommend staying here.

Love the openness of the design, wood floors and vaulted ceilings, very clean and elegant. Free breakfast was a waste. The eggs were watery, country fried steaks looked very old, dry like previous day leftovers that got left under that heating lamp.
