Beautifully renovated hotel! Absolutely gorgeous! The room and bath were very nice. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Check in was friendly and smooth. Parking was either self park or valet. Both were expensive. We chose valet as it was only $5 more. They were very friendly and efficient. The pool area looks like it is in the process of renovation. I went in the hot tub. It had many tiles that were reinstalled incorrectly and there wasn’t any grout. There were quite a few flower pedals in the water. I did not go in the pool. I tried a few times to call the front desk and housekeeping in the early evening and no one answered. Overall the place was really nice and we would stay again

The hotel itself and staff were fine. It’s the valet company used by the hotel that is separate from hotel. My car was damaged by a luggage cart falling from the curb onto my car (missing my head by 6 inches) breaking the tailgate door and rear lights. After submitting a claim for the damages, I received notice (3 weeks later) that they aren’t covering the costs to repair my car. This is unacceptable, unprofessional and actions out of bad faith. Because of having to use Towne Park Valet when staying at the hotel, I will no longer stay at the hotel.

Loved the first floor lounge. Great place to hang out. The first floor bathrooms were convenient and never locked. Wifi was through Marriott Bonvoy and I had trouble connecting the first day and the rest of the people staying with me could not connect at a the entire stay. The front desk staff could not help because this was Marriott thing. Service was a bit slow. We requested a garbage change as we never got regular housekeeping and not sure if they were too busy or forgot but I had to ask 2 days in a row before someone actually came. The front desk staff didn't communicate with each other - what one staff promised another one couldn't follow through with. For example, I had asked if my roommates who were coming later in the night could be given keys so I didn't have to stay up to let them in (sleeping due to time difference). The front desk said it would be okay if I gave the full legal names and if they provided ID. The person who said it'd be okay was not at the front desk at the time they checked in and so I had to let them in instead. Not a big deal - I just wish they were consistent with their actions. The person checking me in misspelled my email for Marriott Bonvoy and suspect that's why my room had trouble connecting to the internet the entire time. I just created another account and had them link it. It just felt like the entire stay, I was problem solving for things that wouldn't have been a problem at other hotels.

My room was dirty. Stains on the counter tops, closet, toilet was dirty, glasses weren't clean. It was nasty. I went and bought gloves and disinfectant and cleaned my own room. I had to ask multiple times for my room to serviced for fresh towels, trash to be emptied, and new sheets. That was very frustrating.

Nice place. Be prepared for airport noise, however that stops at 10 pm. The only real complaint is the pink mold all over the shower tile and bathroom sink. It looks like they have never seen cleaning before. I’ve never stayed at a luxury hotel that had such poor cleaning practices.

Absolutely horrible experience. FAR too expensive to have the issues I encountered. Parking is $48 per night, breakfast isn't included with stay, everything was old and dirty, rust in the shower, gaps in the door, crunchy floors, and I had to call the desk 3 times for a pack-and-play, and after a total of 90 minutes just walked to the front desk to wait, where they told me they couldn't find one, and just didn't want to call me back because it was late. Would never recommend this hotel.

Great location plus many amenities! I enjoyed our stay, very busy and lively restaurant and bar area. Comfortable queen beds. My only complaint is you can literally hear everything going on in the bedrooms from the doorway of your room! Also ac was not up to par, I had it 65 and luckily I was able to open a bedroom window to cool down our room. One more tip would be to give the rooms a deep cleaning, some dust on the vents, doors and baseboards.

This place is beautiful! I didn't like the fact that they charge almost $15 per day for WiFi, and $43 per day for parking. My room door had to be pulled tight to lock and every day housekeeping left my door unlocked. The bathroom fan didn't work. When I checked in, they didnt tell me i could use my room key to open the garage lift gate- so I only allowed myself to venture out once per day to ensure not to rack up more charges. Every time I drove my car out of the garage, I had to pay $43. Then the hotel charged my card $43 per day for parking when i checked out. They reversed the charge when I went and told them I had been paying the garage directly, and informed me I should have been using my room key for the parking garage. No one told me and its not written anywhere! This caused me to miss out on a lot of activities and this changed my plans.

Stayed at the Junior Suite. View was really nice the only issue is there was a clicking noise in the ac vents when the ac was running. The noise was loud and kept me up until around 3am. Other then that it was okay.

Breakfast was cold, HVAC went out around 11 and couldn't call down cause the phone didn't work. Staff was incredibly rude. Manager on duty was nice though, hut at the end of the day, we spend money to stay at a hotel and bring 14 other families with us & the hotel sucked. Horrible for a Marriott, as a platinum elite member, I'd expect more than what my family experienced, especially on the customer service side of things.

The room was clean and the beds very comfortable! I love how the hotel was close to shopping, restaurants, the airport and about 20 minutes to Downtown Disney (if you have a car!). All in all it was a very pleasant trip and a great stay!

Have stayed here many times. Bit of a hiccup on this trip, had to change the room twice...once for obstructed view, and another for inferior mattress. 3rd room was good. Dining and service at restaurant for early dinner and for breakfast was excellent.

Excellent everything except terrible awful sandwich’s at lunch. Server was fine, took about 40 minutes to get our food just old stale turkey sandwiches. We were the only people in the restaurant. Bread was burned, avocado was brown lettuce not fresh. Chose not to go there for breakfast

The check in associate was fantastic. He was friendly, professional and informative. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Decent happy hour at the bar. Appreciate Ms the live musicians c. Not happy with $43-48 overnight parking. That’s ridiculous and almost 1/3 of the room rate.
