Me and my husband had a great time! Kitchen was efficient and functional, barbecues were clean and easy. Having bikes chairs and towels at our diposal was super helpful. You cant get closer to the beach! We did run into a snag with a booking problem, but the managemant was able to correct it to complete satisfaction! I recommend to everyone!

We had a quick springbreak trip with our kids, and had a blast! Right outside our window was the beach literally walking steps away. We had so much fun we wished we booked another night. Got to meet some pretty great timeshare owners too! We heard about some beach toy rentals in other reviews and were able to cop a few for our kids to play with while at the beach. So save your dollars and go to the front desk. All appliances and utensils came in handy as well as we had a bbq and breakfast through out our stay. Will definitely be booking again thanks to great customer service at the front desk!

The location was just off the beach and within walking distance of dozens of restaurants and shopping. The staff (especially Tyler!) was amazing. Very helpful and offering free bicycles, beach chairs and towels. Having a kitchen was great so we could have snacks and our own adult beverages. Absolutely would recommend!

Check-in was good, but if you go on a Saturday, there is no parking in front of the check-in and that made it difficult. Places are a little dated, but the location is great. You can walk to lots of restaurants and right to the beach. The parking underground is terrible. I was under there with several other people trying to park and we had to back in many times with only a couple of inches on each side or we would scratch our cars. Definitely bring a small car if you’re going to park underneath and be very careful.

We weren't sure what to expect... but we're glad we chose this location! Convenient to a lot of things: the Pier, the Top Gun House, and lots of dining & shops. We walked to plenty of nearby spots. It's not new & fancy, like the Seabird or Mission Pacific down the block. But we found our room to be spacious and comfortable... and VERY CLEAN, which is super important to my partner. For parking, we opted for the street permit. And we were lucky to find plenty of street parking nearby during our stay (early Dec). We only had one issue in our room: our TV remote didn't work. We made 2 calls to the front desk, and they came by with batteries, which fixed the problem. I appreciated the kitchenette in our room, as well as the convenient walk down the stairs to the ocean front. I also appreciated the free coffee/beverage machine in the lobby, which was available until 10:30 AM each morning. For the price we paid, I definitely think it was worth the value, and I'd consider staying here again in the future.

Shower was broken, water leaking from the handle, plus the head broke apart on touch. Went to the front desk and they said they did not have anybody to fix it, and no empty rooms. So unable to take a shower. When checking out, it turns out they had multiple free rooms available, so we were lied too.

I rented the studio for my birthday weekend. I was greeted with wonderful friendly staff but Nicole the front office manager really stuck out and I see why she’s the manager. She made my stay more than comfortable accommodating and she was just overall amazing . The location was perfect nothing better honestly. I will continue to stay here moving forward for Oceanside. I will say bathrooms need a little updating but it’s not in the control of the staff obviously owners.

Family friendly, just a few steps from the beach. No AC, but was nice and cool at night with window open. Only down falls were people driving down the boardwalk all night playing loud music… if you’re a light sleeper you definitely won’t sleep well. Staff was very accommodating and had chairs and umbrellas ready for your to borrow for your day at the beach.

I booked this location for the second year in a row and what can I say, our stay was absolutely wonderful!! The staff in especially Nicole and Zach went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. Nicole is simply amazing, she thrives at what she does. It was my son’s Birthday and she added all these special touches. She truly went above and beyond to make our son feel special. The place itself is so lovely and peaceful. Breathtaking views and the sounds of the ocean waves crashing at the shore from outside our window made me never want to return to our everyday routine. I love it so much I’m considering purchasing a timeshare there. If you find a date that’s available just book it! You won’t regret it!!! It’s conveniently located to the pier, beach, shopping and dining. With parking right outside your door. Thank you Nicole you are the best!!

I love coming to Oceanside. I found this property last minute for a quick we can get away perfect it was in the heart and center of Oceanside right on the beach. There’s a lot a new development going on. It was easy to locate and the parking is on the bottom floor. It is a condo complex and they were many families. They do have a lot of services that cater to kids and families. I didn’t use the kitchen, but I can definitely see the appeal for families to vacation here.
