This is my second review for this hotel, because we booked to consecutive reservations. So I will keep this brief. The counter woman was extremely unhelpful and obviously hates her job. The reservation was for 2 adults and one 17yr old child. We asked for the third key so my daughter could come and go as she please, but the counter woman refused to give us one. She told my wife the reservation was for 2 people only. I guess a teenager doesn't qualify as a full adult.🙄 The room had ants and the toilet has a weird device in the tank so can only use the toilet every 3-4 mins because it takes that long for the water to fill up the tank again. They think it's saves them water, but it's frustrating if two or more people have to use the rest room back to back. This was our first time staying here and it will be our last.

Our first impression of the hotel started with the young woman at the front desk. She obviously hates this job and has no interested in helping/interacting with the guess. Not sure why she continues to work here. The hotel lobby is old and in need of renovations. The rooms were better, but they weren't very clean and I had to request that the toilet seat be fixed when I arrived because it was broken and there wasn't any soap in the shower. The television has hundreds of channels, but you can only access to a few. The hotel does have a washer and dryer on both floors and I loved it. We normally stay at the best western next door, but it was booked so we tried this one. We won't be staying here again.

The laundry staff was very friendly and helpful. the evening staff was not very friendly or helpful. advertised that there was a continental breakfast in the morning. no coffee until 8 am, had to keep asking for creamer and sugar. when asked the staff/receptionist seemed annoyed, she then came and placed only 6 little cups of creamer after using some it was gone. only a couple of bananas and apples a few bars/cookie. that was it.
