Jacuzzi didn’t work not even hot and dirty no lights in pool area, drug dealers around property all night long hanging out on the stair cases ! Loud noisy neighbors kept us up all night staff even yelling and banging on the doors next to us yelling for the customers next door to us

One night stay while on the road. Just needed a place to crash. Two-star hotel and you get what you pay for. Easy check in. Room was clean. Bed was firm. In general, older and needs an update (old carpet for baseboards with vinyl plank flooring, peeling wallpaper). Breakfast was basic: waffles, cereal, yogurt, fruit, coffee, juice. It’s next to the freeway so expect road noise. There is a small pool and a hot tub.

This is a basic facility but really don't need much except a good bed and clean room. Breakfast was decent with make your own waffles. The only issue we had was the hot tub. It was NOT hot. Pool no heating at all which is understandable but you do want a HOT tub.

Overall bad experience here. Red tape on lamps, stench of weed, and a broken toilet. Staff wasn’t very helpful. Parking spaces are pretty tight as well. Sound of cars on the freeway keeps you up.

There was no fitness center or laundry room. The hotel is very rundown and you can tell the owner doesn’t take care of his property, which is unfortunate due to the location. I would not recommend staying at this hotel if you are looking for clean rooms and a quality hotel.

Check in was fine and although very dated, the room was "clean" but there were several things that were not great: stains on the comforter, no drain plug in the bathroom sink (and bad smells coming from the sink), the heating / AC unit made a horrible rattling that made sleeping difficult, and the final straw was finding out that the hot tub was broken. Breakfast had no protein; just waffles, Raisin Bran, or Fruit Loops (they also had apples and OJ / coffee). The property looked like it had had a poorly-executed remodel several years ago (vinyl flooring bubbly and uneven, wallpaper in hallways dinged up, etc). Won't stay here again despite the $99/nt price point.

Roaches, roaches everywhere in the bathroom the regular room everywhere! Disgustingly dirty door knobs falling off air condition didn’t work. It was the most disgusting place I’ve ever stayed. I’m disgusted with Hotels.com for rating this the way that they did.

It was a quick one night stay. Staff was friendly and overall it was clean. Not very updated but the price was great. Could have had a little more for variety with the breakfast, it was yogurt, apples, waffles and cereal with juice and coffee. However what they did have was good, so no complaints about the stuff that was available.

The room we received had an awful smell. The room was not cleaned properly. A mirror was very dirty in the main room. We also uncovered sheets that had a stain on them. It also had a surprise of roaches in the bathroom and near the beds. The owner did do a partial discount of 1 night out of 2. I believe he should have discounted way more for what we endured.

Its a good price but wow, the place is kind of a dump. The fixture was loose in the bathroom, there are stains on the walls and it is generally run down. I guess the price reflects the condition.

The room was ok. Staff put my family in a room that seemed to be newly put together. There was no telephone in the room and the bathroom vent did not work. When you showered the water came out and there was water all over the floor. Needless to say the entire room felt humid and uncomfortable.

It was alright , you get what you pay for. We had gotten a room right by the stairs so it was so loud. We have a baby with us so it wasn’t a pleasant experience to be staying with loud thumps because of the stairs. The tv didn’t work as well. It’s a good location being right by plenty of stores.

Room was big but bathroom was very tight and the bathroom door wouldnt latch or lock you could push the bathroom door open without turning the knob. The room was a bit humid and took a bit for the ac to get rid of the humidity in the air. Pillows are the size of a couch pillow

Beds were Comfortable! Room overall Good! No plug outlet for alarm clock near bed! Noisy people outside with slamming car doors & talking loud at 2 AM! People in 225 above us, were walking around with boots gathering their items to leave - Too Noisy, walking back & forth at 6:30 AM!!! So not sound sleep for the night!

This is an old hotel, dirty carpets on the stairwell but not in the rooms. Our room was tended to daily, that was a pleasant surprise. Breakfast was waffles, cereal and yogurt. Don’t expect more, gotta find your own protein. It got packed and crowded over the weekend but by Monday everyone was gone. There is a pool but it’s small. Internet was frustrating, had to keep logging in. Hotel is in a good location.

My son and I were there for a local soccer tournament and spent one night. Overall, it was a good experience. The front office girl was very friendly and was able to accommodate an early check in so my son could rest before his 2nd game. That was much appreciated. Kudos to her! The room was clean. Only thing wrong with the room was when I got up at night to use the restroom, I saw a roach in the bathroom. I didnt see anymore outside in the sleeping area. The breakfast selection was non-existent. They only had waffles and apple juice. No eggs, sausage, fruit, cereal, yogurt or anything else available. Other than that, my son and I got a good nights rest. Bed was comfortable.

Racheal is awesome. It was very clean. I felt very safe. My husband and I went to see a show and was given wonderful directions and the breakfast was great too the waffle syrup but it’s nice clean. They have every yogurt, the bagels, etc. the breakfast is worth it and the room size is amazing.

This hotel is within walking distance of lots of shopping centers and restaurants. The Texas Road House restaurant is within 2 blocks and Cheesecake Factory is within 6 blocks. The city bus stops right in front of the hotel. The hotel is in a safe area. Although the hall walls and carpet on the stairs needs replacing, the rooms are great. My room was huge with a massive bed and nice balconey. There is lots of storage space and lots of tables. There was lots of hot water and a bathtub and shower combo. I enjoyed the breakfast, it was fun making waffles and butter and syrup are provided. There is also yogurt and apples and two kinds of juice and coffee. There is a Dennys within 2 blocks if you need eggs and bacon. The one drawback is that there is no security safe. The staff are friendly and helpful. Housekeeping is available every day.

The hotel is not very convenient for travelers who are traveling with out a vehicle as there are no restaurants or stores close by. Also they offer a free continental breakfast however their continental breakfast only consists of Waffles, Apples and Yogurt every single day. Other properties I have stayed at have offered a true Continental Breakfast with a wide variety of options to choose from.
