Having a beginner ski slope and maybe option for ski lessons or private instructor would be great. The game room could be made better - maybe with a pool table and some comfy sofas when watching movie.

Hotel is nice, but weddings take over a huge chunk of the resort grounds. The kids play area and patio are replaced with a giant tent. Loud music plays until late, and if you're using the gym you'll be doing so in front of hundreds of wedding guests. I'd think such a large property could find a better place to host the weddings. Charging guests a $50 daily resort fee while repurposing many of the resort amenities (especially for families with kids) is pretty callous.

Very nice resort, well managed. Ski-in/ski-out. Free shuttle to village every 30 minutes. Great pool/spa area and have an ice rink. Several restaurants ranging from sports bar to fancy. Highly recommendable!

Very nice resort, a perfect location for skiers with ski-in/out and gear locker room. Hot tubs were really nice after a day of skiing, and there were several of them, so plenty of space. The restaurants were all good, especially Six Peaks (try the roasted carrots!). Also had good meals at the Noodle House and Sandy’s Pub (bartenders at Sandy’s were great). I thought the room rate was very reasonable given the resort’s prime location and amenities.

Beautiful view from the lobby. Pool is amazing in the snow & very warm. Only problem is the hotel rooms are not attached to the lobby or food area so during the snow blizzard you have to put your snow stuff on just to grab something g to drink. Also the bell boy lost one of my husbands Versace sandals.

Billed as an upscale ski/in and out resort, it doesn’t really rise to that level. No covered parking so you have to scrape your car of snow in self-parking. Weird setup that has you going outside to get to your rooms from the lobby. Lots of stairs everywhere. Has an older feel. Weird dining - you can order pizza for room service but it’s not on a restaurant menu. Room service runs 5-9. The room - a standard size - felt small. Property felt old and dark, though had a small family size feel. There are activities but no calendar info provided. I had to call the front desk to find out about karaoke though I spent 20 min perusing the online info. Should be easier. Staff needs to be more lro-active.

Great property and stay, but be prepared to walk a ways from the parking lot if you don't choose valet parking. There are also no designated resort guest parking spots so you are sharing them with event guests, which was always full. Otherwise, great location and quiet with great food.

Everything is perfect. Amazing views! The front desk is awesome. All of the staff offers great customer service. The ski valet is so convenient. There’s a lift right at the resort and a huge fireplace to relax by after ski. There’s 3 hot tubs and two pools. Sauna and steam room. Cute little store and great restaurants on site. In room espresso maker. Zero complaints. I never wanted to leave.

It’s a very beautiful resort with 3 restaurants, pools and jacuzzi. Not to forget the spa!! We loved the grounds, biking and hiking pathways. Our suite was clean but didn’t feel upgraded. The beds, furniture had an old feel and so was the case with hallway carpets. Otherwise it’s a wonderful property.

Our furniture and window coverings were old and dirty (actually a nail sticking out of a chair), stove didn't work, carpets dirty and worn. Basically, the place needs an overhaul. The advertisement for the place with the views were partially correct (as long as you do not look down out the window because all you will see is a big rooftop!

We arrived at 1am after a late flight into Reno needing a good nights sleep. The room next door was having a normal volume conversation and we could hear every word. We put pillows over our heads and fell asleep briefly only to be awakened with other noises i won't describe here. Hair in shower and key did not work at pool. Left a day early because we needed sleep and people next door did not check out. No refund given.

We really enjoyed our time in this unit! We’ve stayed in many rooms at the resort and this is one of our favorites! Amazing views of the valley and plenty of room for our family. Everything was clean and there were enough towels, kitchen, and bathroom supplies, which I was very happy to see! We hope to go back again!

The Everline Resort and Spa is a fabulous property. Location, views, amenities, etc. The room had a few things to be desired. We arrived to discover the bed frame broken and the bed slanting noticeably. We notified VACASA right away and they responded quickly that they’d get it fixed. Two days later they had not (it was a holiday weekend). The room and furniture were showing their wear and room was not well dusted. This room adjoined two others and “the walls were very, very thin”. You could hear conversations much less rambunctious kids. On the good side, the view was fantastic and the TV and internet worked well.

Beautiful property! July 4 was a busy weekend, but the staff were amazing. By the pool Hannah was amazing. Checked in with us every time she walked by. She was friendly, professional and always went above and beyond! Jess was amazing too! Always there when things needed to be done! Housekeeping came every day and did an amazing job! We ate in the buffet every day. Dumplings were delicious! All the staff pitched in to provide excellent service. We also loved Sandy’s Pub!

Staying at one of the hotel rooms after leaving a rental by owner the previous nights was a world difference. The hotel room was 25% of the cost (though a bit smaller and not on the weekend) and was far cleaner and better stocked. The furniture was in good condition and the fixtures all worked. I’ll only stay in one of the hotel rooms in the future.

Property’s Huge!! Really nice, clean, friendly staff and people. Lots of activities for couples and kids. Hotel dining was decent food wasn’t the best and pricy. Hotel also has a $50 parking fee and addition $30 overnight fee. I feel a hotel of its category and pricing should already offer/include parking with booking. But other than that it’s an experience I’d recommend.

We have stayed at this resort several times and overall really love it. The room is always nice and the pool is excellent. This time around though the bathroom was not great. Super small and the shower might have been the worst we’ve ever experienced. Zero water pressure (basically a trickle) and was lukewarm at best. Really disappointing considering this is not a cheap place to stay. Also the second night we were blessed with the noisiest and most thoughtless across the hall neighbors ever. Completely ruined both the evening and the next morning (super loud in the hall late at night and then woke early to screaming children). We’ve always liked this resort for its peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, such a bummer.

Our AC didn’t work and the staff at the pub forgot our order and items several times. We love the property but for what you pay had hoped for better.

If you are not planning on spending much time in your room this room is perfect. Met our needs for sleeping and a bathroom. The room is small and oddly set up, nowhere to hangout other than the bed. There are 2 doors in this room that can connect to the rooms on either side, they have zero sound proofing, I could hear conversations in the other rooms perfectly. The bathroom vanity is very small, hard for doing makeup and there was no fan in the bathroom. Half the lights in the room didn't work or I just couldn't find the switch. The room served it's purpose for sleeping and bathing but we didn't spend much time in the room. The view from the room is beautiful. The property itself was amazing, friendly helpful staff with lots of amenities. The shuttle was great and the drivers were so helpful. I would definitely stay at this property again but probably not in this room due to size and noise. But again if you are not planning on hangout in your room much, this room is good for sleeping and a bathroom.

The Everline Resort and Spa is a fabulous property. Location, views, amenities, etc. The room had a few things to be desired. We arrived to discover the bed frame broken and the bed slanting noticeably. We notified VACASA right away and they responded quickly that they’d get it fixed. Two days later they had not (it was a holiday weekend). The room and furniture were showing their wear and room was not well dusted. This room adjoined two others and “the walls were very, very thin”. You could hear conversations much less rambunctious kids. On the good side, the view was fantastic and the TV and internet worked well.

Ski in ski out was great! Property is in good shape, rooms were nice, ours had a kitchen which was great with kids. 5 stars for the real estate. Little market was very convenient. Staffing is another matter. They are far understaffed. the front desk is not together and the valet service is a disaster. Restaurant experience is poor. Pub was OK, steak place was barely open, the nice temp bar in the lobby was not open regularly. The lobby was dreary without entertainment or a restaurant , but perked up when those amenities were present. Management really has a job to do with their staffing, its not being run like a 5 star resort should be.

Bearline Cafe had extremely rude service (miserable woman running register, not who you want to get your coffee from) and grocery items were sparse. Overall this is a nice resort in a beautiful area with amazing staff.

We stayed for a night and the staff was very friendly. We got early check/in and a complementary late checkout. Please mind that this was off season so they were probably operating under capacity and were able to give us these options. Food was a little pricey but tasted good. Great staff and pool amenities.

I loved the access to the ski lift. Check in was stressful. Valet parking staff was aggressive and poor communicators. We were put on the floor of a wedding party with a ton of kids that were running in the hallway and kids next to us crying incessantly. The hotel had plenty of space to put us in a different room and/or floor, which they offered when I called and asked them that in the future they are mindful where they place singles and couples. At that point they offered a different room but it was our last night, so we declined. We met other guests who had the same experience.

We had excellent service and conversation with our bellhop, Timothy O'Neill. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and informative! We also had a great experience, both renting our skis at Everline, and collecting our lift tickets at the Palisades office at the resort.

The staff of coffee shop(cafeteria) forgot my order and even didn't notice it. After I asked why my order comes too later than the other customers, they told me it was their fault. Their attitude was very unrepentant and didn't say sorry. They could be bc they're just ppl and ppl sometimes can make a mistake and forget. But should say just "Sorry". The property is in a beautiful setting however, it needs some updates. Service was horrendous. Only one server at the crowded pool, no one ever answered the front desk phone, staff was rude and acted put out when I finally got ahold of them for extra towels. They charge high rates because they know they can. I can’t say what we paid for equals what we received.

Beautiful property! July 4 was a busy weekend, but the staff were amazing. By the pool Hannah was amazing. Checked in with us every time she walked by. She was friendly, professional and always went above and beyond! Jess was amazing too! Always there when things needed to be done! Housekeeping came every day and did an amazing job! We ate in the buffet every day. Dumplings were delicious! All the staff pitched in to provide excellent service. We also loved Sandy’s Pub!

I’m not the type to leave bad reviews, but this place managed to earn it We booked an overnight stay as a quick little getaway before my daughter started school. The hotel itself was nice enough. The room looked like it had survived the early 2000s untouched, but it got the job done We chose valet parking for convenience, despite the $65 fee. When I went to pick up my car, the valet had lost my backup keys. And the reaction was like a shrug, like I’d just told them they were out of ketchup packets They promised to file a claim and follow up. Spoiler: they didn’t. Ive had to chase them down. Losing someone’s keys isn’t just a minor inconvenience, it’s a security issue, especially if you’ve got personal or sensitive stuff in your car And here’s the kicker: they still charged me for valet. They lose my keys, act like it’s no big deal, never follow up, and then bill me for it? This resort is very conveniently located right at the Palisades Resort and Olympic Village. It has a chairlift, so you don’t waste any time getting to the slopes in the morning. Breakfast costs just $30 for a very rich meal including the omelette station, fruit salad, pastries, charcuterie, waffles, etc. It feels you up so much that you don’t get hungry until the evening helping you to stay on the slopes longer without wasting time on lunch. I used the recreation center shower and sauna at the end of my last day even though I have already checked out in the morning. Driving home wearing a fresh set of clothes after a nice meal at the property’s restaurant made a huge difference. I left a bit later than the rest of the crowd and didn’t have to make a stop to get fast food on my way home, so I got back to SF about a hour quicker than usual. I recommend this property for a weekend getaway either with kids (they have different activities and playrooms to keep kids entertained), or with your friends or significant other. It’s easy, convenient, worry-free, and very pleasant. Staying at this property made my last skiing trip of the season very memorable - a true highlight of 2023-2024.

Can’t beat the location with ski-in/ski-out right onto the gorgeous Palisades Mountain. Kids enjoyed the heated pool and jacuzzis late into the evening. The $65 valet parking per night is way over the top for the Lake Tahoe’s open country. And to also tack on a $50 per night resort fee is typical corporate greed.

Everline Resort, a name that isn’t really memorable, but formerly Squaw Creek Resort, is a nice property attached to Palisades Ski Resort. Having its own lift to Palisades is great, having restaurants, shopping and facilities on site make it a very convenient spot to spend a few ski days. I’ve been several times and find it a solid spot. Especially this last trip as the restaurant options seemed to have improved. 6 Peaks Grille was outstanding, ended up going there twice and it was exceptional each time. Also have a pub and noodle house onsite. The staff is very helpful and do a great job. The rooms are getting a little worn and are in need of a remodel. A free breakfast buffet would be an amazing addition. The negatives: A $50 “Resort Fee” charged daily, that’s absolutely ridiculous and is now a widely used hotel gouging tactic that needs legislation to bring it to an end. How about $15-$20, but $50 is greedy and despite all the positives leaves you questioning ever returning anytime soon. Just a blatant cash grab, they can do better, and should.

Great property and stay, but be prepared to walk a ways from the parking lot if you don't choose valet parking. There are also no designated resort guest parking spots so you are sharing them with event guests, which was always full. Otherwise, great location and quiet with great food.

We love it here. Great for kids, good location to do different things, pool area is nice with food/drinks and several hot tubs. In the winter it’s all decorated and kids can play In the snow or ice rink. I would not pay for another massage here for the price. The steak restaurant is very good and the other one is bar food. The rooms have kitchenettes with supplies.

The view is astonishing but food is really poor. Never could imagine any restaurant can serve uncooked Mac and cheese and steak tastes only rocky salt. Never recommend this hotel restaurant to anyone. Hotel room is too small and very pricy considering noisy next doors and walking in hall way.

It's very convenient for mountain walks, bike and hiking trails and white water rafting. The spa treatments are outrageously expensive compared to similar hotels with spas. I was also disappointed in the dining options both in-room and at hotel restaurants which seem to just cater for families.

Views were great, the room was very nice. There isnt much to do at the resort, so you have to travel. If you want food you better eat in tahoe, the cafe is very expensive and not worth the price. The restaurants were ok but be prepared to spend money.

Stayed for two nights. Plenty of amenities to enjoy. We enjoyed the pool with the bar. The food at the breakfast buffet was great! The food at Sandy’s pub was really good. We utilized the free shuttle to and from the Palisades and the drivers were amazing.

This was an almost perfect place. From the rooms to the view and all the activities available. The only downside was the food.
This was an almost perfect place. From the rooms to the view and all the activities available. The only downside was the food.

we had to wait 30 minutes to get our table cleared and menus handed out. I am a super patient person but, that was bad. Good food and friendly servers and management. We will give them another try down the road.
