Sorry to announce that my stay was un pleasant. My first day in pool water was dirty jam with bugs. Hot tub needs an upgrade, and hot water was not even warm at all. Hallway walking to my room were not vacuum. Very disappointed with my stay that will never stay there again. Total lost in my account!

The pool at the Courtyard Marriot was way too crowded and my family was not able to use the pool due to the mass amount of people using it. The pool at the Residence Inn next door was closed and their guests had access to our pool. This was very disappointing considering it was over 110 degrees. Wish I had been told of this prior to our stay.

The staff were nice and beds comfortable but description said it was an upscale hotel (no). Also the hot tub/ jacuzzi only had cold water jets and only one person to prepare breakfast so after waiting in line for 20 minutes, I got in my car and went to a restaurant. Also the ad said they had an onsite “bistro” so I thought I could just eat a small dinner there after coming from L.A. but no…they no longer have that (and it was just a very small, casual bar/grill that is also used for the breakfast. Not really a bistro where you are served. They also said they have Netflix, Prime and Hulu but when I tried to watch they wanted me to sign-in/ create an account . So the hotel is clearly struggling. The workout room was okay although most of the treadmills did not work (but I found one to use).

Clean, great service, close to Acrisure Arena. Air conditioned worked great as it was extremely hot outside. Ample parking. No hot water the 1st day, told the front desk. Next day no problems. No onsite restaurant. Starbucks on the premises open very limited hours in the morning. Would I stay again? Sure

The building is falling apart. Ceiling tiles hanging off, repairs apparently underway all over the building but no one actually working on them. Flooding and dripping throughout building. Metal gate on pool broken. Metal grate on another pool door hanging off. Pool towels tiny and dingy. Sliding door to balcony barely worked.

Nice hotel with excellent amenities, I especially liked the fact I could watch Netflix, Prime and YouTube via the TV. There is an Applebees restaurant next door but nothing else close by so it helps to have a car. There is plenty of parking and the hotel provides quick access to the Interstate (I-10) Highway and the rest of the Palm Springs area.

This experience wasn’t the best experience I have had at a hotel. We were located in a very hot town. The one thing we were looking forward to was the pool. We weren’t unable to use the pool because the pool was so over crowded. We couldn’t understand why. When I say over crowded I mean we didn’t even have a place to sit. Now while waiting to try and get in the pool we saw people coming from the back gate. When asked we were told they weren’t staying at our hotel they were staying at another hotel but they were able to use the pool because their pool didn’t work. When brought up to management they said there was nothing that could be done because they were a sister hotel. I didn’t feel that was fair at all. Pool was closed at 9 so there was no time to ever get in.

there was blood stain in the mattress sheets. staffed helped out by changing the sheets. pool water all over the elevator. one person working the breakfast area takes forever to get your order. cooler snacks and drinks were never restocked. friendly staff.

Good overall, clean, fresh enough, but a very loud A/C, the cheap HVAC system is unable to change from cooling to heating automatically to maintain the desired temperature. Mattress very soft and lumpy, pillows are simply bad - thin. Also, got woken up early by the old fashion alarm radio someone left on, with cleaning staff not checking and turning it off.

Overall the room was clean, the only downside is the stopper in the bath was broken so when I had to give my little ones a bath I had to stuff a washcloth in the drain and there wasn’t a microwave in the room. You have to go downstairs to use a microwave.

All was ok except this hotel is on a very busy street and it sounded like that street was running through our room on the third floor...starting around 5am. Ask for a room facing pool or bring a sound machine or pick a different hotel if you want a quiet place to stay.

Terrible Customer Service! I called and spoke with Christina and her manager Brianna because my credit card was charged although I didn't make the charge. When I asked for an explanation, I was answered with phrases from Christina "I am not going to explain it to you," and from Brianna, "dispute it with your credit card company we are done here." Is this how you treat your returning customers?

At midnight there was a lot of stomping around in the room above us. Went to the front to ask if there could be something they could do to stop it since it woke me up out of a dead sleep. Clerk looked at me and said "well they just checked in so they're probably getting things set up for the night." I asked if he could ask them to be a little quieter and he just said theres nothing he could do. I almost went upstairs myself and said something. Very unprofessional in my opinion

It advertised Netflix in the room however it only worked if you have a Netflix account . I could not use my iPad because of horrible wifi. The rooms are outdated . My daughter and I both had rooms and they could not get rooms together or on the same floor. My daughter’s room was a king suite and it was the room with seat in shower for handicapped and that’s not what she requested. You can only get food 7-10am or 5-10pm and the chef does not come everyday so you can’t always get freshly cooked meals.. I would never stay there again

It’s tired and needs an upgrade . The furniture is very 2000 ish there were no effective black out curtains . My room faced east and the early morning sun ligjt woke me up. There is no breakfast buffet . What they do have for breakfast are muffins for &6.50 and nothing that isn’t packaged and thrown into a microwave oven . In the off season it’s especially bleak.

Purchased a room rate that included breakfast. They have a limited menu which I was aware of, but that was cut in half as they had no one to cook several of the items. Basically, ended up as a grab and go situation for prepacked items or things that could be microwaved (breakfast sandwich). Also, the cafe is no longer open for dinner options or drinks. Only option on-site is the sundry area in the evening.

Very spacious rooms, super comfortable bed and quiet enough to get a good night’s sleep; coffee maker in rooms. The fridge is tiny and barely fits anything; fairly old dated furnishings; there is a pool, but it’s small and not very inspiring. Complimentary coffee is terrible, and the cafe and restaurant were closed during our stay (closed Sunday and Monday!?) Quite overpriced for what it is.

The only things I have to complain about is there were no microwaves in the rooms. I've been to several other Marriotts and they all had microwaves in the rooms. Also there was no hot water and tea bags near the coffee in the lobby for people who don't drink coffee. And the prices in the cafe were crazy. Over 9.00 for a cup of cut fruit.

The property is convenient to all venues and I-10, and is clean and organized. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our dislikes are the in room fridges are very tiny, and complimentary breakfast is not available like with Springhill Suites, Residence Inn and others.
