Residence Inn Palm Desert

This is our second stay at this Residence Inn by Marriott. The studio where we stayed was a bit old and worn, but very clean, which is the important part to me. We took advantage of the pool, which was sparkling clean. The daily breakfast was awesome, with an egg dish (my favorite day was the spinach quiche - perfect texture and flavor), a daily meat dish, a waffle maker, hot oatmeal, and fresh fruit, among many other choices. We look forward to staying with them again.

Very nice room and excellent customer service

No elevators. Was upgraded to a room with a view of golf course and it was literally weeds. No gold course. Had a jacuzzi but the rooms are very outdated and old. Cabinets were worn out. Wasn’t what I expected for the price I paid

Every was very good

Very old property. Needs renovations right away. No phone in the room. Guests have to walk all the way to the reception if they need any assistance.
